Red went in for laser surgery today, I am a relatively new client and have been so impressed with the way they have organised the day from the start to finish. They keep you informed the whole way through the process and nothing is too much trouble. They are happy for you to phone and ask any questions and couldn't be friendlier. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Cannot thank the team enough for your dedication and care we have received I say saved the life of our rowan through 2 retained testicles then a severe case of colitis sam has been amazing always there at the end of the phone even at silly hours and so supportive your all miracle workers thank you all our love mark . My horse sustained an injury to tendons in his hind leg which has been devastating and very upsetting for both of us. Everyone i have dealt with from reception/admin, yard staff and all vets have been absolutely superb in a horrible situation. I have been kept informed during every process, and all procedures, care and financial aspects have been carried out in a very slick manner. Fantastic team at Paton & Lee.

I was with my previous vet for over 30 years and have switched to Paton and Lee in the last 2 years. The service l’ve had from them has been first class. The care and attention shown to the animals has been wonderful and l felt fully supported throughout the duration of getting my mare back to health. The half price travel is a great scheme for saving money on routine appointments such as vaccinations and l have found that the vets have arrived exactly on the time they arrange on the day before. I would highly recommend them.

Thankfully one of my rescue shetland ponies Jessie improved after Lilly's visit last Sunday where it was thought she had colic but she recovered well and is back enjoying life with Bella! Thank you so much.
