Upscale TJMaxx! Great lighting and rug departments

Lots of items to pick from, but I question the quality. A plane figurine was detached from the base. Towels had threads hanging of them.

Picked up a couple pillows at this place because the price tag said they were $7. When I got up to pay, the woman was like “oh this isn’t right” and marked them up to $24 dollars…never thought I’d be a victim of misleading consumer practices. You know that this is illegal, right?

The people who work at the store are not helpful, rude, and combative with their customers- especially Kieran. I received a call from the district manager Todd who was very receptive to the feedback and promised coaching to the employees.

Great floor customer service, they are truly nice and helpful. The check out counter not so much. The store layout is organized, clean, but with wobbly built furniture which is a total bummer, but everything else is good. I will continue to shop at this location.

Seems decent for small items and their inventory is always changing. However, my experience trying to buy a large piece of furniture was horrible. Their employees were completely untrained to handle furniture and basically ruined it trying to load it into my car dragging it on the ground. When the item couldn't fit their only offer was to hold it for 2 days while I find my own delivery truck? What furniture store doesn't provide a home delivery service? What a joke. I'll stick to buying furniture online with free shipping.

hit or miss on stuff. always worth checking out though. store is always clean looking and stock seems to rotate decently, especially seasonal stuff. customer service is always good here for me. i think pricing could be more competitive, so for some big ticket items id shop elsewhere, e.g. furniture

I really like this store as I find something new everytime and exciting to buy for a rundown price. They really have good collection of decorative pieces, furniture, unique kitchenware, rugs, paintings and much more. You will really find some awesome deals for things you didn't expect to buy but can't afford to miss it. Just give it a try.

What a great store with all kinds of things, from nick knacks, dinnerware to home furniture. It was really crowded when we were here yesterday but the place was pretty open, and we'll organized. If you're looking for something for that special spot in your home then you might give this place a try to find it.

You better know exactly what you want or else the staff will following you around thinking you are going to steal from the store.

Came here after Hobby lobby. You can find great stuff here too. They are also hiring. Christmas is coming! 😊
