Visited Odeon to watch Cop Shop. This was the first time I ever visited Odeon Lee Valley and the first time to an Odeon Luxe cinema. The film was showing in screen 2 and upon entering the theatre I was absolutely disgusted by what I was greeted with. There was rubbish everywhere that had not been cleaned up by cinema staff. I could not even sit on my original seat as it was surrounded by rubbish previous movie views had left behind and there was popcorn on my seats. I spent the first 15 minutes looking for staff members to clean up the mess and because of this I missed the trailers. Don't think I will ever be visiting this cinema again.

I don’t really understand the hype for this cinema. Yes, it looks good and the recliners are a nice touch. But a ticket for £20 is a bit much. No food or drink is included in the price! So once you add popcorn, and a drink, you’re looking at £30 maybe more for one person. It’s ok for a one time experience. But now with Netflix, Prime and Disney+ etc… I would rather stay at home and have a movie night, actually many movie nights and save that £30 on a more memorable experience. But having a Costa inside is pretty cool.

Really enjoyed it... I went and saw an early film so thankfully the cinema was pretty much empty. Good selection of food/drinks available. However, it isn't cheap, a regular coke costing £4.85 Chairs were very comfy, and when you need that added bit, just pop the seat back. Overall, I really enjoyed it. There are lots of car parking spaces so you don't need to worry about that.

Use to be a great place to chill but since they made the seats smaller and just the lack of maintenance and staffing. It really has gone down hill. Not to mention that the audio cut out couple of times when watching a movie at the end. Really poor standard for what use to be the gold standard of cinema. I guess onto the next cinema. 😔

Excellent staff, clean and tidy cinema. Manager (Julie I think), went above and beyond to accommodate child with sensory issues. He left the showing over the sound (even with ear defenders) and manager refunded tickets, athen came to see how we were as we waited for others, offered to lower the volume give us seats at the back and allow us to watch for free. We ended up being able to watch the movie. She came again to check how it went afterwards. All staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Changed drink with no charge for child also.

This is a cinema in a leisure complex just outside of Edmonton. It's part of the Odeon 'luxe' brand. Pros: Reclining seats are actually pretty comfortable Overhanging tables make it easy to store and access your drink or snack Sound is very good, noticeably clearer than other comparable cinema chains Has a decent amount of screenings that are subtitled Cons: Cinema was dirty. It's not cheap for a ticket what with this being a 'luxe' but despite that they were not able to actually clean the seats between screenings. Upon letting staff know a young man came and did what can only be described as a half-hearted attempt at a clean. Seats were ripped. Again, this is marketed and prices as a high-end experience yet they sell full-price tickets for ripped seats (see images). There's only one set of toilets. This may sound like a nit-pick but it's just a way of comparing with other cinema chains. Most have a set of toilets near every set of screens but not here meaning you have to walk far if you need to go. The drinks and snacks are just the typical cinema fare. This might be ok for most but when it's marketed as high end you expect the food offerings to match.

A pretty interesting cinema. First of all, you are able to choose what food or drink on a self-serve kiosk instead of waiting in line and the reclining seats are so comfy! Loads of parking around the cinema, the popcorn is really good and there's a few restaurants nearby. 4 stars and not 5 is because the screen is very warm, if odeon turned on the air conditioning it would've gotten a 5 star. Overall, a great experience! Worth visiting!

Best cinema experience I've ever had! The cinema is so busy that we struggled to find parking in their huge car park. We went on a weekday evening and there were still so many people there. The seats in the cinema were so comfortable! They can recline all the way and you can put your feet up. You can also remove the middle bit between 2 seats so you can sit next to your partner. The nacho selection is quite good too, we got the nacho cheese and salsa. Potato wedges were nice too. Definitely will come back here again

Really nice cinema with very comfy reclining seats. Fairly expensive but it's worth it for the comfort. Did think it was incredibly cold in the cinema so would recommend wrapping up in the winter as my hands were freezing 15 minutes into the massive amount of adverts. Food and drink were expensive from the cinema but reasonable from the Costa inside but its to be expected from a cinema and they don't mind if you take your own food!

I loved the recliners. I was very comfortable all way through the movie. I did not want to get up. The sound system is also very good. I was well impressed.

Odeon luxe at Lea valley is definitely the place to go to watch movies in comfort. Conveniently located with easy access to public transport via buses, overground and it also has a large car parking area. The cinema has 12 screens all with reclining seats so soft and really comfortable. The best screen has to be screen 7 the iSense, 4k quality with DolbY Atmos sound it really elevates the movie experience. Put your feet up, lay back….lose yourself in the comfort of your seat & enjoy the movie ….. You’ll be spoiled for choices while you wait or even when you’re all finished, with a Costa coffee and Oscars bar located inside both have a cosy seating area with a variety of food and drink. Oscars bar offers delicious meals has a selection of alcoholic beverages from fine wine, beer, cocktails and non alcoholic mocktails all prepared by the skilled bartender. Who can say no to nachos with cheese sauce?? NO cinema trip is complete without a tango ice blast…. Just remember to grab them extra straws iykyk lolz. Get down here & try it yourself I definitely recommend it.

