We went for a morning couples massage and they answered the phone twice during our massage and the massage bed was very uncomfortable ( paper towel material). They also kept the door open and it was very loud and not relaxing at all. Did not have a good experience at all. They got mad about the tip and demanded we leave them more even after the way they treated us. Customer service was extremely bad.

My experience was not amazing overall. Firstly the lady who gave me the massage was very sweet. However, she seemed very rough and it did not feel like she was trained, she kind of just did what felt right. I was not able to relax at all during the massage. My entire back is very sore and stiff today which is the opposite of what a massage should achieve. I could not sleep at all last night because my back was hurting so much after the massage. It is affordable, which is why I decided to give it a try despite multiple bad reviews. Moreover, they forced me to tip $10 atleast although the amount you tip is a personal choice and based on my experience I thought $5 was more than generous. Safe to say I will not be going back. Edit: I had given this place 2 stars but now I am reducing it to 1 star because my body is so sore as well as my head. The head massage has lead to a severe headache and I have been feeling sick all day because of this massage

Went in for a couples massage. I made an appointment for 3:00. Had us waiting in the room for more than 30 minutes before they finally came in and started the massage. Considering how long it took for them to start the massage I decided to time how long the massage took. I Paid for a 60 minute massage and they only gave us a 45 minute massage. Not only that the two ladies had a conversation with each other the entire time they were doing our massages and kept leaving the room and coming back in which made it not relaxing. At the end they asked for a tip so I gave them a tip in consideration of how I felt about the service and them not doing the whole hour. The ladie had the nerve to ask for an extra $$ in tip. That is terrible service. You want more tip? How about you don’t rip people off for what they pay for!

Unorganized manner of massage. Visited for couple massage and they did not take us seriously at all perhaps because we were in our 20s and evening appointment. They started late and did not seem to know what they were doing at least the second one. We felt very uncomfortable it turned into a comedy show. Gave us different gender without asking too and did not seem like he was a staff either!! So crazy i dont want to think about it. No one spoke english so could not share concern. Very disappointed and feel violated. Do not bother regardless of the tempting price.

My massagist Nicole was very kind and attentive and has a lot of experience and skill. She mixed different techniques to attend to me better. My facial was porpousfull and relaxing; she did a great job with the extraction and applied a moisturizing mask.

It was an excellent experience. I always get massage and this is the best place so far!!! They are very professional and the price is surprisingly affordable. If your body need some work you should definitely book a section with them, highly recommended! 别忘了加采耳！

This place is so good. The front desk of the store has already prepared the room for me. After waiting for a while, the masseur came in. The technique is very good. After the massage, the staff will ask you if you need ginger tea or water. The decoration and service are perfect , I will make an appointment next time

I saw Kelly today, she was very professional and did an excellent job on both my facial and massage . The room was very clean and I feel like I got more than I paid for. I went in with a sore shoulder and left feeling very relaxed and had reduced pain. My skin looked better immediately after my facial. I will be returning to see her.
