May is fantastic! She is professional and friendly and knows how to make you feel at ease. I went for acupuncture as I was undergoing my second round of IVF and read that acupuncture could greatly improve your chances. I saw May throughout my IVF journey - once and sometimes twice a week and from that cycle I am now pregnant. (Feeling so greatful). I do believe the acupuncture helped. May also helped me in believing in the process itself and to stay calm. I will definitely be returning to May throughout my pregnancy and would highly recommend this clinic if you are considering. I have been suffering from pain mostly in my feet and arm just had one session and what a difference it made... Truly unbelievable! I'm scared of needles but she is so good at what she does, made me so comfortable i ended up enjoying it. She takes time to listen to your problem then give tge treatment accordingly. She was kind enough to give me a lovely message to my foot which helped me relaxed and decreased the swelling. She also aided me with some Chinese hetbal medicine which helps regulating your blood circulation.. I have issues with my sleep. from the day of my treatment and having the medicine im sleeping better. Can't thank May enough for her amazing work. I would definitely highly recommend her. For years I’ve suffered with terrible IBS (pain, bloating, sickness, gas and unpredictable bowl movements) It got to the point where I wouldn’t leave the house because it was that bad. Going to work was a real nightmare. I am so glad I found May she has changed my life, my stomach has never been so good/ strong. I am out of the daily pain and struggle. I now also see May for other treatments such as hormone balance. I would highly recommend May and acupuncture treatment. May is professional, trustworthy and makes you feel comfortable.

I have been seeing Jilian for the last few months to help with PCOS symptoms. I can't thank her enough for her help. Both acupuncture and herbs have helped to make my body feel strong again and I am starting to have more regular periods. Ji-Lian (May) was brilliant. She helped me with an elbow injury by giving me acupuncture and a massage on the affected area. I will return when I have other injuries as May is excellent.

I went to see Jillian for severe eczema covering the majority of my upper body and face. I decided to try acupuncture as the state of eczema really affected my quality of life due to being so dry, flakey, incredibly itchy and caused a lot of hyperpigmentation which massively knocked my confidence and ability to do basic tasks. Jillian was so kind, caring, reassuring and supportive. I was absolutely blown away that after just one session, the skin vastly improved in colour, itchiness and texture. When I went for my second session, Jillian was so happy to see my results which just shows how much she cares for her clients. I couldn’t recommend her more and am excited to carry on my journey with her back to good health!

May is amazing currently doing ivf treatment she has been so accommodating and positive she really listens and reassures you! Such a lovely lady and the atmosphere relaxing. Oh my word, May is brilliant. I have had back pain for about two years. I saw an osteopath but nothing worked. Then I thought of acupuncture and living in Woodford I just though I would give Woodford Clinic a try. I was skeptic at first, naturally, but after the first treatment there were small positives changes. I am still seeing May, as my chronic back pain has a number of issues. If you have problems then go to Woodford clinic, you won’t be disappointed. Oh, and I do suffer from needle phobia.

I have been coming here for over a year now for my facial palsy and I can honestly say my recovery has been made soo much better because of the work that Jilian has done. I couldn’t recommend her and her clinic more highly.

I couldn't recommend May more, I went to see May after months of debilitating pain from IBS (being bloated, stomach cramps, unable to stand up straight some days). Even after the first session I felt a massive difference and now a few months on my stomach is basically back to normal, and I feel like myself again

I Suffered bell palsy and heard acupuncture was the best treatment for it. So I went online and May popped up. Highly recommend May to get this treatment done, Very friendly, clean and professional. After the first session I saw improvements and then booked few more. Now I can say I have my smile back thank you May. I will also be getting acupuncture on my back done soon.

Highly recommend Jilian!! I had suffered with hives for over a year when I came across the Woodford clinic and it absolutely changed my life. The hives were so severe where the slightest increase in body temperature would have me completely break out in hives that were unbelievably itchy. Then when I discovered this, after only 6 acupuncture sessions, it completely disappeared. Not only is Jilian absolutely sweet but the clinic itself is extremely hygienic and a comfortable place with lovely music in the back. Could not recommend her more!

I am a person sceptical of reviews, however the care and help Dr May has shown to my mother with regards to her arthritis is nothing short of a miracle. I have not been prompted to write this review but feel compelled to help others who may be looking that the five star review is not high enough, my mum was in a very poor state her arthritis extremely flared to the point so she incapacitated, she could not move or eat or sleep, lost weight. We were desperate for helping my mum, Dr May was calming and reassuring, she knew exactly what was the diagnosis. I cannot recommend high enough or give praise where it is deserving. I'm a very impatient runner who's had a really bad ankle sprain which has been very slow to heal despite numerous physio sessions. After being frustrated with the slow progress I was making, I visited Jilian to see if acupuncture would help. On the initial consultation, where we discussed the injury in detail, she was very confident it would. After the first session, which included 30 mins of acupuncture and a deep massage on my foot, I could feel an immediate difference in my ankle mobility and significant reduction in the pain I was feeling. This improvement continued to progress noticeably after another four sessions and I'm now in a position where I'm very close to being able to run again - something that did not feel possible less than two weeks ago. If you're an injured runner or athlete, I'd highly recommend visiting Jilian - it's certainly made a difference to me!
