I'm
a
loyal,
consistent
panera
customer.
This
location
has
rude,
unprofessional
and
untimely
service.
I
placed
my
order
on
the
app
and
received
a
notification
stating
my
order
was
ready.
Went
into
Panera
and
nothing
was
in
the
shelf.
I
asked
several
employees
on
the
status
of
my
order
and
was
completely
ignored.
I
finally
got
someone
(who
refused
to
give
me
her
name
and
I
assume
it
was
the
manager)
who
said
they
were
behind
and
my
order
will
be
out
shortly.
I
asked
why
did
I
get
a
notification
stating
my
order
was
ready
when
in
fact
it
was
not
and
she
ignored
my
question.
I
was
in
a
rush
and
asked
to
have
my
order
canceled
and
she
said
she'll
do
it
when
she
has
time
which
was
not
any
time
soon.
I
asked
how
will
I
know
you're
canceling
my
order
and
she
said
you'll
get
the
notification
some
time
today.
I
ended
up
having
to
call
Panera
customer
service
to
have
my
order
canceled
because
they
clearly
did
not
do
it.
This
has
been
the
most
unprofessional
customer
service
I've
received
at
Panera.
If
they're
short
staffed
and
not
able
handle
the
orders
placed,
simply
telling
their
customers
the
situation
and
that
they're
doing
the
best
to
handle
the
orders
as
soon
as
possible
would
suffice
for
my
understanding.
However,
the
rudeness,
lack
of
care
and
interest
in
proper
customer
service
is
simply
unacceptable.
