Have had a great time at the Kensington. Amazing staff and really close to many good places to eat downtown. Very close to the park which is nice. Common places at the Kensington are always clean and amenities are great. Maintenance staff is incredible. They will even come during the early hours of the morning or late at night to fill in an order. Another great amenity is that Jaho is right below it and oftentimes you will get Jaho coffee as a treat from the staff. All in all a great place to live -

Absolutely love living here! I’m convinced the nicest front desk staff in Boston work at the Kensington. So many top quality amenities and events for residents. I think the common areas/indoor clubhouse seating area could use a little face lift/re-organization. Otherwise, thoughtful management and it feels like they actual listen to their residents and look out for the community. If this property is in your price range, would highly recommend!

Staying at the Kensington has been amazing. The leasing team always goes above and beyond for us. The concierge and the leasing team always makes sure we're doing well and offer help whenever we need it. The location is right in the middle of Boston near so many things to do. It is also close to the T station. We love it here!

The Kensington team is great to work with! We have hosted a few events for the residents, truly such a kind group of people. Morgan has great hospitality and we look forward to our next event with them.

I have loved living here for the past two years. The staff is wonderful, the apartments are nice and nobody is rude or noisy. Good energy all around. No complaints!

I have lived in the Kensington for ~1 year and have really enjoyed it! While the building is on the more expensive side, you get what you pay for. The concierge, maintenance, and leasing office staff are friendly and helpful. The building amenities (pool, outdoor seating / grilling area, common area, and gym) are all clean and high quality. The units themselves are modern and nice. I would certainly recommend the building - I have renewed my lease for another year!

The living experiences here made my Boston life so much better. Location is very well. Never had any package loss issues. The concierge team is a bonus to my living. They are very kind and provide wonderful services. Amenity has everything.
