This place was fantastic! Stunning scenery, easy access for all abilities to the top viewing platform. An easy walk down onto rock formation for anyone steady on their feet. Was lovely to sit around or explore the rock formations on the waterfall face. Absolutely gorgeous was to while away the hours on a sunny day.

Water begins at the top and makes its way to the bottom. My theory is that gravity plays some role in this process. Others believe it is a magical phenomenon. Who knows! All I can say is that it would make for a great place to cool down on a toasty day and even on this cooler day was a nice place to visit.

Beautiful waterfalls with a very short walk to both the lookout and down to the waters edge. You can get very close to the edge of the falls but caution is advised, particularly when wet. Lots of wildlife in the area too, and definitely worth the 5-minute walk from the carpark. There are some additional longer walks if desired, and there's nice spots for a picnic. The carpark itself is quite small so it can get busy during peak periods, but most people don't stay too long at least.

Beautiful spot. Even overflowing with Christmas holiday enjoyers it is a lovely slice of Australian bush. The falls are beautiful and if you keep your eyes barely open you'll spot plenty of interesting wildlife, especially lizards.

Nice waterfalls. You can go down and swim or shower whatever you want. But the area gets really hot on day time during summer so take precautions. Enough parking and picnic area. Toilet also available. Nice place to enjoy sunny day. You can also do nearby bush tracks.

Great waterfall with an extremely easy access. Wheel chair friendly etc etc. Will become crowded at times as it's a popular spot. Great views from dedicated platform.

Beautiful bush setting. The Falls were lovely to see. Very calming and serene. Swimming in the rock pools would be fun. It's easy to get down but very rocky terrain. Caution is recommended but worth the visit.

Such a beautiful place for a Sunday morning exploration! Trails weren’t anything strenuous, which was perfect for me. So cool to read about the gold mining history and how it affected the area (what equipments and techniques they used etc.). Will definitely be coming back next time I’m down here 😍

Beautiful falls. When we went on a very hot weekend day, it was busy but didn't feel packed. It's a very short walk. Just be careful whilst walking on wet rocks, they can be slippery because of the musk.

Beautiful waterfall over granite formations. Option to view from viewing platform (wheelchair accessible) or climb down to the edge of the falls. A bit rugged, good shoes recommended.

Lovely parking and picnic area with toilets. Wheelchair access to top viewing platform and part of one of the walking tracks, but all other areas require reasonable agility to access, particularly the top of the waterfall. Swimming in certain areas possible as well. Kids had a great time exploring and getting wet.

Visited here yesterday with the family. Lovely day of only 28c but perfect to sit in the water and cool down. Been here many times in the past, and love the ever-changing flow of the waterfall visible from the viewing platform.

Easy access to view the falls with some uneven ground. Each path is no more than 5 min walk to see the top, side and back views of the falls.

Toilets, bbq and excellent scenery. Snow has all melted so the river is running nicely. The walk to town is a bit unkempt but a nice walk. The falls would be a great spot on a hot day. Lots of pools to sit in.

Woodshed Falls is a short drive from Beechworth, heading towards Yackandandah. Easy access, no hard climbs or steps. Beautiful site.

Good experience in a hot and sunny day, few individual and families was having fun inside water. Stone inside the water are very slippery. Few incidents happen because of that. So just be very careful going in the water.

This is the best place I have been to and they don't make them like this anymore! You can climb around the rocks to get the perfect picture and the views are amazing. I suggest going down to the far left where there is an amazing drop down to the water and a big wall of rocks. Would 100% love to find another place like this one.

Woolshed Falls - So beautiful 🀩 Woolshed Falls is a stunning natural attraction located in the heart of Victoria, Australia. As soon as you arrive, you will be struck by the sheer beauty of the area, with its pristine waterfalls cascading over the rocky terrain. The sound of the water is soothing and the air is fresh and invigorating. The walk to the falls is well-marked and relatively easy, with a clearly defined path that winds its way through the lush bushland. Along the way, you will see a variety of native flora and fauna, including kangaroos and wallabies. When you arrive at the falls themselves, the view is simply breathtaking. The water cascades down a series of rocky steps, creating a mesmerizing display of nature's power and beauty. The surrounding cliffs and lush vegetation only add to the overall ambiance of the area. One of the best things about Woolshed Falls is that it is relatively quiet and peaceful, with few tourists around. This means that you can enjoy the beauty of the area at your own pace, without feeling rushed or crowded. Overall, I would highly recommend a visit to Woolshed Falls to anyone who loves nature and outdoor activities. Whether you're a seasoned hiker or simply looking for a relaxing day out in nature, this beautiful attraction is sure to leave you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

First track to the left as you're heading down Woolshed Rd. You will either have to walk it, 4x4 or bike it. It takes you to the top of the falls. You can't get to it from the other side. Great place to do nothing or walk the rocks.

One of TOP 5 waterfalls in Victoria. The backdrop of the Gorge is spectacular. Wear shoes with grip as you're literally standing on the edge of the fall. National Park so NO DOGS allowed.

Really easy waterfall lookout to go to as the platform is right next to the carpark. Then you can go to the top of the waterfall too, just go down the track which is not difficult at all but not accessible for wheelchairs. Wear proper hiking shoes as a caution so you can explore the top of the waterfall safely. Went when it was absolutely pumping. Probably one of the best waterfalls in this area of the state!

Great place to come with the family and enjoy the waterfalls. There's a good size carpark and only a short walk to the falls.

Woolshed Falls in Beechworth Victoria North East of Melbourne this place has a good picnic area as well as the waterfalls whether you are a day visitor or staying. There is cabins for accommodations for those wanting a bit more than just a sneak peak. Entry is free.

The waterfalls was in full flow due to the recent rainfall upstream. Amazing and beautiful with lots of history, about 2000 ounces (57kg) of gold was extracted from the bottom of the fall. Easy access and even wheelchair access to the viewing platform. The rest of the sloping rock face can be easily be reached by foot traffic.
