Very unfriendly verging on rude staff. Arriving after a long drive and an upsetting funeral a smiling face with a friendly greeting would have been great - rather than no eye contact and a grunt when asked where the lift was. And on leaving - a quick hope you had a good stay would have been nice. Room comfortable and very clean - please praise your cleaners. But let down by reception staff ....

Attended this hotel for an event at Drumsheds for chase and status which was just around corner arrived at hotel checked in with self service machine, no id was check to make sure correct person was checking even though email said. The hotel lift said out of order so only 1 lift worked go into our room the vinyl on the table was peeling of and was sharp to run you hand along easily could cut your hand or that open, the room lights one of them didn’t work. There was also hair all in the bathroom ! Came back at 10:45pm was nice and warm in hotel lobby got back to our room and tied to use the free WiFi which would not work at all ! Tried calling hotel lobby & they did not answer 3 times so wasn’t able to resolve that issue was also rudely woken up by the cleaner shout to each other in corridor asking for help and also letting bedroom door slam. Came down to to breakfast at 10:00am the couple we travelled was already down there said they had been waiting 25 minutes for them to put food out as there literally no food out at all not even any pastry food. Only when the food would come out by one member of staff it would be like 4 eggs between 5 tables all of which when we asked how much longer for more food she laughed and said to sit down and eat what you’ve got !! So rude and unprofessional complained to reception to which I’m still not sure if he was the manger but his name was Tee he said he can’t help us and doesn’t see the issue as it was busy time for breakfast said doesn’t matter where you got for breakfast buffet if it’s busy there won’t be much food out ! Complete joke if you ask me considering there was only 5 tables all of which waiting for food and even the juices were empty ! Hot drinks machine was out of service ! Tee the manger/ receptions did really offer any help like the premier inn website says to do so we got out stuff and left any way feeling very hungry and disappointed with our stay. On the way out in the lift we had to press the level button 4 times as the second lift which is meant to be working keep saying out of service ! Oh and by the way don’t forget if you stay here to pay for parking when you arrive !

Clean room, comfy bed, staff were brill and the food is pretty good inside. The downside is if your in a van your a target whilst parked up. I’ve stayed in a few hotels nearby and vans are always targeted so be wary about what you leave in them.

Room was comfortable but no cleaner in between nights. No replacement towels. Had an evening meal that i waited an hour for. Was told breakfast was 6.30am but then told 7am when downstairs. The staff are rude and unhelpful. The carpark is littered and has smashed electric car ports. And its difficult to find. Probably the worst Premier Inn I've stayed in.

This is a truly awful hotel Whilst it is stuck in an industrial estate it was handy for us as we were going to an event within walking distance. The room was as you would expect but the window didn’t open and all the corridors smelt absolutely vile. The staff were without fail unhelpful and two ladies in particular were actually quite rude. We tried to eat in the restaurant but were told that there was only one chef on which was management’s fault so they could not accommodate us and in the morning at breakfast instead of saying “good morning”the lady simply said “pre paid?” and then just pointed and said “sit anywhere”. Everyone must have had the same treatment as all the guest looked as though they would rather be anywhere else

Staffing was clearly an issue. Long waits at reception to check in and when I wanted service following check in. My room wasn't cleaned despite staying 3 nights and I didn't see anyone cleaning 2nd floor landing the entire time. Same dirt for 3 days. Have to acknowledge very friendly and helpful staff for breakfast serving and they coped well on their own. Not the best stay overall.

Locations is great the hotel is good however the cleaning needs to be upgraded the double and family rooms are clean but the accessible rooms have been horrific and this has been three times now. More care and attention needs to be given to these rooms. Food is decent breakfast is much better but dinner needs more attention again and I would say little more love as the food is good but could be better. Manager was very friendly. Marie I believe her name was a fantastic attention to the staff lovely and very welcoming.

