    Ordered an 8 piece spicy chicken tenders with a side of beans and rice, 4 biscuits and a blueberry pie for take out. Asked for additional sauce and the guy at the counter pointed to my bag saying the sauce is in the bag. It was a simple question and was like fine and I walked out. Should have checked the bag before I left. I got regular chicken tenders and not spicy. Also forgot the biscuits and the blueberry pie. Not pleased at all. Too bad it was a 35 minute drive or else I would have gone back for the missing items.

    I’m afraid I couldn’t rate the atmosphere, but only because I used the drive through,but the overall experience was pretty good,keeping in mind that it is fast food. So the food was spot on, everything was cooked properly and tasted great. Maybe I got there at the right time, but it was fresh,definitely hadn’t been sitting around. If you haven’t tried it yet, go for it, it’s very good!😎👍

    The food was terrible. The chicken was dry like it was made hours ago. I noticed on my receipt that I was upcharged for a large drink. Not only did I not ask for a large drink, but I was only given a small cup. There has been a pallet in the middle of the lobby for over 6 months. The bathroom looks like it hasn't been cleaned since the grand opening. I love Popeye's, and I go to many all over the country. I feel bad for the people that live in New Bedford that think this is how Popeye's Chicken is supposed to be!

    We’ll, the creepy couple waiting outside the entrance begging for Money, was quickly forgotten by the overpowering odor in the foyer. Yes, that is when I should’ve turned around. Counter help took my order properly. I paid with a $20 bill in the Cana help told me to hold on and walked over to the drive-through window in Macon complaining to a coworker about a third coworker who wasn’t doing anything. This conversation was completely inappropriate and not at the correct time replace. The con hub then in informed me that my debit card purchase was denied and she had completely forgotten that I had handed her $20 bill. As she starred at me completely bewildered. I suggested that she go watch the security camera, as I explained in detail the motions that she went through as I was waiting… Ultimately, I left the store with my chicken sandwich and a handful of fries. To be honest, the chicken sandwich was actually good but due to my experience, I will never be back.

    First time here in about a year (may 23rd 2022), came inside and the menu was out so I had to look at my phone if I wanted to compare pricing and get something more than my usual tender meal I’ve gotten in the past. With some online discounts I was able to get enough for 3 people with large drinks and 4 sides for 25$ so pretty fair in my opinion. I had a 15 minute drive home and the food was still very hot and crispy, whoever the cook working this dinner shift deserves a dollar raise at minimum!

    Went into N.B. Popeyes a few times before this review - Customer service was great, menu is a little lackluster in my opinion. Chicken sandwiches are king and mac and cheese sides are queen :-) Besides the Chicken sandwiches and maybe the tenders and popcorn shrimp, the Colonel's offerings are much nicer - again just my opinion. As said before everyone in the front-end was super friendly and one of my better customer service experiences in fast-food. Tells me the AGM and GM are on the ball and hiring good people!

    This occurred at the Cogeshall, New Bedford. MA location. Ordered 2 piece all white spicy instore. Paid the extra charge for all white spicy. Should have been breast and wing. Woman that took order and $$. Turned and packed order. She immediately handed me order. I asked this is all white correct? Yes!! Exasperated that I had asked. Ok I opened and looked in box. There was a leg and a thigh. I had pulled back breading from chicken yup definitely thigh. I called her back. Showed order and receipt. She told me i didn't ask for all white. I showed receipt again. Again eye roll and took chicken I had touched from box and returned to be cooked chicken. Ewww. Chose a breast and put in box with the leg. I looked at 2nd piece and once again it was a thigh. Noticed didn't replace leg with wing. I asked for supervisor as obviously a training issue. Maybe she wasn't able to see the difference between breast and thigh. Waited as she ignored me and took new customer. I asked another emploee for assistance. Or for supervisor. Was told it was to busy cone back later. I said ok just correct to what I ordered. Original person who took order told me it was my fault as I didn't order all white. I eas still holding receipt showing what i ordered. I was done!!! I asked for $$ back. Supervisor was out front and asked what was wrong. She had been standing there the entire time. So rude then told me it was my fault chicken in box was wrong. I was buying this for my 89 year old mother as a treat, She was in hospital. She doesn't eat dark meat ever. They told me no $$ back as i was at fault for being wrong chicken pieces, dark not white meat. So if you get chicken that looksclike someone was touching it. Or took a bite. They most likely were.

    This Popeyes has the worst customer service. They never have anything you want and the shift leader at night (I would assume as she’s in a manager type shirt) is the most miserable person I’ve ever seen. Id suggest changing jobs if you’re that miserable there.

