I go out of my way, passing numerous other dental clinics, to attend Dainty Dental Care because the service there is impeccable. The dentists there are highly knowledgeable, which you will see in how they communicate any issues identified, as well as how they lay out the potential treatment options/plans in an easy to understand and reassuring manner. They are extremely professional, and you can rest assured they will devote whatever time is needed to ensuring you receive the utmost quality of care. In my experience, they provide quality whole person care, really taking the time to listen to you and provide individualized interventions, including advice and/or recommendations when referrals to other healthcare practitioners may be needed to ensure you get the best possible care.

Professional, compassionate, and thorough, exceeded all expectations. Dr Nazneen and the team made me feel so comfortable and really listened to all concerns. Everything was explained so well and the extra care and time that was taken to ensure my comfort was really appreciated. The work done was extremely thorough and all options were presented clearly. Dr Dorairajan Kulandaivel is the most gentle and communicative dentist I have ever been to visit. He is always careful of my reactions and level of pain. He listens carefully and explains very carefully with pictures and summaries and costs, upfront, all that he intends to do. He goes above and beyond to make the experience as non stressful as possible. Thank you Dr Dorai. And thank you Kathy for slipping me in for appointments when I've needed immediate attention. A fantastic dentist, the best I have been to. Always explains what is being done. Always gives you all the options and information so that you can decide based on costs etc, and will offer his recommendation but work with your choice. He is so good with our kids, they think it is fun to go to the dentist every six months. Highly recommended.

We’ve been to a few dentists for my little girl and had some bad experiences, leaving her very fearful and untrusting. After a particularly bad experience, I called them, basically in tears, and was overwhelmed by their kindness and support. They fit us in just a few days later and the whole team were amazing! They really took their time with all of us, making sure we were all comfortable. My daughter was still quite scared, but they didn’t push her at all and were patient, and kept fun and lighthearted. Where other dentists had made us feel guilty, especially in regards to breastfeeding, they were supportive and kind. It was such a breath of fresh air to leave feeling like we found a safe place that has our best interest at heart. We can’t thank you enough.
