Huge improvement after the change of the ownership, store now is clean and tidy. Staffs are super friendly and helpful, showed me how to use 7-11 App correctly the other day, I saved over $20 bucks and got a free coffee! Wonderful service.

Update: The service has been a lot better after the new management took over the place. Never had any issues since. Old review: You have locked in a good price on the app right before the fuel price goes up, but good luck actually using it because every single time I go fuel up their unleaded pumps are out of order. Could a coincidence once or twice, but it happens every single time.

Used to have the best staff here. I dunno what happened but this 1 new staff female, interrogates and never considers customer's priorities and issues upfirst and foremost. We've made a complaint about the milk tasting quite off on their new smoothie machine she insisted 'impossible' making us (me and my partner)feel like thieves. Never to return.

today i bought a slurpee from this 7/11. first of all when i got in i noticed that the regular size has gone up to $1.50 instead of being $1. next thing i saw was that everything is made out of paper; the straw, the lid, and the cup. look, having paper cup and lid makes a bit of sense especially since they are thick and just are there to hold the drink inside. i bought my slurpee, and when i started to drink it i noticed that the straw is a very weak and thinner paper, but i continued since i wanted my slurpee. the straw lasted a good maybe 4/5 minutes. after that, the straw stopped working so i scooped up the slurpee instead, but after another like 2 minutes it broke. there is a hole in my straw now because it broke from the paper being in a liquid.... now in sitting here driving home sad because half of my slurpee is still there and by the time i get home, it will be melted completely. thanks

This 7-11 is my favorite place to have a coffee, the place is very well neat and clean and the staff are very well respected and knowledgeable. Love it! 10/10!!!

I am a regular customer of this store. Recently noticed that the service has improved. Give them a big thumbs up！

the worker rohith was out the back while i was trying to put gas in. i waited out the front and knocked on the door and still no response. finally he came out and then still took another 5 minutes to turn the petrol on after he said he refused he was going to. he then refused to give the managers information as well.

Very friendly staff and fresh lunch options! Last Friday I left the chips that I bought from the store and when I returned this Monday and asked about it, the staff said they put the chips away for me- I didn’t really expect it. Definitely recommending this store:)

(Edited my review) An aggressive Asian Employee working at this station was very impolite to his customers, and not giving us explanation for why we have to pay our gas upfront. So this ended up as a confusion we had about this store a few months back then. I called up lately, the manager explained to me nicely so I knew sometimes you need to prepay because of the insufficient lighting and some other issue (especially at night). I hope that Asian employee is no longer working there because he was so mean. It’s not just me, the other few customers were also unhappy for the absurdity he made with no well explanation.

Next time when someone turns up answer the door at least to say you are closed . Your note is NOT good enough. Bad service!!

This place has gone to worse after change of ownership recently. On every 7th visit you get a free reward chosen in app. But the customer service person charged me half price even though it said free on the activated award.

Neat store, convenient store with good range of products, Many pumps, don't need to wait even in a busy time.

Staffs are pleasant. Coffee is good..Smoothies are yummy
