I’m not sure if the chef was having a bad day, but all the food we ordered were too salty to enjoy. I packed the fajitas and jambalaya home, and stirred fry them together with a big bowl of steam rice to be able to finish it. The service was great. The food came out in about 15 minutes. The chip and salsa was on the house.

I ordered shrimp taco and spicy margarita. They were all good. Also, it is a nice place to gather together with friends.

Great food. Service is amazing. They food and alcohol are priced so reasonable. I just love the ambience. Big fan of their blackened salmon. Definitely a much visit restaurant. Parking should not be an issue, they have ample space.

Pretty good spot for Tex mex. It’s a fun restaurant with lots of cool decor. The menu has plenty of options and their margaritas are good. I got the half and half fajitas and the meat was marinated well making it very tender and flavorful. The French fries were really good. My only complaint is that the food was lukewarm when served to us so likely had been sitting waiting to be brought out for a while.

Really Amazing food and super nice staff. We loved it. Beef Quesadilla is spectacular and you have to order pastelitos. We are definitely coming back!

This was my first time trying Border Cafe, but I have been told it’s a great spot to stop for a bite to eat. There was a short wait, but on a Friday night during a dinner rush - we gladly waited 20 minutes for a seat. The food arrived piping hot and the dim lighting made it a great casual date night spot. We also had enough leftovers to make 2 more meals. We will be back - especially since my boyfriend can’t stop talking about the gumbo!

We ordered food to go we requested extra large rice on the side and we received a spoon full of rice, which I will link a picture below. we paid extra money to get extra large rice on the side. Knowing how cheap they are with their rice portions we were willing to pay for extra portions. I was soo disappointed in Burlington borders cafe I was so mad when I got home after looking forward to eating boarders I’m still starving after eating. Smh will not go there again.

Great empanadas! I loved the half and half fajitas. The main room is very loud, but festive. Fun place for a group to come. They are open for lunch Friday to Sunday.

I have never had a meal I didn't love at the Border Cafe! as a parent, I've been taking my 6 and 8-year-old children there since they were weeks old. There's lots of fun music and lots of light which keeps them busy and entertained, setting an awesome atmosphere for a family dinner. The food is very good and very consistent. So easy to have a couple of favorites and know that you're always going to love them with each trip... You can never go wrong with the hot, fresh chips and salsa!

Chips and Salsa were an excellent starter. For lunch I ordered the Blackened Chicken with Jose Rice & Black Beans. Everything was very good, service was excellent, will return soon with my wife who loves Cajun food.

Good atmosphere and good food. Vegetarians will most definitely enjoy broccoli appetizer on their menu. I felt that the Vegetarian empanadas were bit oily and not to my liking.

The food was decent although nothing outstanding. The salsa and pastelitos were good. The blackened chicken fajitas were tad overly salty but good otherwise and the drinks were decent. Good place overall.

Excellent food! The free chips and salsa they give you is phenomenal! Great flavor and fresh! The queso appetizer and gumbo are on point. I tried the black bean/corn empanadas for my entree and it was bursting with flavor. I highly recommend this place not only for the food but on a busy Saturday they brought out the food in a timely manner.

Server was sweet and patient. Very attentive. The food was just average for a chain establishment. Not bad but not great. The fajita meat was a bit gritty. Flavor was ok. The side of jambalaya was tasty. Again nothing special about the meal. But we were hungry. 🤪 I don’t get soda that often but I will say it genius to have such large glasses. Less time refilling!! A bit on the pricey side for fake Mexican food. Not rushing back anytime soon. I guess it’s better to get margaritas than food. 😃

We had a big party and were seated quickly. Service was fast and food was very good. Restrooms were clean.

I visit this place every time I’m in the Boston area. Love the ambience. As for food their blackened chicken is a must try. It’s high on flavor! If you planning to sit in the patio during summer beware of misquotes ;)

had such a good time here. went in for a quick meal because I was starving and grabbed a seat at the bar. the bartender was very nice and got my order quickly. I had gotten the combo chicken and steak fajitas and it was a ton of food. I was very pleasantly surprised. it was all tasty and a had a good amount to take him. will be back

Great meal at the bar. I had a Don Julio silver margarita with a steak enchilada. I changed the rice and beans out for jambalaya. The Jambalaya was extremely good and I would definitely recommend the upgrade. The steak enchiladas were good but the steak was an little chewy and hard to cut. The Margarita was really good as well. Overall maybe a 4.2 star. The service was quite good as well and tha location is convenient.

Excellent place for Mexican food and drinks. More than 100 guests can be seated at a time. Reservations are required. The restaurant was pretty busy and filled with guests enjoying the weekend. Plenty of parking space available including for differently abled people. Covid19 protocol strictly followed. Masks are compulsory. Sanitisers kept in handy. Colourful interior decorations. Good music 🎶 too. Food was tasty. They should have more varieties of drinks and beer too. Excellent service by the staff and they were all wearing white top shirts and dark trousers. Quick service. Rest rooms are there separately for men and women. There's a separate bar where one can sit and enjoy. Cubicle seating arrangements are also available. Wheelchair parking and access to the hotel is there. Surprisingly the restaurant takes the last order at 9.30 pm even though we went on Friday i.e., beginning of the weekend. Kids menu is also there. Vegetarian food has limited options. There was provision for outdoor seating also.

Sat at the bar. Two bartenders taking care of the drinks. At the time I’m in not busy at all. But the bartenders do need training. Management left a lot of revenue walk out the bar when bartenders are not at the top of their game. One of them even had to take care of the tables outside? Does not make sense. Had to ask for bar top to be wiped down. Took sometime to order the food. The chicken bandera was pretty flavorful but served cold. Maybe next time it may be better. One last thing. Bartender should never handle drink glass, goblet or otherwise where clients put their mouths to drink from. Don’t scratch you beard and then grab a glass and serve a drink. And when they come out of the washer either. Jeeezuz Update July 4 2023 Partner wanted to try this place against my better advice. This time around the bartende, Laura , was very polite and yes grabbed the margarita glass by the STEM. The fajitas were good. The hornitos margaritas were pretty good as well.

Came in and was delightfully air conditioned considering it was 100 degrees outside. The music was loud, but not too loud to have a decent conversation. The complimentary chips and salsa were good. The chips were freshly made and the salsa was slightly spicy. The queso was also pretty good, very thick. I had the chicken enchiladas and it was delicious. The rice and beans on the side were perfectly seasoned. My friends had the salmon tacos and the shrimp tacos. Both were reportedly delicious. I got food to go because it was so cheap and good. Definitely will go again. Side note, the cups were huge, which I loved.
