A great selection and excellent customer service. I couldn’t disagree more with the bad review left by one customer. I bought a Superfish 80 tank and a stand from them last week My wife then decided that she didn’t like the colour of the tanks surrounds (black) once we got it home (despite seeing it in the shop!!) as it didn’t match the room we put it in. I also had a problem with the stand as it had some minor blistering to the veneer. I carried the stand back to the shop and Russ opened the door for me. I quickly explained my issue and then brought in the tank with Russ again offering to help me carry it. I then exchanged the tank for a white tank and Russ listened to what I had to say about the stand without any fuss whatsoever. He then ordered me another and all this was done with a genuine smile and complete attention to customer satisfaction. I then spent some time in the store chatting to various staff about the fish and picking their brains as I’m a newbie to fish. All the staff there are extremely polite, knowledgeable and couldn’t be more helpful. An excellent store with friendly helpful staff. A thousand times better than the typical high street chain with good a large variable stock of tanks and an excellent selection of quality healthy looking fish. I have nothing but praise for them. Genuinely recommended.

This place is small but cosy. All the things you need. I came to this aquarium store over 15 years ago brought a Ehiem three tier external filter. Costing over £250. It still works today on a 150 gallon tank. I pop in now and again to purchase female betta which they stock and are reasonably priced. The best thing about this place is the large impressive marine tank aquascaped with mixed coral and fish. The kids will be amazed compared to the other fish stores around crew hill.

By far the best aquarium we have been to. The staff were extremely helpful and full of knowledge and willing to help unlike some of the others in the area.

My go to marine shop, tucked away from the main road. I find the service much more personable than other nearby establishments, and Rus and others have provided much helpful and timely advice with my reef tank setup. The selection of marine fish and corals is excellent.

I have to say home marine is amazing. I walked in with no experience and everyone that i have dealt with has been so patient. Rus, Dean and Adam are great and very experienced. I especially want to thank Trisha. She really takes her time to go through each fish i want and takes the time to let me know every characteristic and feeding habits before i buy. She has made some good recommendations on what I should buy to suit my setup and everything is going extremely well. Thank you home marine.

As an aquatic obsessed man, I love this place. I have three aquariums in my home and I always come here for my needs.

I went into this shop last Sunday the older women working there was very arrogant when I asked for her advice she didn't seem interested. Not sure if would go there again.

Omg never been here before and I am a novice at tropical fish. Trisha was so very helpful professional and spent so much time explaining things to me I was asking so many questions with regards to helping me nothing was too much trouble for her I will definitely be back as she was so kind thank you Trisha

I have always wanted to do a saltwater aquarium having done tropical for years. I did alot of research and chose a red sea reefer 260. I looked at most shops who could deliver as I do not have my own transport Homemarine came up trumps for me brilliant customer service, very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Would definitely recommend to anyone starting a reef aquarium.

Fantastic shop in general, great live stock. I have dealt with both Dean and Adam and I can’t fault either of them. The lady who works here however (I’m not sure of her name) needs to learn how not to be so harsh and learn some social skills especially working in a retail setting. I felt like I was back in school being told off. I do hope this is an isolated case. Thankyou very much guys for your help in choosing live stock for my aquarium lately.

I’m very disappointed I came in on the Sunday lunchtime to look for some plants for my tank and there was a older woman who was there no disrespect but her customer service was really bad I tried to talk to her and she gave me no eye contact and also when I asked for help she seemed like she was reluctant to help me so I ended up walking out and going to jolly’s I don’t know her name but I won’t be going in there again if I could give 0 stars I would cos I’m not happy at all

Very dissapointed as in the past I have always enjoyed purchasing from this shop but I absolutely won't be again. I am medically exempt from wearing a face mask or covering during the pandemic. I do have an exemption pass but even with this, I do not have to show it or prove anything, as per the governments website. On Sunday 05/12/21 i tried to enter the store and was met by an aggresive and abrasive female member of staff telling me that despite me being exempt that I would not be permitted in store. No mask, No entry. I dont know if the member of staff or owner knows this but it is actually illegal and it will be taken further. Under the Equality Act 2010, it is illegal for a provider of services to the public to discriminate against someone. This means a shop or restaurant for example, that is open to the public, may be in danger of disability discrimination if it decides to ban someone from entering without a mask. I am actually sorry to have to do this as it is a really nice shop but I feel that given the circumstances that we are currently living in that something has to be said.

Does not care about the welfare of their fish, tried to sell me a dead fish and refused to accept their fish have diseses. Instead of treating them, the owner told me she would take it out back and put it out of its misery and also called me a scummy pr**k for pointing out their lack of animal welfare.. ..

Dry goods leaves some to be desired and you can see it's an old shop but when you walk through the plastic guarding the fish house it's a different story. Display tanks are well established and it shows that they got those right. Giant corals and happy fish, it's truly an inspiration for any marine fish keeper. Fish displays are ok and variety is good but not exceptional. I would buy marine stuff from this store just from looking at how well their own displays are maintained, they know their stuff. Freshwater is lacking and somewhat sad but it is called home marine afterall. Prices were also not too bad for a store on crews hill

Lots of beautiful and health livestock. Helpful staff, for sure the best shop for marine aquarium in and around Enfield.
