Delicious steak, tasty drinks, and a wonderful atmosphere! My partner and I tried this spot out, and to our delight, everything was fantastic. From the personable waiter, to the speedy service/drink, and finally to the main course and dessert. I haven't had such a delicious steak in so long, that I made it a point to let the chef know how much we enjoyed our dinner. The food was so good, my partner finished her meal, and she never finishes a dish! Scutra quickly became our favorite local spot last night, and I suspect we will return soon! I have to say this place left me disappointed. First of all, there are very limited amount of parking spots here. If I had to go though the trouble of driving all the way to the middle of suburbs, at list I should not have any issues with parking, right? Well, that was not the case. But let’s get to food now. The dishes were just mediocre, they were just ok, kind of average. Honestly, if I made that pasta, I would consider it as a failed attempt on my part. The service was good though, we had a wonderful waiter with a good sense of humor. So it wasn’t too bad after all.

I ate outside beautiful atmosphere. Top tier food in Arlington and I’m a foodie. There is no other restaurant in Arlington that’s even touching this place. Nice sized cocktails. Decadent deserts. Will be coming back.

Love eating delicious food sitting on the patio overlooking the bike trail. Had the parm swordfish last night, I definitely recommend it!

Celebrated with family at this marvelous restaurant. The seafood-themed appetizers we ordered were savory and fresh. The meat entrées had robust and nuanced flavors. Everything was nicely presented and our waitress, very cheerful and helpful. Great place.

This place was fantastic! We sat on the patio which is on a nature path, Maria our server was FANTASTIC, great personality and knew the menu and d Specials, and perfectly time visits for water and check-in. The food was top notch. I got beef wellington for the 1st time, and it couldn't have been better. Will be back!

From start to finish, everything was utterly delicious!!! When they offer bread, say yes. The fresh bread paired with a subtle olive oil is so satisfying… we ordered the spinach and Brie strudel appetizer. It came out hot! But once you wait for the temperature to be more ideal, the flavor was great. Had their specials for the night - swordfish with lobster risotto and lamb chops. We asked our server, Eva, for her favorite dessert and she mentioned the salted caramel pecan something with butterscotch ice creams… what a great recommendation!! The flavors just melted so perfectly- not too heavy, not too light… If only we lived close enough to come here more often…. We would try everything on the menu! The most difficult thing was deciding. So happy we chanced upon this place. 😊

We stopped in for a quick bite at the bar and ended up getting 4 appetizers and desert. I thought it was strange that the couples we were sitting between both said they had been coming there for years because of the bartender Louie but now I totally get it. He was hilarious and helpful and took great care us on the rare night we could get out. Fantastic food and service, we had a great time. Thanks!

Short rib is great. Bread is also great. Service is really good not like that I read before. Beef wellington is ok for the price but the taste is normal

From start to finish, the service and food were absolutely impeccable. I can't say enough about our server, John. He was so funny and entertaining, while also thoughtful and attentive. For example, I love this cocktail called Paper plane, but it is not super well-known. We showed John the ingredients and he said "Oh yeah, we can do that". Then, he brings over the cocktail complete with a Paper plane on top and playing the song "Paper planes" on his phone. Next level service! Not to mention, the cocktail was the best Paper plane I ever had. The fresh, warm bread was top-notch and our appetizer was incredible (got the strudel special). The eggplant/tomato salad exploded with flavor and was so good with the bread. For entrees, I had one of the specials, salmon with lobster ravioli in a saffron cream sauce. It was so rich, flavorful, and just amazing... and such a value for the reasonable price. My husband had the beef wellington. When it came out, the presentation alone left us in awe. Such a beautiful dish. It was cooked perfectly and it was by far one of the most delicious meals he ever had. I had a couple bites and couldn't agree more. Then... coffee and dessert. We had the strawberry shortcake. Best ever... and I've had a lot of strawberry shortcakes in my life. Had this fresh strawberry sauce that gave it some tart... all of the sauces in all of the dishes were phenomenal. When we received the bill, we really thought it was such a great value with all that we ordered. Especially with the quality, taste and presentation of the top-level cuisine. I do not typically write reviews, and certainly not ones that are this long, but felt compelled to. We had one of the best meals and experiences ever and Scutra is such a gem. My wife and I met two friends there for dinner. It was Valentines Day weekend, and the place was pretty full. We had a reservation, and were seated within 10 minutes of the reservation time. The table was spacious, and we didn't have to worry about bumping elbows or encroaching on each other's space. My wife and I have been here a few times over the years. The menu changes frequently and everything is always fantastic. This time was no different. The truffled fries appetizer is always a good choice. This time we also ordered the wings which were excellent. Their selection of mocktails, while small, was very nice. We ordered three of the four options and everyone was satisfied with their choice. Service was superb. The waitstaff was just the right amount of attentive, and we were not rushed to order dinner while we enjoyed the appetizers. The sound levels were good. We were easily able to have a deep, intimate conversation at the table without having to yell, and without concern that we might be disturbing others. The entres were well proportioned. Not to big, not to small. I enjoyed the Flounder. One of our friends ordered the short ribs, and commented they were the best he'd ever had. My wife ordered the bacon wrapped pork tenderloin which she thoroughly enjoyed. I don't recall what it other friend ordered, but he was quite happy with his dish. For dessert, the crème brûle and the fried cheesecake, coupled with some coffee and tea, were the prefect end to the evening. This was the first time here for our friends, and they commented that they'd be back, and they this is now among their favorite restaurants.

Had an amazing time here. The staff was so great, we were surrounded by tons of regulars you can tell it’s definitely a popular spot. Everyone was so friendly and enjoyed their time. We had the bass, crispy eggplant salad, mussels, and ahi. Would order any of them again and can’t wait to go back!

Holy cats! What a gem in Arlington. We've lived here for six years and somehow have never found this much to our detriment. The food was delicious, with most specifically, the desserts being absolutely outstanding! Thank you!

The chef prepares a scallop portabella strudel that is amazing. The warm bacon dressing on the spinach salad is just perfect. I had the parmesan encrusted swordfish with herbed couscous and my guest had the red trout. Both were delicious. Our waitress was charming and the dirty martini was perfectly made as well. Just a great evening.

Scutra has been a family favorite for years. We drive a half hour just to dine here. Simply spectacular food, beautiful new outdoor dining, and an incredibly friendly staff. Recommend more than any other restaurant in greater Boston.

Celebrated our anniversary here over the weekend. WOW! This place lives up to the hype. Every single one of the small plates we ordered were absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. Our server was knowledgeable regarding both the menu offerings and the wine list. Cant wait to return!
