Upon arrival the room seemed reasonable. However, after lifting up the duvet on the bed I came across hairs and stains on the duvet. Due to this, I called the receptionist team to discuss possible options to resolve this. During this conversation, I was informed that housekeeping were not available to change the bed sheets and as a result I would have to wait till the morning and sleep in a dirty bed. Then I asked if I could get another room as I do not want to sleep in a bed with stains and hairs, and there was apparently no other rooms available. After all this I had to change the bed sheets myself. Not to mention, I asked for water for my room as there was no signs in the bathroom saying that the water was drinking water and as a result I asked reception for tap water. I was then told “Yes the hotel does not have drinking water”, after I asked if there was any drinking water available. Overall, this whole experience is not one that I have encountered before, despite staying in many hotels in different locations. If they wish to continue to give customers a pleasant stay, they should train their staff members, especially Riaz.

Not the best Premier inn, badly needs a refurb. Located on industrial estate out of town. Very hot rooms. Best things are it is good value for money & the quiet location. I would recommend paying a little extra for premier plus.

Very affordable rooms. Quiet a walking distance from the train station. Readily available cab service from the hotel's reception, within 15mins your booked cab would arrive. Food service from their restaurant is quiet slow possibly due to just a few attendants and food is just alright. They offer calvery on Sundays after 12pm with Turkey, Beef, Pork, Potatoes, Vegetables, etc. Mocktails are very ordinary, nothing extra O about them, cost and content of mixed grill was nothing to write home about. I wouldn't recommend getting it. Overall, the stay was good, I Loved the room we got but the food not as much.

Stayed 1 night. On arrival we only had one set of towels in the room. Collected another one from reception. Next morning went to make a cup of tea, no tea bags only 2 coffees. I found the pillow uncomfortable, but that's just my preference. We stayed with some family members, when comparing room rates ours was £91, they paid £62. Prices should be all the same. Other than than enjoyed our stay.

Actual room we stayed in was in need of freshening up etc but the team that work here are brilliant! Best I've seen so far at a premier inn. Nothing was too much, they were very accommodating for both me as a disabled person (moved me nearer to a lift) and my 2 year old. The room we had, needed a more powerful aircon unit considering it was 30c + outside but was given a fan on request with no issues. I'd come back purely down to how lovely the staff were.

I stayed here with my two sons we booked here to get to a zoo near by, on arrival through no fault of the reception the key cards wasn't working so we had to be escorted to our room which was fine but inconvenient if I wanted to leave and come back, we stayed in the room for a hour or so and the reception come to give us a key and complementary chocolates for my children which was really really lovely !! When we arrived in the room I wanted a cup of tea I had a very long drive from my home to the hotel but found no tea or coffees in the room only 3 milks and sweetners. I couldn't them leave the room as I didn't want to inconvenience the receptionist with having to let me back into my room so we just waited my children was also to young to leave unassisted We went for dinner at the pub which was sooo tasty was really good food and reasonable on price also! Easy check out comfortable beds lovely bath the rooms was clean. Just slightly inconvenienced with the key and teas other than it was a good stay!

Don't forget to use HotelTully.ᴄᴏm when booking any stay. This website will compare thousands of booking web sites and typically will have rates much cheaper than others! Thank me later on! This hotel is the best rated in this area. I've been coming here for a long time. If you stay for a few nights you for sure won't be disappointed. Was a perfect base for working at the London Film Studios. We did upgrade to a premier plus room as would be there 3 nights and it was exactly as described. Reception staff were helpful with extending our stay and making sure the room was kept refreshed.

Given expectations are adjusted for a premier Inn, this was probably the best one I've stayed at. Location is good, room was clean, quiet and temperature did as I asked it - it also seemed a bit more modern than a lot of the budget hotels I've seen. Service was all very good, special mention for the busy breakfast service in the bar next door who were doing very well with what they had and were polite and helpful whenever they got 2 seconds to breathe.

It's unfortunate, but the room had not had it's sheets changed, the coffee machine didn't work, there were stains on the carpet. The fast WiFi didn't exist, but the normal WiFi was adequate. That said, the staff at reception were very good,. They were engaged, came and changed the bed linen quickly and we're friendly. I think the cleaning team need better supervision and better training!