    We got food here Christmas Eve since we always eat out that day because I cook a huge meal on Christmas Day. Myself, my husband, and three of my four kids all got food poisoning. The only one that didn’t get sick was my 3 year old because he didn’t eat anything from here. My husband ended up at the hospital because he was heaving so bad overnight and the rest of us were all heaving from the other end if you know what I mean. Then my 11 year old daughter started puking. Our entire family was fine before eating here. Ruined our entire Christmas. We’ll never eat here again. It’s not a coincidence we all got sick at the same time and the only common factor was the food.

    Warning ⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️ Forgot one of my chicken sandwiches, nuggets looked like crumbs plus no sauces. I am done paying for food I don’t get plus they price gauge for delivery. Good buy Popeyes the failure man.

    Went there last night about 20-25 mins before they closed to get my kids a quick bite on our way home from Rhode Island the door where locked the drive thru was off , a car was parked in the drive thru blocking it so we had to drive around it to try and order . I understand people want to go home but it's a little ridiculous to close down your open until the places closed clearly the employees are lazy and don't care about there customers

    Charged me for a chicken sandwich and never gave it to me, thankfully they gave me my money back with no issue but the middle aged white lady that works there decided to talk bad about me to her co workers like I was the one that made the mistake. Food was good but customer service was horrible

    A really good spot for chicken. Service is always good, prices are reasonable. The location is a little small for indoor eating, but the atmosphere is cozy.

    I have been here several times and have received fries that were stone cold on most occasions. The last time I went, I picked up a chicken sandwich meal for my stepson to show off how good the chicken was and it too, was cold. Needless to say, he wasn't impressed and I felt bad for the suggestion. The food itself is good, it just needs to be HEATED properly! Also, the speaker at the drive through was SO LOUD that it hurt all of our ears. Service was friendly, just need to take the volume down a decibel.

    seriously good food that's hard to resist. The flavors are spot-on and definitely hit the spot. However, the experience is marred by the appalling service. The staff's disrespect, lack of eye contact, and overall rudeness cast a shadow over what could have been an enjoyable meal. If you can overlook the attitude and focus solely on the food, you might still find something worth savoring.

    Disgusting people that handle credit cards and wipe sweat with the same pair of food service gloves they’re working with. Even worse attitudes to match. Not sure how one can even manage to be inept at operating a cash register above all else. You’ll find every burden here to take home with your terrible food.

    My order was not complete was missing lrg side, dipping sauces and instead of thigh and leg in 2nd meal they gave a leg and breast that was so dry couldnt eat it. Was very disappointed in the food.

    The drive thru staff was very rude because I emptied a coffee cup out my window asking how I would like it if he emptied a coffee in front of my house. There was only a sip left. The rain will wash it away.

    Three pieces out of ten we order were dry as hell and taste like rancid oil, it’s sooo dry that it’s not edible!!!!!!!! And gave wrong side orders, service is ok, but food needs to be much improve!!!!!!!

    Love the food, take out orders are missing items 70% of the time. Some staff are pleasant, but most of them are the opposite of enthusiastic. If they could take some tips from the Chick -Fil-A playbook, this place could be great.

    Pulled Up To Drive Thru & Got told It Was A 10 Minute Wait For Sandwiches To Which We Agreed. At The Window My Husband Paid & We Waited 10 Minutes For Our Change From A $100 Bill. We Pulled Into The Parking Lot To Wait for The Sandwiches Which Should Have Been Done At This Point. 28 Minutes Later My Husband Had To Go In & Get The Sandwiches Because As The Manager Said “He Forgot About Us & Gave Our sandwiches To Someone Else” This Isn’t A One Time Thing. This Happens All The Time At This Location

    I used to go to Popeyes when I was younger and I loved it. After today, I don't see myself returning. The chicken was paper thin and and extremely dries out. whatever they use to coat their chicken was so crunchy it was hurting my teeth.

    awful service. girl on ordering kept interrupting us, didn’t give us a dr pepper, made a point of saying we had to pay extra for the bbq sauce, and then didn’t give us any sauce. ridiculous and rude.

    Very slow. I went inside. They were taking all the drive thru customers first. I was the only inside customer. I had the Mild tender meal. It was good as usual. Not much of a variety of soda. Must be on a container ship in the Pacific Ocean.

    I want to share and show recognition to shift leader Kat and her team on Saturday April 16th 2022! Not only was it a busy Easter weekend but overall a busy day for Popeyes! I called Kat to place a very large order of chicken tenders for my daughters first birthday party! Now I only did this one time before last year for my baby shower which I would like to mention was also a last minute order and not a usual daily order that Popeyes to forfill! Kat, D and her team worked as a team, organized and fast to make sure my order was successful and that I was satisfied! Well ladies I very much was satisfied! My guest enjoyed their food, I was pleased to have my order fast hot and fresh! I want to give a huge thank you! I hope this review reaches shift leader Kat , D and team!
