Great service from this company, especially Baldy King who was sensational with his help regarding carpet. Firstly, we got great advice on which carpet we should choose and we are very happy with the quality and price. But the best service was when we came around to installation. Due to delays from our builder, a mistake from me and and the Xmas rush, we almost missed getting the carpet installed before Xmas day, which would have been a disaster. Baldy managed to get the install date prior to Xmas and worked pretty hard to do so. Fowles are a great company to deal with.

I love this place for flooring. I got my new hybrid flooring there today - great range I settled on Godfrey Hirst. The staff there are great. I did most of my dealings with Baldy King. He was really good and very helpful. Feel free to see him and the great range at fowles - you won't be disappointed - there are carpets hybrid flooring linoleum great prices and and range and lots of other things for the house that go for auction as well.

Five-star options, five-star prices and five-star service. I selected and ordered by carpet as well as timber with Baldy, Baldy was very friendly and more importantly had a wealth of expertise which made it easy to understand the processes that need to take place to put the flooring in after handover of a volume build. My volume builder delivered my home far, far, far later than I had expected. Fowles continued to hold my timber and carpet at the prices that I had signed up with and there were no additional charges added to my bill, when in many ways they had me over a barrel given the level of lateness of the volume builder. Moreover, when it turned out that we didn’t have enough timer for the flooring (house was built bigger than expected or more wastage required?!) Baldy was able to get more timber for the house for the VERY NEXT DAY for pickup. Super helpful, understood the urgency as I had a flooring installer on site, thank you so much! Everyone that I dealt with at Fowles was super helpful, friendly and had a desire to help get the right flooring choices for my home.

My wife and I have been around all the carpet retailers but put off by the almost what do you want from the staff in those places. Aggressive no can,t give you a quote need to come to your home well thats the oldest sales way. Visited today it was a bit busy but a young lady in the office came out from her desk when she saw as and asked HOW can i help you we asked we needed some advice on boards a man who we now know as "BALDY" who was finishing a transaction with another customer turned and said if you can wait a few minutes I will help you. He excused from the customer prior to asking us . We sat down with him he explained in detail what we needed showing interest and knowledge. I have been in the retail sales world for over 40 years and if all the team are like team no wonder you have a great rep.

Bought replacement carpet for our new home before moving in. He and his sales manager also really helped when our installer was sick, helping to coordinate an alternative installer so it could be installed before we were scheduled to move in. Thanks again! We recently had our carpet replaced by Fowles Auctions. I would recommend Baldy King to assist in choosing the carpet for your home. His patience, sound advice and assistance were very helpful. It took ages for us to choose carpet for our home but the end result made it worthwhile. Once installed the plush carpet (felt great underfoot) and colour achieved our goal of blending the modern areas with the original décor. Fitters Rob and Michael, (great guys) were prompt, polite and were respectful of our home. Team work made the fitting look effortless and the finish looks great with clean finish especially at the edges and against the wardrobes. We thoroughly love our carpet.

We have used Fowles twice in the past 8 years to replace carpets in two different properties. I must say that they have always been very professional and competitively priced. Last job completed we identified a small issue in the carpet installed in one of the bedrooms. Once we contacted Fowles, they did not hesitate in replacing the carpet in the whole bedroom. We shopped around for carpet at a few of the big retailers and then we met Baldy King at Fowles retail. Baldy was super helpful. He steered us toward better quality carpet and underlay and his pricing was better than anyone else - even for the better product. The big retailers were quoting 4-6 weeks to supply and lay. Baldy had the carpet in under a week (he even followed up on his days off) and it was laid the following week. We could not be happier with the end result - it is way beyond our expectations. No need to go anywhere else for carpet.
