Had the pleasure of tasting CHC coffee last week....wonderful experience. The best I’ve ever tasted.

Our recent delivery of Brazil - Sitio Cachoeirinha coffee beans was highly roasted rather than the medium roast it should have been. After ignoring my first email I was asked to send a sample back at my own expense for them to taste test it. Their response after testing it was: “we don’t have a dark roast option for this so not really sure what’s happening” and that I could try and adjust the grinding or dosing. I have had this coffee from them a number of times and it has always been medium roasted not the dark roast that they have sent me. My guess is that they either sent me the wrong coffee or it was left in the roaster far too long. Denying that there is a problem is not the way to deal with long standing and loyal customers. We have supported this business over several years including during 2 years of Covid restrictions as it used to be a company local to us when it was based in Partridge Green. This was despite receiving 2 separate batches of Colombian El Muro from them containing a piece of grit one of which broke my coffee grinder (they did refund that time). So very disappointed with their poor customer care.

I have bought coffee from Craft House on a number of occasions now and have always enjoyed their beans. The flavours are amazing and variety outstanding. They have something for everyone. I also live their packaging which is completely recyclable. An additional touch is the information cards which explain more about how your beans have been produced and the farmers who have worked so hard to get them to you. So pleased with Craft House I have now taken out a subscription with them so I can enjoy great coffee every month.

Been using CHC coffee and their subscription service for a long time now, the variety and quality of coffee is second to none and I can do no more than thoroughly recommend., including the decaff, which is a rare find!

The market stall produces the most incredible brewed coffee, and helpful advice on how to brew my own coffee at home to the same standard. They really know what they are talking about!

Simply great coffee everytime. Never had a duff bag. Everytime I try a new bean I always say "wow". Bag after bag is exceptional. Tom does a great job sourcing some fantastic nbeans and then expertly roasting. Service and communication is always excellent. I never have ant regrets ordering from CHC and would genuinely wholeheartedly recommend purchasing from CHC and supporting a small independent business.

Popped along to support a local business today 😊not a coffee fan usually, but tried Craft House Coffees Industrial Blend today as a latte and was pleasantly surprised ☕I really enjoyed it, so will be popping along next weekend for another. Also purchased some blends for a Christmas present and thought it was wonderful that the stories behind the beans were included and the packaging is super cute 🧡
