Very nice staff very helpful they give excellent advise very knowledgeable. Very good prices. When I used to have tropical fish I all ways went shopping there for all my things for my fish tank and to buy my fish, food, liquids etc. I would definitely recommend them for first time fish owners and for people that already have fish as pets and very friendly staff if you have any questions they will 100% will know the awnser to your question.

Kingfisher are wonderful. They have always sold me high quality products with great advice. The owner, Keith and his assistant, Chris are brilliant and everything they say is honest and they genuinely care about you, your pond or tank and everything about it whether it be alive or decorative. There are other aquatic stores nearer to my home but why would I go there when what I get from Kingfisher can’t be matched or copied? My little pond has been transformed from a large puddle to something gorgeous.

Never owned pets before. This place does not act like a business. They are genuine, informative and so helpful! Absolutely love Kingfisher and they helped me so much with the initial purchase of my musk turtles for my son. They continue to advise me after-sales and always give so much time and patience. Would always recommend Kingfisher without any reservations whatsoever!

I went inside the shop to ask what to do to help my fish with a swollen body and sluggish movement. The two people at the counter were very informative and helpful. They told me what they suspected the problem was and the prognosis wasn't good. They suspected it was dropsy and it had gone too far. They then went on to recommend that I might be lucky to save my fish. The treatment recommended was with a type of health salt. They also pointed me to a website of vets who could give me more information. I bought a bag of salt. They ep calculate what I needed in my pond when I told them the size Since I added the salt, the fish's movement has improved 👌 I am hoping that the swelling would reduce too. Thank you Kingfisher fisheries for the support, reassurance, and information. I definitely will be returning ☺️

Looks small from the front but opens up when you walk in, like a wonderful habadashery. Has a real homely feel to it. All the livestock look healthy and comfy. Equipment.. Stock.. It's all there. Keith always has time for the customers. Home delivery if you ask nicely. Well done Keith and all staff.

Bought a number of fish from them and all have thrived and grown very well from rudd, chub barbel and golen orfe. Have also used them for a number of other itesm and pricing always keen and advice is always sound unlike other places not too far away. Always very helpful and happy to have a chat. This is how it should be.

I have been coming here since 2008, I popped in during a search for an aquarium and general care for my pond in my new house and was looked after so well, I never looked back! Keith is very customer (&fish) focused and doesn't mind going out of his way so that his customers are happy. Prices - reasonable and more often than not, limited parking outside available more often than not.

Kingfisher Aquatics were recommended to our jewellery shop to maintain on a monthly basis our large tank over 3 years ago. Keith has serviced the tank ,supplied new fish, and changed displays to keep it fresh and interesting for our young clientele. He is never pushy. I can certainly confirm 100% that we wouldn't go anywhere else !

I can only recommend, after having a bad experience from aqua shop cross the road I went to visit this shop and I was really pleased, friendly and warm stuff, not like the cross the road 😒 and prices much cheaper 👍

Ordered 12 fish, paid but never received them. When I call and ask where they are nobody knows anything the say they cant find the order or receipt but some how they had my name, address and the amount I'd paid. I was promised a call back at 14:00 the same day - Never Happened. Had to get my card to charge back. BE WARNED do not use or trust this company, to say it is Fishy is truer than you could imagine. stay clear

So I was looking for a new tropical fish tank and went to maidenhead aquatics over the road for the first time and saw the fluval roma 240 with Bluetooth led light and external 307 filter for £599 + delivery £45 which I wanted, they had one in stock however it was the wrong colour so on the way to crews hill station we saw KINGFISHER AQUATICS and went to have a look. Immediately I was Impressed how big it was inside as it looked small, I was greated upon entering by the staff, I had a little look around they have a very good verity of fish at a very reasonable prices, so I spoke to one of the staff keith and explained the situation with maidenhead aquatics, he checked the price he could get them for and said he could do it for £595 including delivery to N17 tottenham saving me £50 so I came back one week later and bought this no brainer deal , i was called three days later by keith informing me it had been ordered and would be delivered by himself the following Monday which was brilliant I would definitely recommend this family run business over larger outlets service was amazing will send you some pictures off the new tank once its all set up thanks keith top man

Very helpful people and the place to come for good advice. Tried other aquatic places in Crewe's Hill and felt that these were the best in terms of service and knowledge.

I took a piece of tube for hose with me so that the worker at the shop could help me get the right size. I assumed he knew what he was doing and that he would get me the right size, so I got 10 metres, wrong size wasted £29.90. He doesn't know what he is do UPDATE; so I took back the products, really smooth exchange, the worker was really professional in his manner. I was so pleased with the service that I bought more products. THANK YOU

Purchased a lovely ex display tank from here some months ago. Later returned to upgrade my filter. Over the two occasions I recieved a genuine helpful service. Love that my dog was allowed in too!! Even if it is an hours drive away, for me its definatly worth the trip. Thank you!!

Bought a Map turtle and tank set up from your self's and been impressed with the amazing customer service and quality of the tank and accessories, also my little guy ( Map turtle) seems to be settling in nicely.
