Terrible customer service. Received a great pedi, but waiting over half and hr for a refill. Didn’t receive any updates on how long it would take to be seen was just told “we’re letting your feet dry before your refill.” The refill looks horrible. I didn’t even want to tell them I was unsatisfied. I will never go back there. p.s also wasn’t told about their rewards program, but overheard the discussing it will other clients.

I absolutely love this place. I started coming when they first opened and over the last 2 years myself and my adult son come bi-weekly for manicures as well as mani/pedi’s on the alternate visits. I enjoy the peaceful atmosphere and although everyone is great, I enjoy my time with Katie. Katie makes me feel like a million bucks especially when I’ve had a rough week at work. She is very into making you feel relaxed. Even when I get my eyebrows waxed her temple massages are so soothing. I give this place a 10+++++ Try them you won’t be sorry.

Honestly, this Nail Salon is hit or miss. They either do your nails really good or really bad. It really depends on the person. Now I have nothing against people who are new nail techs but what I asked for was pretty simple and easy; yet was done so poorly. On Wednesday, I went for a pedicure and acrylic refill. Between those two things, I was charged $90! I found it pretty ridiculous, not because I got regular polish on both but… especially because I paid that much for a terrible job! There was glue in between my nails, three of my nails were crooked and there were bumps within the acrylic— none of my nails, look the same. The paint job was also done very sloppily.

I made an appointment for a manicure and pedicure for my husband and myself a week ago. I requested Katie as my manicurist by mistake and another manicurist to service my husband. I meant to request a manicurist thinking her name is Kathy. When I arrived for my appointment Katie was so rude and argumentative. She stated to me "I don't know you". My husband ask Katie to check the appointment book she stated that there was no appointment book. Katie did not want to provide us with service so we left the nail spa. This would have been my fourth time being serviced at this nail salon. To make matters worse Katie was my manicurist for my first visit. I like the service the 3 times I was serviced but this last visit was awful. There are too many nail salons where you are paying your money and being treated badly. I don't plan on going back to Mani Q in Walpole, MA.

I love this nail salon! I have kept my manicurist, Nini, through two apartment moves. I now drive 35 minutes for my appointments with her, because she is the best. All the women there are great and friendly! Highly recommended 👌!

Been going for many years now. Always professional. Always good work. Very relaxing. Everyone there is very nice and polite. I've never had any problems, my daughter also loves it.

After my regular nail salon changed ownership, I found this place ! Thank God I’ve never been so happy. Very professional and they take their time to make you have great experience. Love it here

Checked about walk in availability at a nominally slow time, and they were able to take me in about 15 minutes. Very professional, did a nice pedicure. Reasonable price. Plan to go back.
