Highpoint was a great place to call home- I would highly recommend it. It’s a very friendly and welcoming community. The gym and amenity rooms are well-kept and recently remodeled, and the apartments are spacious and comfortable. The management staff is also top-notch, especially Janessa. She and her team respond to any issues with speed and sincerity, and they genuinely care that tenants have a good experience while living there. —- Update: The leasing team changed shortly after our move-out, but is equally great. The new property manager (Jennifer M) assisted us with an account issue, and she was incredibly knowledgeable, efficient, and kind. You’ll definitely be in good hands if you choose to make Highpoint your home. Our time there was outstanding from start to finish, can’t recommend it enough!

Decent to my experience in 2022-2023. All documents/queries were presented/answered/attended well. Leasing office is trying to get hold of electric vehicle chargers, meanwhile we can use the charging station near to Dog park, available in Avalon parking space. The housekeeping, maintenance team are better here and attentive. And security installations for entering the building is classy.

I absolutely loved living at Highpoint Apartments. The amenities such as the gym, fitness center & pool are kept very clean at all times. The leasing team is very welcoming and helpful with any questions I have. The maintenance crew was extremely responsive to any service requests I made and I also could do it right through my phone! Highpoint is a very convenient and comfortable place to live. I definitely recommend here if you are looking for a great new home!

As a resident for the past two years, I cannot speak highly enough about the staff and their willingness to go above and beyond -- regardless of the situation. Despite my initial plan to move out of state for work, I had a last minute change of plans and Kaitlyn was readily available to help me find another unit within my budget since my current unit has already been leased. Between Kaitlyn and Eric from the leasing office and Zach (maintenance team lead), I have no desire to move elsewhere. Its often difficult to find large complexes with courteous and responsive staff, but that is exactly what the Highpoint team provides! I'd be remiss not to acknowledge the phenomenal housekeeping crew who does a great job of maintaining the buildings and community spaces. I cross paths with the same person almost every morning and am met with a smile and friendly hello each time, which goes such a long way.

I moved into Highpoint in the winter and have been thrilled with the building, my apt, maintenance, leasing, everything! The team in the office is very responsive and while I haven't needed their services maintenance is so friendly- to me and my dog! Several months ago I was locked out, late at night, and someone came to help within 30 minutes- not sure there is anything better!

For the maintenance team - Zach is the BEST! We have lived in this building for a little while now and every maintenance issue we have, no matter how small, Zach is there to help with urgency and care. He is incredibly knowledgeable, couldn’t be more kind, and is always excited to help us out! He is irreplaceable and a staple to our lives here at HighPoint!

A shout out to the building's maintenance team! They are prompt, professional, and incredibly skilled. Every issue I reported was addressed quickly and efficiently. I appreciate their dedication to keeping our building in top-notch condition. Kudos to the team for their hard work and exceptional service! Highly recommend Highpoint for anyone that is looking for a good community and property management/ service.

See photo for daily life at Highpoint. My sink fills with black wastewater about once a month, often when I'm not home. It fills the apartment with a sewage smell that seeps into fabrics and lingers for days. On more than one occasion it has overflowed and flooded into my living room. Yet my rent went up 19% the first time I renewed and continues to increase by a few hundred a month every year. Can't wait to move.
