Super impressed with the 4’ Pool fence install that John did today. He explained everything to us about how the fence worked and mapped it out with chalk so could see exactly a where it would be. John M did an absolutely outstanding job putting in our kiddie fence around the pool. He was super helpful, especially since I wasn’t home at the time so made everything so easy by way of FaceTiming me and keeping me up to date. Overall, great service, got exactly what I wanted and John was a pleasure to deal with - a true professional that was courteous, responsive, helpful and went the extra mile. This company is very professional and comes highly recommended. Everything about this entire process was excellent. After debating to get a fence installed at our new house my husband and I contacted Steve after a referral from someone. Steve came, with his wife, and were extremely professional and honest. Without question, this was the company we wanted to install our pool fence. We were leary about the install because you never know who will show up that day. We had a very professional installer and everything came out perfect. We are VERY happy with the install and great customer service. We have already recommended their service to another family member and they had a fence installed too and are very happy.

NOT RECOMMENDED. UNPROFESSIONAL. DISORGANIZED. ARRIVED WITHOUT ALL MATERIALS. DISORGANIZED. Live Saver Pool Fence installed a 100 ft, straight section of fence on our property 2 years ago. They arrived: - Without all required sections of the fence (missing a gate which we waited nearly another month for) - With an installer that was clearly not knowledgeable - Without the proper lag bolts required for the job Furthermore they insisted I purchase hardware separately. Reluctantly, I let them complete the installation. Three weeks ago I called them to schedule a re-installation, since the decking the fence was originally attached to had to be replaced. They gave me a price and I agreed to it without any question. Life Saver scheduled the work for this morning, and I was called yesterday to confirm the appointment for this morning. At 7:30AM I received a call today from Steve saying they will not be re-installing my fence because "the job will take too long." That is a direct quote. I requested to speak to the owner and subsequently spoke with Joe (the owner). Indeed, they just don't want to do the job because it's "too much work". That's a direct quote. To be very clear, the re-installation is the SAME installation as the original fence installation, which THEY completed. It is a straight line, 100 ft long. That's it. Not only did I waste a day off of work to be present for the install, I now need to find a more reputable and professional company to do the work, or find a way to install it myself. If you do use them, be prepared that if you ever have an issue, you may never hear from them again, or worse, they may schedule an appointment a not show up or change their mind and not support their product. Life Saver Pool Fence of NY, and specifically their owner Joe, is unprofessional, disorganized (again, they called yesterday to confirm), and disreputable. I DO NOT RECOMMEND using this company for any work at your home.

From initial planning to cleanup it was a great experience. Laura kept me informed during design and ordering. Sean was my installer. He was on time (he beat me to the house), went over everything with me to confirm design. Answered all my questions. He was neat, polite, and the work was perfect. Everything was perfectly square and level. Sean went over every detail when finished. Explained how to adjust the gate, the tension of the sections. He even took it down and put it back up again to show me how to do it. He cleaned up afterwards and left the place spotless. I had looked at a few difference pool fences before deciding and I am thrilled with my choice. The quality and stability of the fence is far better then anything that I have seen. Great fence and great service from the very beginning. Steve came and explained everything clearly and laid out my options and costs. John the installer came and was fantastic to work with. He measured and lined out exactly where my fence would go so I can visualize it then installed it seamlessly within a few hours. The entire team was friendly, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. The fence is very high quality and the entry door is even better than I expected. Highly recommended.

Steve was very professional, courteous and details when he came to provide the estimate. He, his office staff, and John, who installed the fence, were all easy to reach and always returned calls. They were also on time for the estimate and installation. John installed the fence very well and the job was clean and well done. The installer, Shawn, was very professional, knowledgeable and accommodating. He was very attentive to our needs and suggested the best way to enclose the pool, while still allowing access for pool use. Shawn spent a good deal of the day measuring and installing the fence and did not stop for breaks. We would highly recommend him and the company for your pool fence needs.

Steve and the guys from Life Saver did a great job installing my fence yesterday! They were professional and thorough from the first phone call until completion. The entire process was explained to me at the estimate and after the fence was installed, they took time to show me how everything works. Now I just need summer! This is my second round with Life Saver Pool Fence of Bellmore and I would use them again without hesitation. Laura was super responsive and always got back to me in a timely fashion. Their pricing is very fair, and Shawn, who handled the installation, was amazing. He worked for 8 hours straight without a break, completing the fence in one day. Job well done!