Lovely fresh clean room. Only 2 tea bags and 2 coffee sachets would have liked a few more. Receptionist was a little abrupt when our key card didn't work but overall enjoyed our stay.

My heating wasn't working and the TV was not working either. There were stains on the furniture. Probably one of the worst Premiers I have stayed in, but also one of the biggest. Having said this, a big shout out to the staff who were very friendly and the manager who offered a complimentary continental breakfast due to the poor TV in the room. I wouldn't stay there again unless I had to. The staff in the affiliated pub were fantastic, but the chips were cold! I would honestly say that I have mixed feelings about the experience but the staff rate as 10/10

Nice, quiet hotel even though on a trading estate. Didn't use the Cookhouse pub but saw that they had special offers on meals. Rooms were clean and the usual comfy beds. No option to stream any TV channels. We stayed for 2 nights from 20th as we were visiting daughter and family for my granddaughter's 1st birthday. Great price and will definitely stay there again next time we come to visit

Very clean and modern. Surprised about having to pay to park the car. £5 per night. Breakfast £10 each. Kids eat free. The location is a bit rubbish. It's on an industrial estate. No shops anywhere near. But all in all. Would stay again.

Room far far too hot and the window doesn’t open. Spoke to woman on Reception on four occasions in an attempt to get the heating turned down, without success. She was soooo rude! Just seen other posts about rudeness. She definitely rolled her eyes on each occasion. Her attitude needs addressing asap. No smiles or any hint of manners from the desk staff in the entire time; however, we could not fault the room staff or the male manager who rolled up his sleeves and got stuck into the huge amount of room turnarounds on Saturday. The hotel (I use the word ‘hotel’ loosely) has two lifts, one of which was out of use for the duration of our stay, and the other one broke down with two men in for some length of time this morning. The desk staff just left the man’s wife and child aimlessly wandering around while awaiting the emergency services. What’s wrong with the staff? Surely offer her a cup of tea and start negotiating a refund. The place smells disgusting with so many people wandering around in PJs.

Excellent location as we wanted to use the over ground. Enfield lock was just 15 minutes away from the hotel. We’ve checked in at reception by Marjan which was very nice. Then we have checked in to our room the bed was so comfortable. We had car parking facilities which did help during our stay. We will come back again.

Unfriendly receptionist who kept questioning what room I had booked, genuinely couldn’t remember as it had been booked months in advance and I only had the reference number. No towels on arrival. Staff in restaurant were friendly and helpful. Had very noisy neighbours above, the noise went on until 4am and there was loud bangs on the floor, hardly slept all night. Strong smell of cannabis in the corridor. Stayed for one night for an event elsewhere so location wasn’t too bad.

Always have a great night at this place. Can't complain. Rooms always clean and does the job. Sevi on the front desk is warm and polite and friendly and is an asset to the company.

Clean, modern room, restaurant also clean and modern. Staff were brilliant. Friendly and attentive. Dinner was plastic but breakfast buffet was lovely. Great selection and all cooked perfectly. Would definitely stay again but wouldn't have dinner.

Great value hotel for a 1 night stay. The rooms were nicer than expected for the price paid. The restaurant for breakfast is outside the hotel which was little confusing but the staff at the reception were helpful in providing directions and made checking in and out a breeze. Clive behind the desk was especially helpful.

  • 5/5 Beth G. 8 months ago on Google
I was originally put on a busy floor and thought I would request at reception a quieter room away from the main corridor. Marjan was quick to swap me rooms which was so lovely. I also spoke with a very friendly gentlemen called Clive. Great staff 😊 thank you so much for being so helpful and accommodating

It's exactly what you'd expect for a premier Inn. Only some of the rooms have air conditioning so best to ask on check in. Parking is £5 per day, but plenty of it. Convenient for London although the tube is not an easy walk, there is a relatively nearby overground station

  • 4/5 RockAndRolfe 7 months ago on Google
Nice, clean room but musty smell in the bathroom. Convenient location for our specific plans but probably not for much else. Sevi at the desk was very friendly and helpful

Standard premier inn. The rooms were brilliant. But views not great. The restaurant and bar are the best part. Great value food and good atmosphere. Location good if on business but you need a car to travel into Enfield.

