Beautiful spot about 15mins from the bakeries in Dunsborough (very important! ๐Ÿ˜†). If you get down on to the beach (next to the boat ramp) itโ€™s quite protected from a southerly or south west wind .. ๐Ÿ’จ๐Ÿ‘Œ Nice boardwalk out across the rocks. And some beautifully clear water to snorkel in. Not too many fish to see today, but still nice and clear. Thereโ€™s a little boat ramp to launch small boats but check the signs before launching as there are some guidelines to abide by. All in all, such a stunning place to spend a morning.

No matter the weather this is a great place to visit. Don't need to spend long here. The walk from car park into the rocks is short. The car park is large, has toilet facilities. Long drop toilet. The path is flat and easy to walk.

Beautiful place can get very busy but a must see if in the area. Went for s snorkel through the canals and enjoyed it but if looking for a snorkel spot head around the corner to the Aquarium!

Beautiful spot for a swim and to just enjoy the scenery. A must visit if your into photography as the rocks and ocean can provide excellent background. Great protected boat ramp with concrete bottom and solid jetty. Plenty of parking available and public toilets. Dog friendly Well worth a visit...

Gorgeous place with large parking lot (works well with RVs or trailers). Nice boardwalk and rock walks, beautiful water, highly recommended for families!

Beautiful place to visit. Recommend coming a bit early so that not much people at the same time. Visitors start coming around 10

This place is literally canal + rocks. Absolutely gorgeous views, total worth the drive out here for the spectacular rush of water hitting the rocks

The weather was really lovely when we went, the rocks were fun to climb on but you had to be careful not to slip. The rocks were dry when we went to it was easier to climb. I would be careful if I had young children or the elderly cause the bridge kinda just leads off into the rocks. The rock pools were very cute and the water was very clear you could see fish swimming in the pools! The waves do crash on the rocks so you do have to be careful in the water.

One of my personal favourite attractions down south. Keep calm and enjoy the view.

A nice place to take a look at the waves and coast. Pretty chilly at the evenings during winter. You could climb the rocks to enjoy better views. But be careful though as the rocks are slippery. Great thing is there is a public toilet near the carpark. Recommended to come here visit!

Beautiful spot in Yallingup to visit and relax. The limestone rocks makes the cliffs by force of Indian ocean, great views and plenty of parking.

This is probably the most picturesque spot in the south west. Wear some sneakers and be prepared to climb some rocks. There are footpaths and bridges to get you around, but be prepared to climb to get to around. Spacious car park is available. There are also toilets here.

Nice view, kids loved climbing the rocks, make sure you wear Sneakers as some areas of rocks can be tricky . Platform walks you across to main rock area , where you can sit and watch waves crash, visited on a weekday about noon and was busy .

Great views of Canal Rocks from the Cape to Cape track. This is a relatively busy beach access point with a large carpark. The access road crosses the trail so need to keep an ear open to vehicle traffic.

Amazing place to see if you are down south near Dunsborough! Very clear waters and there are plenty of people who bring their boats swimming gear. Definitely recommend even for a quick stop by! ๐Ÿ˜

Awesome spot. The walkways partially rebuilt so you can get a great view. Water at beach adjacent the boat ramp is so clear, great snorkeling. Change rooms were clean. Couldn't find a bin which was weird.

If I have to choose only one place to go to in the Southwest, I'd choose Canal Rocks. This is one of the prettiest spots to watch the sunset and no matter what the weather is, it is always stunning. It's always fun to climb around the rocks here, I've been climbing them since I was in primary school. Just look after yourself over here, because there is always the temptation to keep climbing, but when the tide's are getting high, there's a bit of melodrama with the waves. There's nothing like the sight of a massive wave crashing over the rocks while the water bleeds through right under the footbridge. There's so much going on here so stay humble and enjoy the view.

Nothing much to say about visiting Canal Rocks other than the beautiful water crashing into the rocks. It tends to be very crowded on peek time and itโ€™s very hard for my big group to move out. It wasnโ€™t fun having a lot of people blocking the only path for going in and out. I highly suggest taking a safer way to climb the rocks to get a better view of the ocean.