Cleaning and maintenance are great clean fresh room however don't see how two people can use one towel even when asked for more I'm ignored, On top of motorway so very noisy Staff very underwhelming and nearly all of the time either seemed like they were in training or no idea how to do there job Never and I mean never eat here over priced kids portions had burger and (7) chips (yes 7) not told that they no longer had coleslaw even tho it's on the menu burger was so dry and over cooked I couldn't eat it. Will never come back and never advice anyone to stay here.

We arrived for our stay at the Premiere Inn Edmonton and received excellent service. Abdul, one of the members of staff, did his very best to make sure that our needs were met and even upgraded our room for free! High quality service, would definitely stay again! :)

It's a good hotel with friendly staff, the rooms are clean and a good size. The parking is fine but be aware you will hit the ulez zone to get here. The only issues with this hotel is the location being a little hidden in the corner of an industrial estate, however once you find it it's not too bad as far as getting around. The other issue is staff numbers mainly in the restaurant, you can find yourself waiting 20 minutes to place an order due to what looks like the hotel running a skeleton staff. Other than these 2 issues the hotel is good.

Personal sehr freundlich. Wir waren als Familie zu viert dort.

Location of the hotel was a little hard to find. However, the staff were absolutely amazing. Very very polite and provided such great service. It was my boyfriends birthday and they helped us celebrate by giving us beer, a bottle of wine, chocolate and a card. How sweet! We went down to the bar to grab a drink to celebrate and ‘T’ the gentleman who I spoke on the phone with earlier that day let us have the drinks on the house! Best hotel I’ve stayed in in a long while! Very very good service. Happy customer and worth the money!!

Stayed here x3 this year. Rooms are very good and spacious especially the plus rooms (u can get these if u opt for protected cancellation option). We asked for rooms on same floor and they accommodated all 4 rooms. Room service could be done earlier in the day especially for 2 night stay. Breakfast is fab. They accommodated veg sausages. The parking could be free. £12 for 24 hours. So due to 2 nights you have to pay for 3 lots of days £36. On a off peak week that's almost paying for a nights stay. Defeats the purpose. Staff are very kind and helpful. Non Premier rooms have no coffee machine or iron or ironing board or fridge. Best to pay that little extra and book a premium room. U get refund if cancellation is needed. Extra safety.

Parking Warning Advent way parking badly signposted easy to miss in the dark, you have to pay even when arriving at night( most car parks in reasonable city's dont charge after 6 but this London home of the greedy)When you arrive hotel doesnt warn you and you then find in morning you should have paid and then can not pay retrospectively Premier inn should advise arrivals that parking needs to be paid for through an app to ensure paying. Also what happens if you dont have the app?

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Edmonton Premiere Inn! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a warm and welcoming staff that made me feel right at home. Charlie, in particular, stood out with his enthusiasm and friendly demeanor at the bar. The service was impeccable, and the atmosphere was delightful. The room was clean and comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. I can't recommend this hotel enough

Premium plus room is much better than the normal room, which just looks like a rundown motel room that you see in movies. In my opinion you shouldn't have to pay more to have a room with clean walls and better flooring.

Our positive experience was largely down to Abdul, who was only on Day 2 of working at the Edmonton branch. We were there for a 2 night stay, but only realised after the first night that although the door sounded like it was locking, it wasn’t - meaning anyone could walk in. Abdul could not have been more helpful in trying to fix the issue & when it became obvious he couldn’t, he upgraded us to one of the premier plus rooms. Both rooms were clean, comfy and quiet, and I’d definitely stay in either again. I have no idea what the price difference would have been between the two rooms, but the plus room was just that bit nicer & the bed was very comfortable! The location of the hotel appears odd on first approaching it (as it is hidden in the midst of an industrial estate), but it was clean, felt safe and was surprisingly quiet!

