    I won’t be going there again! I had antibiotics prescribed that I needed ASAP. I was given the option Lloyds or Boots. Both close at same time on Saturday, 5:30pm, doctor said it and shows it on Google. My wife arrived at 5:12pm and the shop was locked and lifeless, all lights out, with their opening and closing times clearly displayed as 5:30. Also they are closed on Sunday, Boots isn’t, wish I’d clocked that first, so I couldn’t get my medicine until Monday, meaning suffering for a further 2 nights. If you get the choice of where to go for your prescription, put this Lloyds branch to the bottom of the list is my advice!!

    They operate on the strict rule that the phone should NEVER be answered! If you don't believe me go on and try calling them. I counted 15 attempts before finally throwing in the towel in frustration and disgust. How they can work blithely on whilst ignoring a ringing phone is beyond me as it would drive me nuts! It's not as if customers are calling for a weather update!!!

    After being told to come in a week later (as that is when the prescription would arrive), I go into the pharmacy and wait 20 minutes for them to tell me that they still don't have it and haven't ordered it, despite being told that they would order it the week prior. Update: wanted to update this review to say that I had a much better experience recently. The manager was extremely helpful and had what we needed despite stock being low locally.

    Disgraceful really. About an hour in the queue and they hadn’t made up my prescription that was ordered over a week prior. Only one poor lady seemed to bother trying to help people. Others standing around watching the queue grow. Will certainly be changing my nominated pharmacy

    No longer know when they will be open and have decided to change pharmacy. Don't know what problem is but not good enough. Queued for 1 hour.

    Good in-store service & friendly staff, trying to get through on the phone to find out if prescription is there is as bad as trying to get through to the Drs,that's less busy times too

    If I could give a 0 star review I would, however I am sure I can find a reason to give 1 star. I have had three attempts at picking up my regular prescriptions at this circus. There is a polite sign requesting 7 days to pick up items that have been sent from the doctors. The average is 5 at most places. First attempt - arrived on day 7 - nothing ready, came back a day later - 1 item still missing. Second attempt arrived on day 10 - Some items ready, some would be arriving later that day. Third attempt - Partner arrives on day 12 - 1 item ready, two on order arriving today. Numerous other people awaiting prescriptions and a load of excuses of not ready, item not here or wrong item delivered. Have changed my pharmacy now - wont be going back.

    Great staff who are always friendly and willing to help anyway they can, most of the issues I've had have been doctors fault not theirs or due to a national shortage of that type of medicine. I only use this pharmacy and I trust the people that work there more than my doctor

    Lloyds pharmacy have stopped doing dossett boxes and transferred them to Borno. My 87 year old neighbour with dementia was left with no medication. Borno had checked and not received anything from Lloyds, who were extremely unhelpful and said any pharmacy could download the prescription and fill it. When asked to do this themselves the new chemist advised he didn’t have stock, without checking. We went to Boots as Borno was closed and they were extremely helpful and also mentioned all the meds were standard and should be in stock at all chemists. Good luck to any Lloyds clients under the new ownership.

    Yet again another terrible experience where the staff are uneducated on what they can dispense and in which circumstances and will not listen to government guidance which advises them on what they can do. Dreadful and will be avoiding at all costs in future
