First time visit to an Osteopath after 6 years of back issues initial MRI suggested double disc herniation, stenosis of certain spinal foramen etc.). I’ve had 4 visits with the brilliant Etienne, and I cannot recommend him highly enough. He has absolutely fantastic communication skills to be able to relay the science behind what’s happening with a clear passion for what he does. He was able to quell the acute pain I went in with and I finally have a clear plan going forward and have markers to gauge my progress. Again, I cannot recommend and thank him enough!

I was recommended to visit the clinic for an appointment with Juan Bedoya by my wife Nicole Bailey-Barker to help treat my lower back pain issues which he described as degeneration changes and tendonitis in my hip and gluts muscle. He knew straight away exactly the treatment I needed and key stretches to do at home to help strengthen the muscles and help my rehabilitation. Juan is very professional and instantly made me feel at ease and comfortable whilst explaining what he was doing and why. I booked an hour session..only got about 15 min treatment. The guy left me waiting outside in waiting room and the treatment started late and finished early. I thought I was going to stretched around and twisted but instead I got some acupuncture needles in my back and neck.i was cold in the room without any towel to cover me ,I had to ask for my top. I only booked this after reading the reviews. I was contacted immediately by Robert Shanks director of spineplus after the review I had given. He asked if I would like to have a hour treatment with another specialist. I went to a guy called Rodrigo Almeida who was a breath of fresh air when it came to my treatment. I was recommended Juan to treat my plantar faciatis in my foot. After talking to me Juan offered shock wave therapy. I cannot lie it was quite painful but I persevered and am now almost pain free. He put me at ease and explained the procedure. Excellent service.

I arrived into Spine plus at Woodford about 4 weeks ago, with excruciating lower back pain, within the first session with Louise using varied methods of acupuncture, manipulation therapy the pain was alleviated. Louise explained everything clearly and described each stage of the treatment and checked I was okay through out. Four sessions later I am pain free, still continuing with my treatment. Fantastic. Juan worked wonders with my knee in the short time. He has relieved the pain and today was the first time I have been able to get into my car in a "normal" way for a long time.

Juan is amazing. I’ve always had issues with my back and neck that need regular maintenance and treatment so I’m so happy to have found Juan who can confidently sort them out for me. Each time he will assess and diagnose what the issue is before treating me, with great results. I developed a shoulder problem with rock climbing and I went to see Juan at the clinic. Juan assess me and ask me some questions, he started my treatment with acupuncture following by manipulation to release some knots deep into my shoulder. I highly recommend him for his professionalism and for giving me many advices.

I have been to spine plus multiple time for different problems. Today, I went back for my back. Juan is been amazing. He did acupuncture and massage the area. I had a significant pain in my shoulder and neck. During my first session with Rocco he was able to identify the problem and I felt some relief very quickly. He explained everything he was doing and after just a few sessions the pain was completely gone. Rocco made the experience one where I felt everything was done professionally, there was no ‘stringing out’ the appointments to make additional money just super effective treatment at a fair price. I have had about 6 treatments with Etienne for my neck and lower back. After my first session, and following the exercises he gave me, I noticed a difference very quickly. Etienne is great at explaining what is causing the problem, he explains the manipulation he is going to do and what benefits this should have. Since seeing Etienne, I have noticed a significant improvement with my neck and back and would certainly recommend him. I just need to change my lifestyle a bit!

Huge thank you to Jaqueline Schultz for the deep tissue massage. Spending 10hours a day behind a desk really leads to huge tensions in my neck, shoulders and upper back. Thankfully Jacqueline used her skills to slowly release these tensions and I left feeling significantly more mobile and gave instant relief to my tension headaches. I see Jaqueline Schultz, I have had many massages over the years & many different types I went to see her for a shoulder pain . Jaqueline is extremely knowledgeable about massage and what she’s doing she hits the spot every 2 weeks for me. I have a slipped disc and she also looks after that for me . Very professional, friendly and I can’t recommend her highly enough well worth the cost as come out feeling so much better and it lasts through the week , fantastic experience 🙏

I have attended Spine plus for a while now. I have issues with my neck, back and issues with migraine. At present I am seeing Jacqueline Schultz for massage therapy. Jacqueline is excellent.
