Always a pleasure to head into this Dulux centre. Friendly team, helpful advice and a wealth of knowledge for the DIYer like myself. We're repainting a few rooms/cupboards and they have been immensely helpful (Roy has been particularly good!). Happy to make up pretty much any colour you want and give you advice on finishes and different types of paint. Would highly recommend them to anyone who's looking to tackle a couple of projects on their own!

He has great knowledge and offers great advice on dulux products and had helped me with recommendations for my work. Definitely one of the best service from all the dulux trade stores around London. Karen was super helpful in recommending the best painting for my kitchen. She was working at the Bermondsey store today which I called by mistake and she got out of her way to advise me, explaining me she was the store manager for the Battersea store. Thanks Karen won't hesitate to use your store's supplies again!

My wife and I are refurbishing a period property locally and required assistance with selecting colours and suitable paints for our house. Roy and Karen went out of their way to help us. They explained the different characteristics of the products, given the period property and our desire to keep its features, and helped us with the colours. They were focussed on making sure we had everyone to pick the right colours for us before we went ahead with the purchases. Extremely impressed with their customer centric approach.

Decided to paint a wall in my bedroom. Searched for a store nearby where I could purchase some paints. Went there and Roy has helped me with everything O need. True legend! I had no idea which tools and equipment I need for painting the wall; never done it before. He explained it well, suggested the type of the paint, shared the painting techniques and gave some advice on how to achieve best results. Also he gave a tin opener for free. Went home full of joy (alao received a free Haribo pack too). However I didn't paint that day. After few days of procrastinating I have actually started to prepare for it: I have arranged all the papers on the floor, sticked the tape, opened the tin and dipped the brush. Not sure how did it happen (I am clumsy perhaps) some of the paint dripped on another wall (which I was not planning to paint). Couldn't remove it (original wall colour is white). Stressed and worried I ran to the very same store and bumped into Roy who was already outside because his shift has ended. He still has invitied me in and asked why I look nervous. I explained him the problem and he sold me another little tin on white paint (the idea was to paint it on top of that spot). It went well. The wall I intended to paint is now completed. Adjacent walls are white as they are supposed to. I am happy and glad! Thanks a lot and maybe I will plan some more decorations in other rooms too; perhaps see you soon!

Needed a couple of different types of paint for different rooms. The two people working there were super friendly and really helpful.

I was in a pickle during Christmas 2020 desperate to find the right grey colour to paint my new flat before the shops shut for the festive break and I had tried 6 different testers at home but none looked right, they were all coming up purple! I was at my wits end when Karen and Roy came to the rescue, they asked me about the colour of furniture in my room and my desired undertones so I could find the right grey for my room. Karen searched through the colours and found two shades that I quickly went home to try and I took a pot of each! Great, friendly service that went above and beyond!
