    I cannot believe what I have just received as my order. I drove all the way home on the M25 only to find my £5 customised double quarter pounder with cheese had no patties in it!!! Why on earth would I pay over £5 for cheese and onion WITH sauce and some random bacon added??? I requested no sauces or pickles!! I've called 7 times and they're not answering. I now have to drive back up the M25 to complain as they cannot actually deal with the customer service properly. I WILL be escalating this to their head office!!! Absolutely disgusting!!!

    I stopped my vehicle in front of the unit to order. I placed my order but the young girl taking my order told me to repeat because she didn't hear me. I repeated the order again, but she again told me to repeat, behaving very badly with me in front of my wife and my two children. I said the order once more and the same thing followed again, but this time I also caught a slight mocking laugh. Then they just drove off to the checkout area because it was clear what was going on, namely mockery of people who don't speak English well. This young girl was enjoying humiliating me in front of my children. When I arrived at the payment window another young girl asked me to pay but I asked to see the girl first who couldn't hear me. She stood by her and hid. When I said that I could see her and that it was wrong for her to treat customers like that, regardless of whether they spoke English well or not, she just laughed mockingly and walked into the restaurant. I refused to pay before the Manager came to fix the problem. The manager came and asked what the problem was, I said the girl was not behaving well, but he didn't want to know the details at all, he just said accept my apologies and how much I should pay. I asked the young girl to come and apologize to me and my family for the bad humiliating behavior but he said he can't do that. The order was proof of the initiative attitude. If she really couldn't hear me my order wouldn't be ready when the manager came. I paid to have Proof anyway, moved my car into the parking lot and entered the restaurant holding on to get an apology from this sassy young girl while my 9 year old daughter cried in the car. Again, the manager said he could not tell me the employee's name so I could write it in the complaint.....I am very very disappointed with this demeaning attitude. Is this what your employees do? Hiding for the camera and making fun of people? We will never, ever set foot in this restaurant again, and I will try to make as many people aware of the incident as possible.

    We all know what's the food in McDonalds is like. Aside from that, I find this McDonald's always has reliably clean restrooms so if you are on the go, and need to go. Go here I also need to add to this review, this mcdonalds is always very busy, BUT they cope with the demand very well. When using the drive thru I have rarely been kept waiting and when ordering to eat in they also have table service which is a huge plus for me.

    Went into the store to place my order and was completely mistreated by the employees. Firstly, I stood in the queue at the till and when it came round to my turn at being served, the manager completely ignored me as though I was not standing there or I was invisible. She walked away from me and did not even speak to me or come back to serve me. I was stood at the till for an incredibly long time despite the fact that other employees were available to help as the store was quiet at the time and one of the managers was stood in the corner using his phone!!! After a long wait, an employee finally came to serve me but then just passed me on to another manager, which passed me on to ANOTHER one as they did not know how to redeem a voucher code. The manager (I think is the head manager?) even lied to me and said that I cannot redeem vouchers in store and sent me away. Terrible management at this store. I will not be going back any time soon!!!

    Cant complain, unlike KFC the staff here never have been rude and sell you big macs without stress, even when you want to customise them. Life hack: you can order cheese burgers and take out ketchup and mustard and put big mac sauce inside, just ask at the counter. Make sure you never get fat at macdonalds and just get 3 x triple burger. No need for no bad chips, just mega mac burgers. Enjoy. Update....added the quadruple egg mcmuffin to the pics

    Probably the worst McDonald's in the world. I had my orders cancelled twice before, no refund given. Today same story, but this time I went there with my order number and everything. When I got there there were like 50 delivery drivers blocking the entrance to the building, had to force my way inside ,and in front of me was a Dad with his like 5 year old child trying to get in as well, i got in same as that man with a child straight to manager, he's complaining about harassment outside, I'm trying to get food for my kids, it was something else, and manager just standing there with no answers. Horrible place. Just go different McDonald's

    Just an advice to the staffs at the drive through counter that people with speech problems and disabilities can’t order or say the online code at the order through mic area. Is it anything wrong to skip that counter and show the code to the person in the payment counter? Why show rude attitude and make disable person more uncomfortable despite showing signs that I can’t speak! Please understand not everyone is same. Otherwise can’t fault the quality of food.

    Very poor experience this branch are more focused on Deliveroo and UberEATS orders than in-store customers. Almost 20 minute wait for Vegan burger all the food was cold when we received it. Duty Manager was useless.

    What an absolute disgrace, the manager should be fired I came 10of august at 11am with my little daughter which was crying because the slide was closed. Apart of that I wanted charge my phone as battery got flat, the manager turned of all sockets around restaurant so ppl can’t use it, asked 3 times they said they will check no one did.no one came back to me. I will never come there again.

    I went to Mcdonalds and I done take out then I checked my food and saw that half of the food was missing such as my nuggets and my burger was horrifically messy all over the big mac box the meat and salad was falling out of the buns. Afterwards I went back there and I told them why is my food like this and missing, they didn't care and they gave me an attitude while I was speaking to them they we're ignoring what I was saying. very bad customer service and very "Rude" staff and didn't respect me at all it felt like I was invisible or something they just looked away and stared at me then turned away then walked away with an attitude. This was very disrespectful and I felt offended towards what they done.

    When you are in a car, to order food, after receiving the food, you have to turn right again and enter the parking lot, and sometimes it is very crowded. I think it’s better to make separate road for drive-through left side 👍🏻

    Honestly one of the better ones around my area that I would drive past brimsdown just to go here. Everytime I come here to the drive through I by the time I pay and drive around to collect my food there is no wait and I receive the food straight away.

