I've had my COVID booster jab from this clinic back in Feb22 and more recently needed a Medical Certificate while presenting with Flu symptoms. The medical practitioners that rendered the services were fine however I feel the administation side of the clinic falls well below my expectations. I had made a complaint relating to an invoice and felt that the clinic was unwilling to work towards an amicable resolution. Utimately, my greivances were downplayed and dismissed by the practice director and they made a decision to refuse service in the future.

This review is only for lax behaviour and lack of empathy on the part of the reception staff . Called them to follow up on a cervical test report and without even asking my details the staff immediately mentioned test results take 4 weeks time to come in whereas the doctor mentioned it takes about 10 days. After insisting to check up guess what the reports are in already but no one has bothered to call in/ emailed to tell me the same. I have no idea if this are coordination issues between the doctor and the reception staff but end of the day the price is paid by the patients in the form of stress and anxiety. These are patient’s reports that need immediate attention and not the attitude from the staff as if they are doing you a favour by talking! Similar was the case with my ultrasound report where in I am following up with the imaging clinic. Never had any issues with the doctor’s attention and diagnosis but today’s incident is absolutely annoying as a patient who is suffering everyday.

As a visitor from South Australia having my fourth vaccination I found it easy to book online. At the surgery I did find it a little difficult to find entrance . Doors did however have notices to direct clients. Nurse at Surgery was lovely and very informative . Follow up Email with further information in the event of reaction or presenting with Covid symptoms outlined clearly very helpful Entire process very professional .Thankyou for your service .

Such a terrible experience I had with the receptionist, Shruti. One thing that I expect from the staff in the clinics is empathy. How can these clinics hire people who are arrogant and ignorant? Please start treating people with little respect and try to understand their concern. I still remember the first time I visited this clinic 1 year back and there used to be an amazing person at the reception and full of knowledge and empathy, but it seems like the quality is going drastically down.

It's a lovely trip for the kids to do their 2nd dose of covid vaccine. Nice staffs, kids love their small treats. Feel much relaxing when they did the jab. The reception nurse is also very kind, gave us enough information teaching us how to get the cert as my daughter is over 14. Very efficient. No need to wait 👍

I have been with this practice for 18 years. All doctors are good. My children were 5 year and 6 months when I first started. Through their years growing if there was any major problem I would always only go to this practice as I know they will treat and pick up if something is wrong. Pity they are not open on Saturdays anymore though.

I have been coming to this medical centre for more than 30 years. Have moved out of area but continue to go there because of the excellent doctors and care. Dr Sudarmana is incredible.

Doctor and staff were all lovely. No issues there. However, I was trying to find a bulk billing centre, which it claims to be, yet I could not find any info stating there were fees until I arrived. Nothing on Hot Doc (where I booked) and nothing on their website. Considering it was $90 for a standard appt and I'll get less than half of that back through Medicare, this absolutely needs to be advertised. It's an accessibility issue for anyone in the area struggling financially but don't meet the incredibly strict criteria to gain access to a Centrelink health care card. Please try and rectify this.

Reception staff and nurses are friendly and efficient, all the doctors I have seen are professional and caring. I’m particularly impressed with Dr Ju-min Wong, who has guided me through a major illness with efficiency and friendly manner. I’m grateful for the care at this clinic.

Blackburn Sth Medical Centre has been a great backstop for us when raising a family to now, while in retirement. Friendly service, thoughtful care and genuine professionalism. Top shelf!

I have been a patient at this establishment since I was 7 in 1997. The quality of care I get here has been great. Except for when I had to see another doctor while I was away (hence why I’m not giving it 5 stars). On Friday the 30th of December, I was assigned a telephone consultation with Johnny Lin. He was very cold, callous, and had ZERO sympathy for my insomnia. I wasn’t after any prescriptions, but I would’ve liked some advice and compassion. If a doctor can’t show any compassion, they’re in the wrong job..

The doctors here are exceptional. You never feel rushed, and they truly care about you as an individual. Cannot recommend them enough.

I have been seeing the doctors at Blackburn South Medical Centre for almost 40 years. They have all been caring, attentive and investigate all my concerns fully. I would highly recommend this centre to anyone.

My wife and I have been going to BSMC for many years. Easy to book for both of us, My new doctor, Doctor, Deb, has sorted out all of my outstanding issues left over due to covid with the Hospitals and due to her hard work and going the extra mile for me we are now back on track. Our care there is outstanding. The doctors and nurses and receptionist are all marvelous. Thank you all.

Dr Sheen Goh is an extremely caring and thorough GP. Very caring to my elderly parents. Reception staff are wonderful as well. Absolutely recommend

I have been attending this medical centre for over 30 years, and cannot fault the staff, or the level of service and care received. The doctors, practice nurse and reception staff are all friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I've lived out of the area for some years, but haven't found a local practice as good as this one, so it's worth the drive from several suburbs away!

I was so please that this medical centre was opened till late. This was the first time coming to this clinic. Loved the receptionist great personality and very efficient. I would also like to thank the doctor I saw,Dr Marwaha, very easy to speak to, non judgmental, very kind and thorough, didn’t make me feel that I was on the clock. I will definitely be going back. Highly recommend.

Have been coming to this clinic for around 30 years, as a child myself and now with my own baby. They are always extremely professional and the GPs are very caring and go above and beyond what is expected of them. A particular shout out to Martha of the reception team who always makes you feel welcome and is extremely accommodating

Dr. Lin was so empathetic and kind in my consult with him. He took the time to explain what my situation was, and set out the next steps clearly.

I went to this clinic for my Covid vaccination. Unless you came in the back door, there was no signage on where to go. However reception were friendly and helpful. After my vaccination, a nurse stayed with me while I waited my 30 minutes, chatting and making sure I was OK. They were on time.

We made an appointment this morning for our baby to see a doctor at this clinic. We left feeling extremely disappointed with the GPs service. She was more concerned about her own well being and not at all concerned about my baby which was very upsetting. I would have given this review zero stars if it weren’t for the receptionist who was extremely friendly.