Have been to this site several times before and Savannah at the reception is always cheerful and goes above and beyond to help all customers. Very busy at that time of the evening between 6pm-8pm with regard to check-in, so I was delighted when the receptionist, Savannah, went out of her way to get me extra duvets, towels and pillows, as the cleaning staff had usually gone home by then. The staff and managers are always very courteous, respectful and accommodating at this branch. Again, a very clean room and bathroom. Unfortunately, the wifi and the phone signal are of terribly poor quality in most parts of the building due to the woodsy location. Also, many of the Freeview channels do not exist. But apart from that, I am surprised and delighted at the constant very high standard of the hotel, and would definitely return again!

Located in a business park just off the A10, this Premier Inn is certainly functional - in that it provides rooms. Service is clinical and rooms are serviceable, however, reception staff made me aware of a 'linen issue' but assured me my room was ready. My room was ready but the duvet was a single (on a double bed) and though I cannot see the reason for it - there are still no openable windows - with the temperature of the room 'stuffy' to say the least I had no alternative but to use the rooms air handling service; which rattled, gurgled and wheezed like a rheumatic pensioner and did little to reduce the room temperature so turned it off during the night. The attached bar/restaurant was nice and the staff were certainly attentive. A decent menu offering a range of dishes covering most requirements was nice to see and staff always enquired about allergies as you were being seated. Breakfast was probably the most effective I've seen for a Premier Inn, amply hosting guests with a seamless supply of breakfast buffet.

I would say it's an average experience, rooms were pretty bare minimum, no side tables and chairs (seems they were removed) and no toiletries and nothing else. Just towels and a few sachets of coffee and that's it. Got assigned the room that was next to the entrance door and it was so noisy with people coming in and out constantly. Would've asked for a change but was only there for 1 night .

Location convenient close to M25. Large sprawling hotel. Rooms and corridors pretty tired. I checked in very late and the room despite being non smoking stunk of smoke with the window left open so it was freezing but too tired to try and change. Staff ok at check in but completely disinterested at checkout.

Not as it was in the past. I have been with my family at this location various times in the past and there has always been a decent service. Now it's absolutely very poor I service! The rooms do not get cleaned even if you requested it on various occasions, You have to ask for towels, no hovering the carpet... a very bad service.

I won't be able to name everyone but every staff member made me feel welcome and I would definitely keep coming back. On the reception Marjan, Dee, Sevi, Klaudia all give great service with beautiful smiles. The Housekeeping team consistently kept my room clean especially Reda, Ionelia and Ioana. I cannot forget the cookhouse staff have been amazing with the food and service. They have all made me feel warm and welcome. The hardest working person I see is a guy called Prasanna. He has helped with almost everything. Great guy and really pleasant.

Lovely room and staff as usual but don't stay in rooms 1 -5 if u can help it , so noisy from people standing outside entrance and it's supposed to be a family room ,good luck with that

Premier inn. You sort of know what you're getting. Great staff. Rooms feeling a little tired now but clean. Decent breakfast as always. Couple of downsides; Bed was really creaky every time I moved. When i turned the kettle on it tripped the electric for the whole room. I wanted to tell the staff but there wasn't anyone on reception when I checked out. I've stayed at better Premier Inns but it wasn't terrible.

  • 2/5 Jaspal G. 2 years ago on Google
Stayed in a family room. The single bed was dipped in the middle and uncomfortable. The sink was completely blocked. The menu in the bedroom was covered in rice as someone had used it as a plate. I cut my hand on the door lock clasp as it was sharp and sticking out. I informed the reception of this and hardly got a response and definitely no apology as if this was a regular thing. Premier is no longer premier.

  • 1/5 Jack O. 2 years ago on Google
Not a great stay found the floor to be very noisy even through we stayed in the 'quiet zone' had a brown stain on carpet and several holes and fraying carpet underneath the single bed. Also corridors stank of cannabis. Cut our stay short of 3 nights as had to get out. Would not be staying here or recommending to anyone.