    Went through the drive thru last weekend in the evening and while the place was packed, staff were friendly and patient. Our order took longer than usual to arrive so staff gave us an extra 2 medium chips as compensation for our time :)

    I am sick and tired of this restaurant. Whenever I order for delivery it either comes from here or Waltham Abbey. I always sigh when I see bullsmoor have picked it up as they simply struggle to put EVERYTHING I ORDERED AND PAID FOR IN A BAG!!! I have had enough. If you cannot offer the service properly do not offer it. I am sick of having to get in my car to go there to shout and be met with a manager who wants to tell me the order wasn’t from the restaurant WHEN IT WAS!!!! I am taking this further. Enough is enough. I can’t eat a burger without fries again or fries with no burger or two burgers with no fries 🤣 I am not done with this restaurant

    The service is horrendous, took an hour and a half to make a few nuggets and some chips! Tried to ring their phone number which nobody answers?! I thought working in McDonald’s was one of the easiest jobs going hence why children are allowed to work there but clearly it’s too difficult for their unprofessional little minds to figure out how to make a basic order then maybe consider a new career 👏👏

    Youth drive through to water breakfast ask for a breakfast roll with extra sausage didn't receive any sausage ask for a toffee latte large received a regular coffee. This is the fourth time it's happened in a row. Realise when I was halfway down the motorway. Tried calling the store on each occasion and nobody answers

    We called in to get food on our way home, the car park isn't very big but we still managed to get a parking space. Food was great as usual from McDonald's I did have an issue with my order but once the staff were told it was rectified straight away.

    If I can rate this restaurant ZERO, I would… My order is never correct, if condiments paid for isn’t missing, the food is missing and always badly presented and stale. I wouldn’t even serve a pig in such disgusting manner. Absolute waste of money buying from this restaurant. I have about had enough of their food ruining my entire mood every time it gets delivered. The whole place needs to be reviewed. Staffs needs to be retrained, we are paying for the food so pay attention to the order details. Wish I can add a photo of the nightmare big tasty I received. WORST MCDONALDS BRANCH EVER ORDERED FROM.

    The food has really changed at McDonald's everywhere. It is not like it used to be. The chips are not golden anymore, burgers are not juicy.... McDonald's can really do better. The burgers 🍔 is like it has been in the air fryer for too long 😮‍💨😞

    Erm...the staff here must be under pressure. Bought my order in drive thro. Got home to find one big Mac missing and a chicken meal with cheese. But that wasn't ordered. Chips were slightly undercooked, however the drinks and ice cream were correct which is why I didn't notice the error. Returned with erroneous meal order and handed over my receipt too. Explained, got new brown paper bag handed to me, but this time I checked before leaving. NOPE still wrong. 3rd time lucky, got it right! Got some extra chips as consolation, but it doesn't fuel the car or make up for lost time. Needs improvement

    I said to the girl on drive through no cheese in my burger she said ok but on the screen it still showed cheese so I said make sure it’s no cheeses she said yes no cheese so at the last window I checked the burger and guess what there was cheese inside! So I told them I o change it. Get home and also there no apple pies in the bag! terrible service and need to take more care!

    I came with a client who needed the disable toilet. It was occupied. When they left , the toilet was a mess but Mihaela was very kind to clean it immediately apologising for previous occupants mess. Previous occupant who had no disability was very rude to Mihaela but she remained polite and gracious. GOOD JOB MIHAELA.! #goodstaff

    If you can help it DO NOT order/go to this McDonald's! It is by far the worst, the staff have no idea what they are doing. Placing an order is as difficult as brain surgery for them. The time it takes to receive the food should not be defined as a 'Fast Food' business. Two McMuffin Meals nearly 40min wait standing in at the collection desk to watch people place bigger orders and still receive food first. I'm not normally one to complain but this isn't the first time, even when using a delivery service the standard of food is appaling. They need to close shop, re-evaluate staff and try again because this is the worst place to shop/order in the whole of Enfield guaranteed. 100% the last time I even consider using this McDonald's

    Ordered drive-thru, 1 legend Mayo with cheese and pickles, which I paid extra for. After leaving and half way up the motorway, opened it to discover it was plain with only mayo, and a sticker on the box for a " Just-Eat" order, kept trying to call, which was either not answering or hanging up. Obviously staff are incompetent and cannot read. Not the first time.

    We enjoyed eating our McDonald's breakfast and pancakes food was lovely we got it promptly and a good atmosphere nice clean place and friendly hard working staff. Especially Dinesh who helped me pick the right food:) We normally use the drive thru now and again food is always hot and tastes great friendly and efficient staff:) Well done McDonald's wx:)

    We had their special stack burger and it was very dry, a bit burnt, didn't have all the ingredients including the cheese! looked nothing like the picture. Although that's the norm as per the 'Big Mac' at least the taste is usually consistent with that!

    I often go to the Burger King drive thru next door to pick up a double whopper then go to the McDonald's to pick up a large Fries and medium Coke zero. If I'm very hungry I also get 6 nuggets.

    Two stars i give, only for the mcplant. Nothing else. In their google maps location the closing time is shown to be 00.00 whereas they close at 22.00 in real life. We wanted to walk from drive thru they said no. Why no. Overall terrible service. Ruined the whole fast food night mood.

    Usually McDonald's restaurants in the UK are dirty with staff not interested in anything. That was the first one I have visited where people actually care. Food was hot and tasty. Toilet was clean and tidy. Same tables and everything. Well done for the manager and all the staff. Just one little advice guys. When you bring food to the table it'd be so nice to see smiling face and someone saying "enjoy your meal".

    Ordered at the drive through 3 happy meals a big tasty and a Caesar wrap One happy meal was suppose to be a hamburger extra pickles and was given nuggets Caesar wrap was meant to have no xesar dressing and it has it in it. Everything cold incorrect amount of stickers on boxes for monopoly and tried to call but no answer. Absolutely disgusting service
