Really poor communication. I wanted to buy a Z2 from RemSleep before flying long haul to Africa and Europe. They didn't reply to my questions about whether they had units in stock or how long it would take to get one to me in Brisbane. These guys should NOT have the Australian agency for Z2 units. Looks like they're just trying to build a business around their own App. DO NOT TRUST

Being new to using a CPAP machine, support from a professional is highly imperative. I signed up for a 6-month trial paying $69/month which included a CPAP machine and support from a qualified consultant. I kept taking the mask off when asleep amongst other issues. I emailed them asking how to get help from the consultant but got no response. This happened a couple of times. I resigned myself to the fact that their customer service is lacking and I would not get the answers I needed. As I was locked into the contract for a minimum trial period of 6 months, I had no choice but to stick it out. At the end of the trial, I returned the machine and am exactly where I started at the beginning minus $400+. Had I received the support I needed, I would have learned during that time that the pressure of the machine was not correct. I have found this out from seeking support from Sleep clinic services. Customer service or support is not something I would rate RemSleep on at all!

Adam and his team are unprofessional and rude. Don’t recommend using them at all! I’ve been using the same power adapter I was sent out and they are accusing me it’s my fault that the machine is not working. Never had an issue with my machine In the last few years until now.

I had a HDM Z1 auto cpap. Unfortunately that had a limited shelf life and was discontinued. I reached out to Remsleep, whom I bought the Z1 from, and told them about my situation. They were aware of the problem and help me get the upgraded Z2 auto cpap at a discounted price (it does not have the same limited shelf life as the Z1). Remsleep give great service and are both friendly and fast in their delivery. I highly recommend them and the HDM Z2 auto cpap for travel and camping as I have used it for both and am planning to use again shortly.

Don't take any notice of the naysayers leaving low ratings! I have been dealing these guys for over 5 years and found their service and products fantastic. The staff know their stuff and have helped me immensely. I can't recommend them enough.

We purchased the Z2 auto pro from Remsleep. We do a lot of free camping in our caravan, and this unit is ideal to use as it powers off a battery pack. It saved using up our main batteries at night, and our solar panels charge up the battery during the day. We have just ordered another battery from Remsleep to run my Resmed air sense 10 for the same reason. Husband is very happy with the Z2, and the Remsleep company.

Cannot fault Remsleep at all. Supported throughout the entire process, advised on what was needed, easy to set up and pay and just as easy to return when no longer needed!
