Lovely hotel, the room I stayed in could have used a little TLC in the bathroom but it was still functional and very clean. Well presented room, whilst a little small (which didn't both me, as a solo traveller) they had clearly put some thought into how to make the most of the space, and it paid off. Their garden is lovely, a little slice of serenity in the middle of a busy suburb. The service was great, really friendly and welcoming - made you feel like you'd known them for years. Breakfast was good, cooked to order (I didn't want much of a fry up, so don't judge them by my plate!!). Overall, a pleasant trip and I wouldn't have a problem staying here again if I needed accommodation up this neck of the woods!

Lovely hotel which is set a period house and still retains its elegance. The hotel has 9 rooms which are all luxerious and they cater for weddings and events. As I say lovely hotel with a superb team to look after you.Highly recommend.

Not so good this time! Still comfortable but bits missing like complimentary bottles of water which I really liked, the breakfast is usually great but this time had to send it back as the sausage was stone cold egg was well undercooked beans were cold and it was on a cold plate! What has changed? It used to be very good. Staff are excellent.

Sehr nette und herzliches Anbietet... wir waren hier an einer Hochzeit. Es war sehr schön und alles sehr liebevoll und herzlich eingerichtet. Das Essen war sehr gut nur die Frühstück hatte nicht so viele Auswahl aber liebevoll gemacht. Für die Kinder hatte sie auch ein gesundes Menu hergestellt. Sie haben ein sehr herziges Garten. Klein aber Fein...

Sadly this was for a funeral and everything socially distanced. Staff very welcoming in their masks. Everything looked spotless and the food and coffee very good, excellent hot buffet.. The care and attention was exceptional. Well done I say in view of the circumstances

More like a house than a hotel, tastefully decorated and friendly staff. The bathroom was lovely with a free standing bath, however the walls were built with MDF which was swelling in places due to moisture which was a shame as it was really nice. All in all a good stay.

We got married at Packfords in May 2021. We had delayed by 14 months due to Covid-19. Sara, their Hospitality Manager, was amazing in liaising with us and organising everything for our small family event. We had such a fabulous time there from the ceremony in the Hardy Room, drinks/nibbles in the bar/conservatory and, lucky for us with the weather, their beautiful garden which our son had a fabulous time exploring and joining any photo he felt like! It really is a super venue and one we would not hesitate to recommend. Thank you so much for everything you did for us on our special day. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves as did our guests.

Had a lovely stay here last month. Staff were super friendly and the room was cosy, clean and well decorated.

A pleasant hotel which is family owned. I've only been here to functions and haven't stayed overnight. The staff were efficient and friendly. Parking is restricted to 9 cars I think it was. Parking in the street has restricted times or there is a pay and display a short walk away.

Beautiful Chic hotel in East London. Rooms very comfortable, clean and large. Staff friendly and helpful and big choice for breakfast. Makes a nice choice from the usual bland hotel chains. Price is reasonable for location as well.

It's a lovely hotel! The location is excellent, it's both close to major public transport links and very good restaurants. The rooms are very tastefully decorated and all the staff are lovely.
