This was an outstanding service we used for our toddler being very unwell on a Saturday. Within an hour and a half Dr Sattar was at our home alleviating all of our fears and giving us a frank and straight forward understanding of how to manage the illness and future advice which we found invaluable too. This truly felt like a personalised service for our family, we would absolutely use this service again and highly recommend!

I urgently needed my baby to be seen by a GP and after 76 attempts at calling my usual GP (and not getting through) I found Avicenna Health online. They arranged a facetime call within the hour and then the GP saw me face to face a couple hours later. The doctor was knowledgeable and very friendly. I will be going to Avicenna from now on and not bothering with the NHS.

I visited Dr Mohsin for Micro suction for earwax removal for my blocked eardrums. After a free consultation, she managed to see me extremely quickly, and delivered a highly professional service, effectively clearing my ears, which were causing me a lot of problems. Highly recommend Avicenna Health. We changed our travel plans at the last minute and Avicenna were so accommodating to fit us in and efficient. On arrival Dr Sattar was kind, welcoming and super nice. We will definitely be recommending to our friends.

After needing a PCR test for a flight I contacted Avicenna after seeing them on Facebook. I dealt with Ayesha and was very impressed at how she explained everything and helped in the best way as she could. So many clinics are selling PCR test at a very high cost. Avicenna was a lot more reasonable than all the others. I will be using them again for my next flight that needs a test.

We met Dr Faisal Sattar, as my 11 year old daughter was unwell. He was incredibly kind, patient and thorough. I would totally recommend this Dr and will certainly use his services again.

I rang Avicenna Health on a Saturday morning at about 11 o'clock as I was in pain and had been unable to get a GP's appointment the previous 2 days and the local health service number the chemist had given me was informing me I was still 21st in the queue after an hour. My partner found Avicenna Health online, I rang and after a brief discussion with the doctor I was told to come at 12.30. I was seen immediately by the excellent Dr Mohsin who went through everything with me, the diagnosis, the treatment, what causes it ( it was shingles btw) and we even discussed other issues ( my GP only allows one problem per appointment) Dr Mohsin told me everything I needed to know about the complaint and how to deal with it effectively. I went downstairs to the pharmacist, collected my prescription and was on my way home an hour later. It was money well spent in my opinion. I tried to get a follow up with my GP on the Monday and at 8.20 the days appointments were all gone. Whilst not wealthy and unable to make a habit of this service, I will certainly consider it again in a similar situation.

Most comfortable and professional doctors I’ve been to. very satisfied with the appointment and was even able to get an ECG done on the day without having to get it booked! Would recommend highly. Dr Mohsin was very comforting and understanding of my phobia around medical checks but kept me at ease throughout. 10/10.

Faisal Sattar treated my elderly mother with care and respect. We would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone who wants/needs expert advice. His knowledge was wide-ranging. All round excellence.

excellent and prompt home consultation in less than a couple of hours after requesting one from Dr Alam this morning to my mother. Dr Alam gave my mother detailed and informative advice and then followed up with a phone call to me with very helpful information on how to deal with mum's issues. Recommend Dr Alam and Avicenna very highly based on this visit and Dr Sattar's earlier in the week.

Just before the pandemic, I approached Avicenna through google search, for specialised and dedicated GP help manage all areas of illnesses for my vulnerable elderly parents. Dr Sattar, Dr Mohsin and the team remained consistent with their care, very efficient, always prompt, well focussed, professional, extremely knowledgeable on all health issues and they go out of their way each time! God directed me to turn to Avicenna last week for my elderly dad who has been suffering from viral infection. Dr Sattar quickly arranged the home visit, thoroughly followed up his diagnosis, and with his expert medical advice my elderly dad is already feeling better. An absolute relief from hospitalisation. A pleasure to get an appointment within 24 hours at the first phone call. Appointment on time, and service very efficient. Well worth the cost to alleviate any stress trying to obtain an NHS appointment and give me piece of mind with the issue I had.

Had a face to face consultation, booked within 2 days. Very pleasant and thorough doctor, who seemed to have time for me, and hopefully sorted out my problem. Can thoroughly recommend this practice.

Used Avicenna Health, via a local pharmacy, for my PCR fit-to-fly test. Paid for a 24hr test, came back within 24 hours, confirmation email arriving early hours. Difficult to fault when the service has met the description. If only the tests were more reasonably priced - but this company is in line with others I've considered. I'm sure my view is absolutely not...not... influenced by the fact the test came back negative. :-/

First of all I have to say that the complete experience was very pleasant and helpful. The Doctor seen did not rush, was very easy to talk to, clear in his observations, comprehensive in his assessment of all the issues that needed attention, and direct with his advice. I would happily recommend his service to friends / relations..

Great service, I paid £95 for a standard test for travel, received it back the following day, easy and straight forward. So good to have a Woodford service for Covid testing, definitely recommend, very professional.

Excellent and professional service. Just used them for a last minute PCR covid test in order to travel abroad after getting completely stuck and nowhere to get the test done and results obtained same day unless willing to pay £300+. Avicenna was recommend to me so I phoned and straight away spoke to a very helpful and friendly doctor. I paid for the test over the phone, went to collect the test kit, did it in the car and dropped it to the lab. Had my report emailed to me by 10pm the same evening and was able to make the flight. Highly recommend and would use again, thank you!

i have used Avicenna twice already for COIVD tests, first for my 18 month daughter and then for myself for travel purposes. On both occasions they have been efficient, polite and responsive! highly recommend to any and all!

booked tests for my wife and myself ,the 72 hr ones before travelling abroad and the 2 day ones on return. Results of pre departure arrived timely with printable certificates. We returned early and Zashin rearranged the 2 day tests seamlessly and also assisted me with opening the results when initially I could not access the certificates. My daughter needed a PCR test done for an upcoming surgery. The team were amazing to deal with, very quick at responding, and I had the results back within 24 hours. Excellent service, and I wouldn’t hesitate to use again.
