Cute store with cute clothes, but the process has not been brought into the 2010s...you do not get funds digitally (Payapal,Venmo..etc..) you get a paper check in the end. Bring in your clothes...After about a week or two evaluation...they call you if it's over $25 to pick up or continue to sell the clothes...than you decide if you get store credit or you pay a fee for cash... Suggestion: please hire a marketing professional to make this process easier and bring the process into 2021.

Buyer Beware….Like both the stores but two downfalls, no return policy for consumers? This needs changing, as it is one sided right now only good for owners! Upon asking via email for a return policy to be revisited, I heard reply from manager that they’ve been in business 23 yrs and that’s how its is done. That’s not good business practice at all. Especially now with their video selling as there’s no way for customers to see or feel items. I also agree with other reviews on pricing being high for used stuff. So your basically stuck with items purchased that might not fit, or look diff on video etc, No Willingness to give returns and meet us halfway with a store credit, like most all stores do. No longer can justify supporting either store. Response: This is the first Ive heard of a week return policy offered now. That was not stated by manager at all. The manager however told me I could possibly have 3 days but that sounded as it was not gonna be written as a policy but just possibly an exception for me. Come on…3 days ? what does that do for folks working full time. Not fair. Let’s get this return policy written down for all to have and longer than 3 days or 1 week. It truly should be 30 days like most stores, but compromise on 15 days, it certainly will not hurt your business but enhance it for all. We also need a way to communicate with owners, Suggestion box at counter always a nice idea. Thank you for your response.

I love this store and how there mission and vision is to help the community. We have been shopping with them since our daughter has been born. Shes five and everything she wears is from cuties. Everyone always asks and comments on the way my daughter is dressed and me and my wife love that we can say you wouldn't believe me if I told you what we paid for it. Then we tell them I was purchased at a consignment shop. Cuties have you heard of it? They are so shocked and they then want to find out about this little jewel of a store and we are always happy to share how cuties is our favorite retailer for all our kids needs. Plus you can open an account and watch your items sell and get money for them. It's a win win of a store. I cant say enough good things about this store. Staff and managers are always friendly. Store looks great very organized and new added touchd gives you that I'm spending lots feeling but your really saving .The owners are great as well. Friendly and they try to accommodate your needs as best as they can.We need some more of these stores to help the world save a little green so we dont break the bank buying our little ones clothes. Love this place, always can find real quality clothes for both me and my daughter at amazing prices. Check the tags for dates, after a month or so on rack price drops dramatically. I definitely recommend for any bargain hunters out there. You will have to spend some time digging for the good stuff but that is expected at thrift stores.

I’ve had a lot of issues with this store, the way the do business, and especially the prices for used items. But I’ve resisted the urge to post a review until the last two times I’ve been in the store. Today I bought in a baby swing, freshly cleaned, mind you I am 9 months pregnant rushing from work to make it before the extremely strict 3pm cut off for dropping off, I lug this thing all the way to the back of the store and am told they will not take it because there’s “no room on the floor” and proceeded to tell me to call in advance next time. There is absolutely nothing on the website that says you must call in advance of dropping things off, it actually says no appointments necessary and urges you to bring item down, with a large item limit of 2. I was bringing one single large item and was turned away - then had to lug this thing back to my car once again, very pregnant, and I know I won’t have time in the near future to make it there in the 10-3 window. I feel the people accepting consignment are always very rude, inconsiderate, and have a too good attitude. I suggest adding some verbiage to the website about this type of situation so others aren’t put in the same position I was today.

My account has nothing on it! I'm shocked. I sold my winter clothes for almost $150 but my account for spwhen they should be open ring clothes shows "no transactions." I've just tried calling but no one answered, Many new, unworn, name brands, with tags still on. Included a Michael Kors bag, never used, with tags still on for 4228. a new Calvin Klein dress, never worn, with tags still on. New LIz Claiborne, new Tahari peep toe heels, new Skechers comfortable shoes. This isn't making any sense to me. Did they just give them all away because they didn't wnt to process them? The last time I was there the sales lady told me they had just sold one of my pairs of shoes and she described them exactly as I had left them. What happened to those? omething doesn't seem right here. I left tons of women's clothes, shoes, and bags. I am the same person wwho made $150 on my winter clothes. When I was there they said there was sweat on them. But I DON'T SWEAT, not even at the gym. Plus I pay extra for Secret Invisible deodorant, which doesn't even leave a white mark on the clothes. There were so many name brands, unworn clothes, with tags still on them. I don't understand. Buyer beware - The owner just reponded to me that I had picked up payment for my spring/summer items in May. CORRECTION, I DID NOT receive any payment for the many new spring or summer items I left. The payment I received on May 25 was for the last of my fall/winter items. I only left my many spring /ummer items on the same day of May 25. They hadn'r even been processed by then.

I love this place! Some items from Shein or Walmart are priced way too high but it’s whatever. Everyone is super helpful and it’s really easy to consign here. 5/5 recommend, you will always find something you love.

Amazing selection but was told that the owners don't advertise selling men's clothes even though they have a good selection for men. That seems a little counterintuitive. Totally understandable to be geared towards woman shoppers but if my wife didn't tell me they had men's clothes, I wouldn't be able to enjoy their low prices! Very well run besides this though.