  • 5/5 Marei K. 2 years ago on Google
The room was beautiful, spacious and absolutely spotless! When I noticed how clean the room was, I had a little snoop around and did not find ANY dust, anywhere (door frames, skirting boards, far corners of drawers/shelves) By far the cleanest room I have ever stayed in!

  • 4/5 Gary W. 2 years ago on Google
Nice Premier Inn, you know what you're getting, great staff at the hotel and in the restaurant. Only negative is avoid room 10 if you need silence at night, you're on the outside wall and there's a constant drone, I'm guessing the A/C units or something working away, didn't cause me an issue but may do for others that need it nice and quiet at night.

  • 4/5 j j. 2 years ago on Google
Nice hotel good size bath and a good sized telly. Internet is a bit dodgy as the basic WiFi kept dropping out. Would use again. Plenty of parking but it's £5 a night extra.

  • 1/5 Jonathan H. 2 years ago on Google
Room stank of cheese and vomit, cleaner burst in on me while sleeping despite me locking the door from the inside, and the TV came on full blast while I was asleep and woke me up, couldn't switch it off as the remote control was broken had to switch it off using fusebox by the door. Also lots of youths inn car park playing loud music smoking pot. I would not recommend this premier inn. Food at the Inn on the Park was amazing though.

  • 4/5 CHRIS M. 1 year ago on Google
Clean and spacious double room. The staff in the hotel and the bar/restaurant were very friendly. The aircon was locked so I needed to go back down to reception to get them to unlock it. Not enough sugar to have even one cup of coffee in the morning and no spoon. There were 4 hangers which as I was on my own for 1 night it was enough but no draws or other storage space. If two people or multiple days my rating would have been lower. £100 for a bed with no additional comforts seems to be normal now. I have stayed at £35 budget hotels with a more welcoming approach.

  • 5/5 Hatice O. 1 year ago on Google
It is a place where we stay for a few days almost every time we come to London. location and cleanliness is very good. When my daughter argued with her brother, the sweet girls at the reception took care of them, and my daughter drew a picture of thanks. they made us feel at home.

  • 4/5 Saracen 8. 1 year ago on Google
Perfectly fine. Premier Plus rooms were clean, comfortable, well equipped and spacious. Check in was smooth and staff very helpful. The location is very isolated, nothing to see or do and a car is required to explore.

Stayed here for the Guns N Roses concert. They let us leave the car here go to concert and then check in after. The staff were friendly and helpful even though it was late at night. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Good night's sleep ready for the drive home

Wonderful and serene environment. Comfortable bed, simple check in and check out. Tasty meals at the Cookhouse + Pub. Amazing service from members of staff. Great value for money even though it's not luxury. Lastly I love the shower gel, wonderful fragrance💯.

a peaceful, good value, great stay at Enfield Premier Inn. no complaints. comfy bed, nice shower, quiet rooms. Clive and Christina were so so welcoming and friendly and so helpful with any questions we had :) thank you guys !

Perfectly fine Premier Inn. Fiver for 24 hours parking. Rooms clean and tidy as you'd expect from a premier inn. Only one towel in the room which was annoying so had to trek to reception as there's no phones either! Hallways and stairs a little tatty and feeling its age. On site pub was decent for dinner. Ideal location for heading into London as we did.

Location good, surprised not free parking for hotel guests… service very good but the overall hotel inside is very old and the corridors and room had a very bad smell. Good restaurant

  • 2/5 Rob M. 10 months ago on Google
Generally not a great experience of this Premier Inn (which recently has been the case for a few premier inns we have stayed at) We weren’t able to pay to check in early and we had to return to the reception three times before being able to get into our room as the keys didn’t work. Turns out they were having lots of problems and it sounds like if we had been a few minutes later, there wouldn’t have been a room for us eve though we had already paid the rather expensive £160 room fee. The room was very tired and there was holes in the wall (reminiscent of travel lodges) The venue isn’t really that well situated and was a 15 minute walk from a train station (which just happened to not be running due to strikes) Uber and bolt drivers don’t seem to want to drive out to you to collect you so you’re a little bit stuck really. We won’t stay here again, and we probably won’t stay in a premier inn again as our last 3 stays have been really rubbish. In the last 10 years I’ve spend over 300 nights in premier inns so feel I can comfortably say that the quality of these venues has certainly dropped

