Clean, tidy and well presented inside.. Cat waiting area separate to dog waiting area. Staff seem very knowledgeable and friendly, kind with sensitive subjects too. Average prices. Its also nice to finally visit a vets where you're seen on time too !!! Parking available opposite on the market square which is free. Recommended definitely.

Higham Vets is absolutely amazing! I have a very high maintenance little bun who has lots of teeth issues and the vets have managed this so well, I have been taking him in monthly and when he wasn’t looking good last week they took him in for surgery straight away! The after care I have received is like nothing I have ever received. Mandy in particular has taken so much care and interest into little Sven and she’s been sure to check in and make sure he’s okay. I can tell that Mandy genuinely cares about Sven and treated him as if he was her own. I cannot recommend this vets enough. So kind, compassionate and knowledgeable!

All staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Will always do what is right for your pet and give you all available options. Went out of their way to find a hospital to take my pet out of hours. Will always use them in the future. You see the same very each time where possible which really helps with continuity of care.

Visited recently for the first time afew weeks ago having to have our much loved girly tia pts,they were so kind,caring and compassionate and didn't rush us at all.Although heartbroken they made us feel at ease,would certainly recommend them. I've had the best experience with Higham Vets. After many horrible experiences at Vets 4 Pets Rushden, poor bedside manner and refusing to even fuss my dog and making me pin him down for any work (he has no bite history, they've just taken a disliking to him). Higham vets have taken the time to meet my dog before doing anything else and fussing him, giving him treats, spending time with him and seeing that he's just a big Teddy bear! Great bed side manner, really reassuring, friendly and find the right vet for each client. Can't recommend enough

I have known Charly for years and she has had to pick me up from the floor for many years with caring for my pets Cats and Dogs until the end. I would never use anyone else, they are fantastic, caring and always go the extra mile.

Actually went to the pet spa. So pleased with our two toy poodles full groom. So friendly and helpful and the results were amazing. All booked for their next appointment before leaving as we were so impressed. Thank you so much🤩

Brilliant friendly vets. Great advice and amazing service. Waiting room always quiet and have separate cat & dog areas 😃 As an owner of a fussy cat, they let you send them in with their own food for after ops, happy days. Won't use anywhere else after finding these guys 😍

The team here are brilliant! My cat is very timid and shy. And they always treat her with such care and patience. Honestly wouldn’t want my cat treated anywhere else. Such a lovely enthusiastic and caring team here!! Thankyou always for the service you provide my cat!:)

Excellent as usual. Both cats taken in for annual jabs. The visit felt unrushed. Long discussion about feeding as one cat is a little too fluffy! (Apparently it wasn't all fluff). 😸

We have had Charlie as a vet since before she opened up her practice on college street . I feel my dogs are well known by Charlie which helps so much when 1 is nervous. Staff are always fab with my pets there . .Its nice when your dog looks forward to going to the vet , even it is just so they can see the ladies there. ;)

Amazing vets always so kind, helpful and friendly towards my dog. Lottie who took care of my dog Zelda was so patient and had lots of information for us. Would recommed to anyone.

First visit to this vets unfortunately not for a good reason as we put our beloved cat of 13 and half years to sleep due to ill health the staff were fantastic went out there way for you sympathetic and let you have all the time you needed with your pet and we had a great service from there company they use for cremation would highly recommend many thanks

Made the call this morning, filled in a quick form, got dogs history sent over and was seen 6pm this evening by Sam who was thorough and very informative to my pooch's symptoms and subsequent treatment. Great confidence in them already. Very clean and well done environment too. Great stuff.

We've used the vet side of the business for the general wellbeing of our dog and had no issues, all the staff are friendly and considerate. We've also used the Spa next door on a few occasions now and our dog Reggie comes back looking and smelling amazing, they did exactly what we wanted after a brief consultation. Very happy with every aspect of the business and would recommend.

Pleasant and friendly staff, from reception to the vets, love the seperate areas for dogs and cats, seen promptly.
