Would rate worse if I could. Store looks awful when I visited young male manger in food hall more interested in woman than work. Seemed to believe he was gods gift 17 year old handing around him laughing. (No covid safety) Store used to be worth visiting. Baby section is non existent. Bakery is best part. Normal person is happy to help when she is in.

Never expected M&S to be partners with a brand that says disability is irrelevant. I won't be visiting again after (not so) Smart Parking designed to increase likelihood of fines.

I love going to their cafe. It's very baby friendly, which is much welcome for a mother out in her own with a baby and in need of somewhere to have tea or lunch. The staff are friendly and one or two have been kind enough to help take my drink to a table while I push my baby in the pram, so really good customer service.

Excellent service in the cafe today. The staff were great and went out of their way to accommodate special dietary needs even though it was a very busy lunchtime service.

Small when compared to other branches but nice. The only problem I have is M&S website and app needs updating because they do have a food hall and a bakery which is not mentioned in the app or website.

Thank you to Joe B in the menswear department. We couldn't find what we were looking for and he was very helpful and found us exactly the right tops. Great, friendly customer service.

We have visited this M&S a few times now and the cafe. The last time we ate, we were served by a lovely lady called Nellie. She was so accommodating and nothing was a problem. Even though visibly busy, and the baby chino for our daughter was already free of charge, she took the time to rinse and sterilise our daughters beaker so she could drink it fuss free and offered us to return it for it to be rinsed through so she could have water afterwards. She informed us that we would get the cake free with our tea, with our sparks app. An offer that would’ve otherwise been missed. The food as always, was lovely too.

Fabulous cafe, nice space and great food. Can't argue with the value of the breakfast! :-)

I was shocked by the store's poor covid safety measures. Staff not wearing masks and I had a male cafe worker, who was clearing tables, come up to our table and was talking to us about 2 feet away seemingly unaware of social distancing, particularly when not wearing a mask. I asked why he didn't wear a mask and apparently staff didn't have to, when asked why he wasn't social distancing he shrugged and said he had diabetes - so I said neither he nor the public could afford to take such risks. In very stark contrast Waggamamma's were taking no chances and had very tight measures in place. Excellent hygiene, contact details taken and PPE for staff.

Not much to say really apart from its M&S, of you have been to any before then you know what to expect. It is a large M&S and is well stocked normally, however they had sold out of the items I was looking for but we're happy to order the item there and then for a next day delivery to the store for me to pick up. Food in the supermarket section is good and again it is big so should have everything you need. However, personally I find their food a little expensive so would do my weekly shop in the other numerous supermarkets in Sevenoaks, however, M&S food is lovely so I will not mark them down because of my preference as their is no doubting the quality and taste of their food and customer service.

Just like going to an old people’s shop. I’m 70 but men’s styles are pretty awful. No colour no imagination. Jeans are ok but quality is poor and design is poor. Have a look at Sainsbury’s good fashionable shirts trousers etc. I’m very disappointed with all the lack of styles and drab colours.

Have just paid a parking fine of £136 for pulling into m and s car park sevenoaks for 18 minutes - where I took a phone call, exited my vehicle to queue for ticket machine, felt it was a bit pricey (not familiar with locality) got back in my car and drove out to see what other parking options were available. Parking was PAY and DISPLAY, there were LOADS of empty parking bays, TURNS OUT it's not just a pay and display it ALSO TIMES you IN and OUT via numberplate vehicle recognition CAMERA. Because I moved last year, and forgot to update my vehicle logbook (my mother died shortly after I moved and I became a carer to three family members overnight!) I did not receive any correspondence as was sent to previous address. Therefore not able to appeal and not given the opportunity to pay initial fine of £60 - which is still a HUGELY expensive price to pay for taking a call and deciding not to park there. What sort of place enforces pay and display and vehicle recognition cameras (time limited) ????? A greedy one. I spent £150 just the other day in an m and s local to me. How I wish I hadn't!!!!! Utterly disgusted with the hideous way I have been "caught out" by their money making opportunity in THEIR carpark!!!!!! Never ever returning.

Cafe is dirty, with food and tables covered in dirt. It is 1:20 on a Saturday and they have no savory food to serve ! Disappointed.

Tills removed and I'm now expected to self serve. Had I wanted to be a shop checkout assistant I would have trained to become one. Sorry I will now buy my clothing elsewhere in Sevenoaks and as for the foodhall I'll shop at Waitrose in future. I wonder what will become of the M & S site in Sevenoaks when it will undoubtedly close down..

Checkouts have been removed. Large counter to deal with returns only, I was pointed towards self service tills. Customers expected to self service clothing items. I decided to not bother so put the items I wished to purchase back. Will not shop there in future!

Checkouts have been removed and self checkouts are now standard - not too pleased. Formal suit section has been removed and fewer staff members than normal - additional journeys required. Not as many staff present as before and selection not as comprehensive as other branches.

Has a supermarket/food section! Lived in Sevenoaks for nearly 2 years before finally going in M&S and turns it out had the Foodhall supermarket in the back the whole time. Why they don’t have a sign on the outside of the building I’ll never know. Tried adding it to google maps and got rejected… Theres also a cafe upstairs which I successfully added to google maps but it seems like it only has starbucks-style food
