    READ THIS BEFORE GOING. Went here after I was told I could pick up a package that we paid overnight shipping for. It was scheduled to get to my house yesterday but is now looking like it won’t get here for another two days. When we got here we were greeted by a male who could not have been more rude and mocked us for thinking we could intercept it early. Then a woman with fake eyebrows comes out (I wish I got her name) and says “you can’t call the 1-800 number and speak to some Indian person and think they know what they’re talking about.” Then goes on to join in on mocking us for thinking coming to get it early was an option. The woman ended the conversation with “I’m not dealing with this” and ended up walking away. She was unable to provide customer service which is bad alone, but to be racist on top of that isn’t acceptable. Can’t support this place and people like her put a bad name to FedEx and customer service in general. So what we ended up with was a package we paid overnight shipping for that was only going to travel 2 hours that will now take 4 days, wasted time out of my day, and a horrible taste in my mouth from the people at FedEx.

    FedEx is absolutely horrible when it comes to customer service and deserves a negative star rating if possible. I have a time sensitive delivery that needed to be made and i paid to be delivered by 10 am next day. Right now it's "next day". The package is sitting in the Boston shipping center and they have not processed it for delivery yet. It was supposed to be delivered more than 4 hours ago. I called customer support to check what is the hold up. I couldn't talk to an actual person no matter what I tried. Just an automated machine saying the same nonsense every time. I highly recommend to not ship with this company if you have another option available to you. I have no confidence in them that they can deliver packages of high importance on time and hassle free.

    Double check the shipping speed. I asked for express/ Saturday delivery. I was told the package would be delivered on Saturday, but comes to find out, it was sent ground and delivered on Monday. Watch for the young dark skin woman with glasses, laid edges and a bad attitude. She'll do what she wants.

    The women working there is extremely rude. I asked “what is the most affordable option?” for my parcel, she said “I don’t know what that means. I don’t know how much you can afford.” I want to buy a tape labeled at $2.5. But when I checked out, I was forced to pay about $8. They said $2.5 is for small tapes, which they don’t carry. After I paid $8 for the large tapes (which usually costs $3-4 in cvs or Home Depot), they immediately pulled out some small tapes from the back!!!

    No attempted delivery made, yet they claim they did. Customer service is the worst, keep saying that they will fix the problem and my complaints just get lost in the way. Do your work if you are getting paid for it.

    Not open at all. Staff closed it early. There is no way to pickup a package despite being told on door tag can retrieve it. Should update hours if not working properly.

    Never feel so humiliated as an American. It showed failed attempt, however, the driver never showed up. Already Sitting outside for 2 hours FROM 9AM TO 12PM in the summer with 90degree, cannot work. So waste of time. Contacted their customer service tons of times, not even try to help for a single bit. Why is this company still exist?

    I ordered a delivery package like 2 weeks ago and it was supposed to come today, the guy came and did not even hesitate to not put the box and put a sticker that you did not pick up the box, he did that without ringing the bell or knocking the door in my home! Soon we called fedex south boston to make a a complaint about this person and why he should get retrained or fired. The lady who talked to me at customer service screamed at me multiple times and was the opposite of customer service. We talked to every manager there and we made the wrong people get a big complaint.

    Got in the facility and was treated with attitude of from the start. Super unprofessional. Need to train there Reps with customer service. If you having a bad day you don't need to take it out on your customers.

    Arrived at the 775 Summer st location on Friday 5/29 at 8:07 pm and was being waved at from the female employee telling me they were closed. A male employee then came out a few mins later to give someone a package and informed me they closed at 8. When I asked why the website and phone say they are open until 9 and was again told “sorry, we close at 8 but “you can go to the East Boston location, they are open until 9:30”. I then watched 4-5 other people come and try to do business at this location. When I called customer service I was told they should have been open until 9 pm.

    I have never seen a staff with such a bad attitude, yelling at you directly. They have low professionalism and are impatient. They make very small mistakes. For example, you have two packages, but they only gave you one package, they will not double check at all. I would rather choose another courier company than this one. firsthand experience.

