Panera Bread at this location is very quaint and clean. I came here with my boyfriend and we were talking about how we can study or just chill here for the day. The food is very healthy compared to other food chains. The bread bowl and the mac and cheese is super filling but the price for a large mac and cheese is a bit much. The avocado, cilantro and the tomatoes is an interesting touch to mac and cheese and something I have never seen. Mac and cheese tends to be just carbs and adding more vegetables made it more delectable. I love the sourdough with the ten vegetables soup, it was very hearty and a little salty but still very yummy. I didn't know panera bread had their own chips but I loved it when I tried it. It was very crispy and crunchy, without it being it too salty.

I love panera bread but this location could do better. Most times I've gone here, they skimp on portions and sometimes mess up your order. Check it before you leave.

I love Panera Bread... because my experience in the Bellmore location is always excellent! The store has very good management and the staff is always courteous , friendly, accommodating, and work together as a team. You are always rewarded at Panera for your loyalty with free food when you have a Panera Card. Food... is consistently tasty and well presented thanks to Milton who is always friendly, efficient and has a smile and treats you like you are his only guest as he prepares your food. I have a coffee membership because the coffee is so good and it's cost effective. Panera Bread cost for the food is very reasonable and the store is always clean. Bravo... Panera And staff!!!

My experience with Panera bread was an unfortunate one. Got sick from 2of the sandwiches I ordered for 3days. The 3rd sandwich didn't smell good at all! More than likely the meat was bad. I'm glad my son didn't eat that 3rd sandwich or else he would've been sick like his mother and I. Could of been an isolated incident, however, I seriously doubt it. 1person getting sick is one thing,but 2people getting sick from the same place? That's a little too strange..

Went to this Panera bread at 10am on a cold morning looking for some soup. The gentleman behind the counter told me No soup until lunch time, then the lady directly behind me on line also wanted soup and he promptly allowed her to order a cup of soup. I feel lied and cheated, especially bc the manager was right there, denied me and allowed this other lady to have soup. This is a direct double standard. I can't believe something like this could happen in the year 2022. I feel this only happened bc I'm a blue collar worker looking for a hot soup on a cold day.

I like this location, been there are multiple times. I like to put on my noise canceling headphones and sit there for hours or do personal stuff on my laptop. The drinks keep flowing since I am the member of sip club. Every 2 to 3 hours I’ll buy a soup or a small salad. Just a very cozy nice place. Love the food ingredients are always fresh taste is good . It’s a bit on the expensive side but it’s well worth it.

Nicole was kind and helped me decide on a delicious breakfast sandwich I really enjoyed it, egg whites roast turkey avocado smoked guoda cheese on black pepper focaccia bread it was so good in fact I only thought about taking a pic after it was more than half gone I really enjoyed it kept receipt to show them for next time hope to get the exact sandwich again😋 orange cranberry muffins also spinach artichoke shuffles are the best a must leave with item. Bellmore is my favorite location and there's always parking w no problem.

Two levels make this Panera unique - otherwise it's the basic Panera fare. Service is always friendly, tables clean, usually busy even before closing. Grilled cheese + tomato soup is great with a peach-blueberry smoothie.. And can't forget those lemon drop cookies!! So good.

Ordered pickup over the phone. Agreed on large broccoli chedder soup, large salad, large mac&cheese, 4 chicken caprice sandwiches , and 4 tuna sandwiches. I'm missing the soup, only got 2 chicken sandwiches, a random 2 veggie sandwiches, and a small mac&cheese... My staff was hungry and disappointed but made due because we were in a time constraint. Extremely dissatisfied.

I'm a loyal, consistent panera customer. This location has rude, unprofessional and untimely service. I placed my order on the app and received a notification stating my order was ready. Went into Panera and nothing was in the shelf. I asked several employees on the status of my order and was completely ignored. I finally got someone (who refused to give me her name and I assume it was the manager) who said they were behind and my order will be out shortly. I asked why did I get a notification stating my order was ready when in fact it was not and she ignored my question. I was in a rush and asked to have my order canceled and she said she'll do it when she has time which was not any time soon. I asked how will I know you're canceling my order and she said you'll get the notification some time today. I ended up having to call Panera customer service to have my order canceled because they clearly did not do it. This has been the most unprofessional customer service I've received at Panera. If they're short staffed and not able handle the orders placed, simply telling their customers the situation and that they're doing the best to handle the orders as soon as possible would suffice for my understanding. However, the rudeness, lack of care and interest in proper customer service is simply unacceptable.

Panera has definitely fell off its throne. I ordered a Green Goddess salad for delivery. When I called to let them know that the salad dressing was not sent, the employee who answered the phone had the audacity to ask me what do I want the todo about it- . In addition, the avocado was not ripe.

This Panera is usually my go to, but not anymore. As I’m ordering at the kiosk, the employees are loudly saying how “why would someone order so much mac and cheese” and talking so bad about their own food as I’m ordering... not a very good way to run a business. Also saying how they should “blow their spot up and record how the food is prepared.” They need to be trained better or speak more quietly...

Nice, fresh bagels. There's nothing in the world like Panera's cinnamon crunch bagels. Even after a few days old, they are amazing toasted!!!

Went there tonight pick up 2 sandwich, 1 turkey that had 2 slices of Turkey, and steak a sandwich with maybe 2 oz of meat. I understand cutting back, and I don't like a lot of meat, but I don't like a bread sandwich either. I will never go back to this one what a joke / rip 05-05-22

Actually my wife and my daughter went in. My wife had a Mediterranean veggie sandwich on ciabatta bread with no feta cheese, which she enjoyed. My daughter had a chipotle chicken avocados sandwich with mac and cheese. She also enjoyed it. Me I am gluten-free and there's nothing there for me so.. in spite of the salads and soups they need to step up their game..

As for service, I have been to this place both as a customer and as a door dash delivery driver and have always had a pleasent experience. They move at a fast pace without forfeiting the integrity of the food that is served. When I pick up for delivery 9/10 times the orders are completed and ready to go even when I do arrive early and expect a delay. The owner has a great attitude and you can tell that that sense of positivity has a positive effect on the staff as a whole. Would highly recommend.

Was taken there by a friend who loves this place. Personally, I was underwhelmed by the food, the service, and taken aback by the prices. Had to make up excuses why I couldn't go there when some friends wanted to take me there for my birthday--didn't want to hurt their feelings.

Extremely disappointed with Panera today. I know we are still in the middle of a pandemic and everything is crazy, however if you’re open as a business you need to keep things running as professional as possible. I ordered the you pick two, which accounts to about 12/13 dollars, and got a salad that was less than acceptable and actually pretty embarrassing to give to a customer. My chicken noodle soup didn’t even fill the 7 dollar bowl I paid for, and was not even room temperature when I got it from the store. Not to mention this location was sold out of a number of items (including baguettes...) on a weekend day which is just kinda weird. I worked at Panera so I do know what it takes to supply customers and make them happy, so I probably won’t be wasting any more money at this location.

Every time I am served their they are very professional. And has excellent service. Anthony the GM always say hello to me and call me by my name. That speaks volumes to me. And Angelo and everyone have a polite way and smiles to all their customers. The food is great. Its always fresh. I give Panera 5 stars. Excellent service.
