The management of this place could not organise a child’s party without mistakes ! staff were rude if you could find any left alone with no night staff on hand ! just a number to call to which no one answers the floors were dirty your feet were sticking to them as you walked on them brass work was dirty place was dusty as for maintenance all I could see in my stay was one poor man an English one as well surprised me as all I had seen was Indians running it ! he was trying his best to tidy up and do what ever he could all the time busy as if he was fighting a losing battle but 10-10 for his determination if he was in fact the only one to be seen working all the other staff If I was lucky to see them were standing around on there phones or not doing anything really a poor quality stay for the money which is sad as it’s a very stunning building which needs more work and staff who care for it and not just there because it’s a job not many places like this be a shame to see it get worse in current managements hands

Had my daughter's wedding and reception party. Very well executed by the event manager and well trained staff. Food you cannot stop eating, great ambience and parking facilities. The pods are very attractive and comfortable

Had dinner at the pods, which visually looks amazing. The food was okay, but the prices were extremely extortionate I felt. my £ stars is because Kuldeep gave really great service. literally going up and down to make sure we were okay and catered for.

I have BAD points and GOOD points. BAD POINTS Restaurant- would of been nice if they sorted out the loose wiring hanging down the fan pod which was showing live wires and perhaps a wipe down where you could see dirty marks, was kind of a put off for us. Portion size was shocking small for the high price! GOOD POINTS The food tasted great! All waiters were so polite, helpful and gave us a good service. For us the main issue is the Portion size, however the question is would I visted the restaurant and pod again..... YES absolutely! with a helpful service like that and not forgetting food taste why not.

We hired the place for a wedding. Tge staff were very polite. Canapes, starters and main were very good but the desserts were disappointing. Rasmalai was not up to the standard. We stayed overnight and the breakfast was very good, very helpful staff.

Service was awful we did not get drinks for ages. Any request took too long to arrive. We asked for mango chutney when food arrived and we had finished our meal when it actually turned up. Way over priced for the quality of food and the quality is very low. I will never go back again

We had to cancel our wedding due to Covid 3 years ago. We are still trying to recover money from them after 3 years. They owe us money, as well as many other people, yet they still continue to take money from new couples for weddings. The company that are based at Newland Manor operate as multiple companies which are all owned by 1 person (Check Companies House). They also operate at Ponsbourne Park Hotel and continue to have weddings there. The Newland Manor company went into liquidation nearly 2 years ago (I have personally spoken to the Liquidators). So for those asking who had no replies etc, this is the reason. These guys are snakes, please to do not get involved with them and have your wedding with them. So many broken promises about re-payments etc. Currently, they only operate at Ponsbourne Park now. Please check out the companies that the owner owns, you will see that the companies are in debt. They do not own Newland Manor or Ponsbourne Park, they only operate there.

Beautiful grounds. Food was lovely. Lovely service but few things missing consider it's a pricey place e.g. Hot towels and sweets at the end; bill was jsut a flimsy slip not well presented. Parking available. Thought the loo was a bit bland.

Our heartfelt thanks and appreciation for a first class all inclusive package provided to us and our family/guests during my daughter Madhvi’s wedding to Varun Thapar on 24th July 2022. From the accommodation through to wedding event and the evening reception was extremely well organised and attended to by your team. Special mention to Anurag our MasterChef, Jags and his colleague and of course your good self. This was the second wedding event that we had done with yourselves…. This place was such a disappointment. Potentially it could be brilliant and while the hotel building is good it is scruffy and not being looked after. From the pot holed drive way to the unloved marquees. The pods are great but even these are starting to look tired. A missed opportunity.

We had a room and pod booked for a very special occasion (mine and my twin brothers 40th) of which we have paid a lot of money - the room was 250 for one night! The room was a very good size and decorated well although- there are major issues with cracks near the radiator, bulging tiles in the bathroom , and a television that doesn't work. The pod experience: Positives: food was delicious, staff were very very friendly and did their best. BUT as we arrived and was taken to our pod it was only set up for 2 not 4, we waited over an hour to get our drinks, then waited over an hour after our main to order 3 desserts then another 25 mins to get dessert only to be told at that time when placing only 2 desserts on the table they didn't have 1 of them that we ordered- by which time was too late to order another. (Charging the elevated price for the dessert is something that needs to be looked at it was unacceptable to pay £12.00 for what was served) As I have said this was a very special occasion that cost a lot of money and was sold as a premium experience and unfortunately, we have come away feeling very sad and deflated.

One of the finest place, very tranquil, with great privacy and natural surroundings. Love the concept of Pods...Mouth-watering food, amazing service, very friendly staff. Vishal, the manager is brilliant and take care of guests with a personal touch.