    After their failed delivery attempt, I was prompted by Fedex website to pick up the package here in person after 8 p.m., only to be shut outside their door. The [polite and nice] closing person closed the door just swiftly enough for me to be unable to get in. "We made a delivery attempt: 06/23/2022 05:06 PM.     I’m traveling from out of town for business and have to ship event items back to our office. The FedEx in downtown Boston was difficult for us to unload a bunch items so we came here. Unfortunately they don’t do pack and ship which is ok but then we needed to spend time adding bubble wrap, reinforcing the tape etc. The lady clearly didn’t want to help us from the beginning. Her manager yelled YOU NEED TO GET OUT OF THE WAY NOW. Ok - got it. No need to snap at customers who are paying for the service. Once we were all packaged up, a new guy helped us and he was great. His name was Lawrence. He was super chill and friendly.

    Was directed here because the items that needed to be shipped couldn’t be handled by my local FedEx branch. Many, many regrets. Any/all positives end at the parking lot prior to entering the service center. The woman at the counter was both rude and unhelpful - as if shipping today isn’t stressful enough, customers don’t need to be patronized while trying to pay for a service.

    I almost didn’t bother going based on the reviews. Like many others, I had a package that was supposed to be signed for that never showed up and was indefinitely in a “delayed” status. I showed up at 9:30 on a friday morning and there was no line, the guy was friendly and found my package quickly, overall I was in and out in under 5 minutes. 👍👍

    I went there to stop a package from getting returned to sender after I missed a signature and they took every effort to track it down and looked all over the facility to figure out where it was! While they did that, I saw their counter staff remain gracious, calm and kind to some of the rudest customers I’d seen angrily demanding ridiculous things. I left with my package but had I not I still would’ve thought they did an awesome job handling the scenario!

    I would like to express my congratulations to Samuel and the manager at the FedEx store located at 775 Summer St. Their efforts in locating my package, which was meant to be delivered on Friday, May 19th, 2023, were highly appreciated. The manager was polite and showed great dedication in retrieving my package. Such individuals are an asset to any store.

    Walked in to print a shipping label and send off a return at ~7:30pm on a Monday. Helpful that they are open until 8pm on weekdays. There was a bit of a crowd and no clear lines, which caused some confusion. Wish the signs had better detail on process for pick-up, drop-off, of shipping. When I finally got up to the counter, the guy printing out my label was helpful and the actual process was quick. Note: I believe they only take credit cards, no cash.

    Not only does FedEx ding and rip up packages upon arrival. They hire some employees with bad attitudes you can simply see on their face as they express their hatred emotionally for working there. I work nearby and visited for the past 3 or so years and I've only seen one new face ever that had a good attitude there. Pay may suck but other employment opportunities out there. UPS is way better in service which is only a few minutes down.

    Terrible service from woman with VERY BAD ATTITUDE. Very condescending! Acted like I put her out when asked a question. Then after all of that she tried to charge me $26 for a bulk letter size piece which cost me $6 at USPS! Is somebody pocketing that money?? Never had these issues in the past. I used to recommend Fed Ex, but not anymore!

    Our package was due for delivery in the morning and driver didn't go to the right address. I got an email saying no one was at the location for pick up. Mailing instructions were to leave the package at the receivers place and no signature. Driver said no one was at the location for pick up and left. Driver was lying, he didn't go to the right address and their were six people at that address during that morning time. FedEx please train your drivers to locate correct addresses.

    Worst service. Sent my package to wrong address (costed me $120) and now when I’m trying to get it back, they do not respond and charged me $40 more for return shipping which isn’t even an overnight shipping.

    Timing on Google is wrong and my package was supposed to be delivered today and the tracking said they attempted delivery but no one turned up and the driver just lied. Always have the worst experience with FedEx.

    They didn't deliver on time and suggested that I should pick it up at this location. I showed up and waited for 30' only to be rudely served for 1' and told that my package wasn't there. This female employee whose name I should have looked at was very slow, rude, and irresponsible. I showed her the message from FedEx and she just shrugged and said she didn't know. Just use UPS.

    Terrible customer service. Incredibly rude to me before I even got to the counter. While waiting in line to drop off my package, an agent shouted to me: “package not goin out tonight!” One of her colleagues says, “she’s fine, her’s is just ground; she can leave it on the counter.” Then shouting woman goes back to looking at her phone! This was an hour before closing: plenty of time to invite me to the counter, take the package, and offer me a receipt. Bah humbug.