Had an amazing stay. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Only downside was( more like for me and not my missus) , we didn’t had a remote for tv. 😅 We came with a car, so can’t really fault the car park in front. It was safe and easy to leave your car. Can’t really comment on bad reviews about it, because we had a pleasant stay. P.S One of the lifts is still out of order, but that’s not a biggy, because there is another one.

Traveling to London had been pretty rough due to multiple traffic problems so we were really exhausted and therefore really grateful for the very kind reception! The staff was soo nice! They always tried their best to help us out as we had a few other problems as well. They definitely made our stay in London way nicer! The room was also clean and comfortable. All in all, I would definitely recommend this Premier Inn Edmonton Hotel to my friends as well.

The Wi-Fi is useless. They couldn’t say that offers free Wi-Fi, you cant even download simple images on WhatsApp sometimes. It’s not possible to open the windows, you fell suffocate. The rest was ok and apparently clean.

After reading the reviews on here I was not looking forward to staying here. We arrived at 5ish after a 4 hour journey found it perfectly. The staff was around to help withe booking in process and was at hand to help in anyway they could. The room was clean and basic and had teas and coffee available. Clean towels available. Our room was cleaned the next day and the breakfast was amazing value for money. I don't know what people want but this hotel has everything you need, clean, warm and welcoming. Thanks Premier Inn and the staff at Edmonton

***** BEWARE ***** stayed here for the first (and last) time last night...our vehicle got broken into (20.11.23) and we were parked directly outside reception.... there were 3other vehicles who also got broken into, one of the vehicle owners have advised this is not isolated and they have been targeted for 3 consecutive mondays...it is an issue which the hotel have been ZERO help with and at no point when we checked in were we made aware of the issues. I have called today to be told there is NO manager who works on a Tuesday so nobody can assist....both managers have Tuesday off if you can help it, save yourself the stress and NOT stay here

Not the best Premier Inn, my room was tired and had a stained carpet. Service was poor and had to keep ringing a buzzer at reception to get restaurant service. Food was poor quality and parking overpriced at £12.

Have stopped here before. It is reasonably priced as it is quite a way out of London. There is a overground station near by all be it on the other side of a busy road. Only one lift working which wasn't ideal. Helpful and friendly staff. Hotel is tucked away at the back of a industrial estate but if you are on a budget this is an option for a London stay.

Paid £188 for one night. Got in from a concert late at night and jumped straight into bed. Woke up the next morning and kicked the cover off to find dried blood on the mattress. Felt physically sick and reported it to reception. Nothing was done. No sorry.. nothing!! Absolutely disgusting service. There's a reason why hospitals treat blood with extreme caution. Avoid at all costs.

Fantastic location just off 406 north circular. Food quality depends on the chef this is for evening meal or breakfast, service in restaurant is very slow as too many new staff training at same time. The experienced staff are very good but you could see their frustrations. Interesting smells along corridors.

pros the beds are really comfy, the breakfast was great 👍. Cons the TV kept crashing all the time. Couldn't believe the bar shut at 9.30. Never heard of a hotel that doesn't have a late bar

I recently stayed at Premier Inn London Edmonton hotel and had a wonderful experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was great. The hotel is conveniently located near local attractions, with easy access to public transportation. The hotel also offers great value for money, with competitive rates. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in London.

The staff were really polite friendly and helpful. Evening meals were very good and a buffet breakfast which was good with nice choices. I certainly would recommend this hotel My only issue was the location Apart from a nearby Tesco Not much else. All in all Very pleased. Malcolm Meakins

I stayed here for quite a while and the rooms are absolutely disgusting and filthy. They smell rotten. Cleaners have the worst attitude and even though, you're entitled to a clean every single day as what you pay for; they won't clean your room no matter how much you push for it at the reception and ask to have your room cleaned. They won't even make your bed if you ask to make a note of it. Staff are never at the reception and very irresponsive and disrespectful. Breakfast food quality is disgusting. Compare it to other premier inn hotels and it's as if it's been pulled out of the bin. The food is so stale and mushy, alot of it tastes as if it's gone bad. Kitchen is so unhygienic as well as the hote as a whole. Bathrooms have mould in it and majority of the walls and furniture themselves. AC and heating rarely work and you have to continuously ask maintenance who also rarely come to fix it. Nothing works in the hotel itself and it's main issue is how awful the hygiene is. Please, please avoid for your own sake as the staff simply don't give a toss and will treat you less than a human being and won't even acknowledge you.

