I’ve gone to Joanns fabric stores all around New England to shop for my business and I received the best service at this specific location than any other store I’ve been to by far! There was a very helpful gentleman whose name I didn’t get and an extremely sweet woman named Pam who was beyond sweet and helpful! She made sure I got the best deals and was so kind and welcoming. This location isn’t that close to me but I’ll probably make the trip here more often because it’s worth such friendly service!

We attempted to go to this store twice. Their published hours are different from their real working hours. First time we were there just past 6 pm a couple of months ago, and realized that due to stuffing issues they are open until 6 pm. This time we were rushing in and arrived at about 5:30 pm to find out that they updated their time of closure to 5 pm. It’s absolutely ridiculous!! This information is not published anywhere, even on their official website! Don’t waste your time to go to this store!

This store used to be decent but the random cutting of hours is frustrating. Now open only until 5 throughout the week. Location makes it hard to get to before then during a work week. 9-5 for retail is a mistake.

Very nice people! They did a very great job helping me find my items and the cashier was wonderful!

While the store was a little outdated and poorly located, the staff was friendly, the store was clean and organized, and the shelves where stocked properly. Some items weren't available due to local market restrictions, but I was still pleased with my experience there. I wasn't able to get the item I was searching for even though prior to going, I called to confirm the item was there and they said yes it was. I would kindly suggest updating your system for more accurate inventory. Aside from that, Joann has been a staple in my family for years, being the only place to find good Christmas village pieces.

Large selection of fabrics but lacking both yarn supplies and staff YET the staff that where there are supper friendly and helpful

The shelves were well stocked. Great doorbuster specials with 70% off. I do miss the patterns they used to have available. Everything is online. I get it, just liked the hard copies they used to have. Employees were very nice and helpful. Easy parking, nice experience.

Omg i come in to this store. It was my 3rd store. 1st Michael's left empty handed, then 2nd a.c.moore grr left empty handed. 3rd joann fabrics. The staff was awesome. They helped me out a great deal. I was in dire need of fixing my cosplay. Left with all materials to fix it temporarily for an event... Thank you