The recliner seats are very comfortable and relaxing when watching a film. Easy to book online or at the terminals. Love the hot dogs too. Only negative is some seats are ripped/damaged and need changing.

I haven't been here in years. Returned tonight and the transformation is great. This is how a movie should be enjoyed. The seating is sooo comfy. (Hopefully they are all like screen 4). It felt like i was in my bed when I raised the seating. Sound and screen quality are spot on! Also, very clean. Will be back! (I did benefit from an nhs discount though, so I should mention that it is a bit pricey but it is definitely worth it for that special movie that you have been waiting for and want to enjoy in a special way). We were late so, did not buy any refreshments and we also booked our tickets online, so I can't comment on the service at this point.

Movie was good but not why I am here. If you want to watch movie with popcorn or nachos come at least 1 hour early cos serving is slower than turtle. Looks like they are really not want to work here like that been forced to work here

Waiting in the line for 1 hour is not acceptable. This happens every time I visit. Can't even enjoy as everyone's worried about making it in time for the movie. We are mylimitless members with pre-booked tickets but the line for food or drinks is too slow. They have 8 members working but talking and taking everything soo slowly. Going to cancel mylimitless membership not worth it.

The path from the disabled car par slots was very bumpy for a wheelchair so I imagine even more difficult if I'd used my frame, also a bit of a walk depending on your disability. The doors are only single opened, so you have to unlock the other door so you can wheel in. I brought tickets online, so it was easy enough except the staff member had trouble using her till, thought she had deleted our order and had to call help over. By the time we'd paid and got in the movie, it had been on for at least 15 minutes. The place itself is nice, clean. Staff are friendly and approachable if you need help. It would be helpful, though, to mark which door is for the wheelchair access, as there are 2 doors into that room, and one has steps one doesn't. When I'd dot in, someone had decided the whole back row was hers as she was sprawled out in the seat next to the wheelchair space, which was mine. She tried to tidy n move along, but I was too tired by then, so I put my wheelchair in the other slot and took the corner chair. The people with me took the seats in front. The seats are very comfortable and have handy little tables to hold drinks and snacks. The nachos are lovely, the cheese sauce and salsa actually have flavour. The wedges are nice for dipping and the drinks cold and refreshing. The movie was funny, and I used the recliner function for the last 20 minutes after the nachos were finished.....don't know how the movie finished...zzzzzzzz lol No photos....they frown on you taking pictures and video for obvious reasons

All the seats are massive reclining ones. Plenty of free parking. only issue is that the ladies toilets are usually pretty bad, but to be fair it's a big complex and there are only 10 ish cubicles in the ladies.

Went to see Equilizer 3. The venue is nice and spacious. Has recliner seats, nice and wide. Very comfortable. Bus W8 takes you right there. Ideal for wheel chairs, carpark.

I enjoy watching movies here at Odeon. Very calm and clean environment and there is a good variety of snacking options to enjoy whilst watching. Good parking spaces available and a nice quiet area which I really like to go once in a while.

As much as the screens are crisp and the comfy seats recline for a fantastic viewing experience, they need to sort out the frankly ridiculous wait times for food and drink which can take half an hour even when there are four staff stations active. We gave up ahead of Avatar 2 because the line went to the front door, but it seems to be a problem every time I go. Toilets can be in a poor state too.

The worst cinematic experience compared to all the other cinemas. Tills are all open but you end up waiting minimum over an hour to get a drink. The staff are to busy laughing with each other then serving customers. You can't even order the food online for collection. This is nonsense. Seriously need to sort out this system.

Wow, loved the reclining seats! I was expecting a bit more leg room than usual but you can basically lie down with full leg support and there's still loads of room between rows. We visited in the afternoon, so the bar wasn't open but it looked good.

Really great cinema if you're looking for space and premium seating. Service wasn't great (hence the 4 stars) as it was a very slow service but staff were polite and the cinema overall was clean. There is a lot of parking outside which is free and there are automated machines if you just want to purchase a ticket. I'll be going back again

I went to see the movie Emily today. The seats were comfortable, the toilet was clean, but they didn't take a break during the movie even once. It is also very difficult to reach the cinema due to poor transportation conditions. Also, the movie theater was freezing, but the sound quality and picture quality were adequate. Still, I don't think I'll ever visit again.

Odeon is a great place to watch the latest movies, food is okay and service is usually quite quick. I remember going here when it was called U.C.I and this brings back memories! Only downside was the volume level in the screenings. They are played (I felt) way too loud. Last movie I watched was a kids movie and it was blasting in my ears. Also as comfortable the recliners are they do need a little TLC.

When you get a seat that hasn't been booked twice online it's a great experience but it's very popular. But the food is much better than other cinemas. 5/5 stars for when it all goes according to plan the manager was very accommodating when they double booked. We got free food and our money back. No arguments took place and they were very professional. Thank You 😊

This is close to my house but it's looking a bit sad and run down compared to other cinemas. The Luxe in Action is amazing compared to this one. People have mentioned the damaged seats, which I think can't be booked, creating a run-down and uncared for environment. The various screening rooms are small, picture and sound are fine and the chairs are comfortable. Sometimes hard to find anyone working here especially at late night showings.