By a motorway so not ideal if you want a peaceful sleep.waited an hour and half for food. Food is very lacking in quality and quantity,in my experience I had the plant based burger with chips which was supposed to come with coleslaw ,arrived without, so asked if I could have it and got told halfway through my meal they had none . Staff were nice to meet us when we checked in but when we wanted query about anything, wanted nothing to do with us or had an arrogant attitude. There are loads of other and cheaper Premier inns please avoid this one at costs if you want to keep your cool

Great for a 'stop over' visit. Even though it's located on a very busy road, there was no traffic noise in the room. The staff were amazing! I've honestly never heard the words, "You're welcome," so many times in my life! There was one tiny flaw, I found the rooms a bit hot. There was no cooling system, only heating &, the windows don't open.

  • 1/5 Reuelah A. 1 year ago on Google
3rd time here this year and quality has definitely reduced. Rooms and hall have a very putrid smell. (A mix of urine and smoke) Air conditioning is now central controlled (you cannot alter temperature in your room and each time you need a temperature change you have to walk down to reception and make a request) Bathrooms are not properly ventilated leaving a mouldy smell. The quality keeps dropping. This wasn’t my view the first 2 times this year.

Rooms were OK and comfortable enough but that's about as good as it gets. Wanted to eat one night and the restaurant was empty, was told I need to wait 45 minutes for a table?? Was very confused so asked what was going on and was told the kitchen can't cope so I would need to wait but there were probably only 3 or 4 tables seated. Unfortunately when I finally got a table and my food was served, it was not worth the wait, every plate was totally bland and not even hot, shocking. Won't be eating at a premier inn again which is a shame because its my hotel of choice for all my regular business trips

First of all the experience was great. The staff were very friendly and helpful especially Abdul, the manager. He was very accommodated and fast when we needed something. Felt like in my own house. Coming back soon for sure!!! They also gave me a wedding gift and card!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Edmonton Premiere Inn during my trip to London, and it exceeded all my expectations in every way possible. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a warm and friendly staff who made me feel right at home. The check-in process was smooth, and they were more than happy to accommodate my special requests. The room was not only spotlessly clean but also incredibly comfortable. The bed was a dream to sleep on, and the amenities provided were top-notch. I particularly appreciated the in-room coffee maker, which helped kickstart my mornings. The location of the hotel is also fantastic. It’s conveniently situated near public transportation, making it easy to explore London’s iconic landmarks. Additionally, there are several dining options within walking distance, making it a breeze to find delicious meals. One of the standout features of this hotel is the impeccable service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. They provided excellent recommendations for local attractions and even helped with transportation arrangements. The breakfast served at the hotel was delicious and offered a variety of options to cater to different tastes. It was a great way to start each day of my stay. In summary, my experience at the Edmonton Premiere Inn was nothing short of exceptional. It’s clear that the staff takes pride in providing guests with a memorable experience. I can confidently say that I’ll be returning on my next visit to London, and I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a comfortable, convenient, and welcoming place to stay in this vibrant city. Thank you, Edmonton Premiere Inn, for making my London trip truly special!

Myself, my sister and her two year old were staying here over the Xmas period. And we are very disappointed with the room. The temperature control was broken and the room was sweltering. The table, the carpet between the bathroom and hallway in the room was lifting up. Definitely a hazard for the two year old and my sister did trip up on it. My sister also found blood on the wall?? Very poor room, hazardous for tripping and hurting yourself. Definitely needs a revision, Ive attached photos!