  • 3/5 Adam8965 10 months ago on Google
The hotel itself is pretty shabby, litter all over the car park. Our room was above the reception canopy which customers had thrown used nappies on to, reception itself pretty dirty and poor. Hotel needs a really good update, the bed for premier inns was poor. Air con unit in room 126 not working. The breakfast in the pub was good, hot plenty to choose from and of a decent quality. Overall for a premier inn I’d rate it 3/10

  • 3/5 Debra N. 1 year ago on Google
Room was a bit shabby, could do with a lick of paint. Stayed there with hubby but there was only 1 towel, 1 spare pillow etc. No teaspoon for our tea? Pillows very hard. Annoying, up and down to reception like a yo yo. Premier inn is usually a comfortable stay. Won't choose this particular one again. 🙄

Not the best of locations but it suited our needs (we had been to a Spurs game). The room was basic but clean. The food was hot and reasonably priced, but our award goes to Kelly, who works in the restaurant. She was very pleasant and helpful and interacted with our seven year old grandson beautifully.

  • 4/5 Kezzie G. 1 year ago on Google
I chose this place due to the affordability and great check in/check out times. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Unfortunately the room lacked a basic iron and there was only one coffee and tea each. However, if you just want affordable and basic, it's perfect.

  • 2/5 Amy w. 1 year ago on Google
Friendly staff. I was not pleased with the room. There was a plastic bag covering the smoke alarm. There was a dirty towel left in the bathroom. The headboard of the bed was absolutely filthy which was off putting. They left no clean spare pillows in the room. My sister also stayed here, her experience was worse than mine. Her neighbours were particularly loud, she got no sleep. I would definitely avoid the hotel in the future.

  • 4/5 Andrew K. 1 year ago on Google
Location on an industrial estate is a bit isolated. Not really anything in walking distance. Restaurant food in the connected pub is OK. Better than some but nothing that will blow your socks off. Breakfast is decent. Staff are helpful and friendly. I had the upgraded Plus room and it was very nice. Photos attached. Overall a good stay. Notice about the car park. Spaces are a bit narrow and there are lots of vans as plenty of workmen stop here. Only 2 electric charging points which is fast becoming far too few. It's paid parking with number plate recognition so make sure to give reception your reg.

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights with my daughter and her family, who were visiting from New Zealand. We had rooms which were really nice. The location of the hotel was perfect for visiting other family members who live in North London. Although located in a business area we found this hotel to be very quiet and with an excellent night's sleep. There is even quite a bit of vegetation around the hotel which helps to make it more pleasant. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was exactly what you would expect from a Premier Inn, very comfortable in every way, quite spacious and with all the mod cons one could need. The restaurant next door where we had breakfast on site was also very nice. Premier Inn always in touch following efficient booking with suggestions to check in online. My only slight complaint is that the room was tucked away in a corner of the building and overlooked a flat roof of a wall.

I've stayed here atleast one week every month for the last 2 years with many of my colleagues. However this hotel is now taking social contracts and housing people from all walks of life the corridors stink a stench that could only be described as sweat feet and decaying human waste. There are children as young as 1 running up and down the corridors screaming from dinner time to well into the early hours so if you stay here I hope you don't like sleep there is rubbish strewn across the corridors soiled bed sheets just thrown out of rooms and an assault course of push chairs in the corridors so let's not hope there's a fire with the obstructed fire exit routes. My neighbours left their doors open increasing the stench in the communal areas to levels that penetrate 2 fire doors. I saw in the rooms they're filthy covered with rubbish. The good night guarantee is Null and void at this place and me my colleagues and company will never book rooms here again premier in Waltham abbey will be our new hosts. The place stinks like a rubbish dump and sewer in the midday heat. I would highly recommend any 'paying' customers avoid at all costs. As there appears to be no system to where in the hotel you are placed I hope to move rooms tomorrow but my first 2 nights at this place have been horrific.

Simple hotel, clean rooms, within easy reach from the train. Good service, helpful and smiling reception team, efficient and going extra mile to help. Restaurant also provided good service for my family. Only 1 problem is we cannot change AC and heater by ourselves. Had to go to the reception. But everything perfect.
