The manager, Duy, was a great help with my move to Monash! Not sure what these other reviewers who gave a one star review are talking about.

Duy is receptive and made living at and moving into the accomodation a welcoming and stress free process for myself as a student. The accomodation is set up with larger furniture and amenities ready for the convenience of tenants to settle straight into student life. Place is also walking distance to Monash Uni, and Woolies and Kmart at M-city. Overall, a great choice for anyone attending uni in the area looking for convenient and cheaper accommodation than offered by the uni

The premise is clean and very cozy. The manager, Duy, was so helpful and friendly during my stay for almost a year. He helped me with my move in as well as my move out, he moved my belongings to my new place for me!! Always very accommodating to my queries. I miss the place and the people there, made so many fond memories.

I lived at this student accommodation for almost three years. The location is great. It’s so close to Monash Uni and all shops you need like Woolworth and Kmart. Duy, the guy who looks after the building, is always friendly and helpful. I can’t think of a better accommodation for a Monash Uni student who studies at Clayton campus.

10/10 would recommend staying here. Just 2 mins away from Monash Uni. Beautiful and spacious apartments with great lighting. Own bathroom and kitchen makes it even better. Duy is a great manager, always responds quickly and resolves any issues. Would love to stay here again.

Great place to rest and study! Within walking distance of Monash Clayton and the bus loop station. Clean and spacious room with your own kitchen and bathroom. The management team, especially the manager (Duy), are very nice and helpful. I had been staying here for nearly two years before I completed my studies at Monash. I was very satisfied and definitely recommend this place.

Nice accommodation, the one who takes care the place is super nice. Pretty safe with surveillance camera around. The price is quite reasonable. Monash students will find this place perfect as it's really near the Clayton campus and you can use shuttle bus to go Caulfield or Peninsula campus. M City is quite near where you can buy groceries and other stuffs from Kmart.

Great location very close to uni

Fantastic for university as it is located within the Monash University security patrol zone. This means you can get dropped off if you are on campus late. The common facilities are kept extremely clean. Great place to study, quiet most of the time, and if you have a problem the facilities manager is friendly and helpful. In addition there are social gatherings so if you are new expect to see smiling faces and make friends if you want to. Even the mattress was good. I would definitely recommend this to any student wanting to study.

Very good student accommodation for Monash University! Literally 10 minutes away from Clayton campus, rooms are big and modern, about 30 minutes walk to Clayton station, and lots of restaurants to choose from if you don't want to cook for the night! Great community, and a cozy common room for study or hanging out with housemates!

A very comfortable and convenient place to stay. Would highly recommend checking MA out if you plan on staying closer to University.

Had a very positive experience staying at this area during my studies at Monash. The accomodation has a good location and was quite spacious. The manager DUY was friendly and helpful during my stay. He was very responsive and dependable.

It was wonderful stay there, with all the top facilities being provided. The accommodation premises were so neat and clean and all the facilities provided were topmost. It was an amazing stay and experience there. Highly recommended.

I am currently living in this accommodation and it is a very good experience to stay here for uni life since the location is so close to uni and it saves money when you do not have to catch bus to uni. The manager Duy is very nice and friendly as well, he helps me when my furniture needs to be repaired and brought me a new one.

Nice management team and wonderful friends who I made here. Highly recommend to move here. BTW, it is super close to uni, it can help you save plenty of time in sleeping.

An excellent place where you will get a great studio room with a private and safe feeling and also a common room to socialize with awesome people. 5 min to school and bus loop save all my time and more time for other stuff. With the great friendly helpful manager this is a perfect accommodation

I stayed here for more than 3 years and everything was always very well managed at the property. Duy was always available and incredibly helpful. He took care of pretty much everything. The self-contained studio is well furnished and has plenty of inbuilt storage. There was also a sense of safety and security. Overall, I had a very convenient, peaceful and fuss-free stay. I miss my stay there. Highly recommended for students !

I stayed here for almost a year. A great place to live if you will be studying at Monash University Clayton Campus. It is very close to the university, about 5 minutes walk to the campus. There is also great access to public transport all over Melbourne within walking distance. Grocery shops are located less than 10 minutes walk away as well. Furthermore if you have any problems the manager of the building is easily contactable and very helpful and the problem will be fixed immediately.

I would like to recommend this place to any student studying at Monash Clayton Campus. The building feels spacious, light-filled and quite. I really enjoyed the peaceful vibe here 😌, it helped me focus on my studies and my wellbeing (used to do yoga in my room every morning as the sun poured in from the window). Duy, the manger, is a helpful, kind soul. It’s nice to know he’s in his office in the building if you need something. He offered advice and help as I needed it.

2-5 min walking distance to monash uni, 10 min walking distance to nearest shopping mall for grocery, the location is perfect and might be even more convenient than living on campus. Strongly recommend!

I lived there for 6 years when I was still a student in Melbourne. Everything was clean from the unit until the hallway. Not only that, but every corner was well-lit since they have windows everywhere, inside the rooms and in the hallway. So it was safe for me to go in even if I had to come home late. One more thing was that the landlord was in his office almost 24/7 and even if he wasn't, he always respond quickly to my messages/ calls so I felt extra safe and secure living in Monash Accomodation.

The rent is affordable and the manager Duy is very helpful. Overall, I am very satisfied with this place as my first accommodation to live in in Melbourne

Monash Accomodation offers spacious rooms at great prices extremely close to the campus. The building itself is quiet and the rooms are clean and well furnished, and the onsite manager duy gas always been a great help.

Stayed here for a year and it was really good. It is just a few minutes walk to uni and much convenient to travel anywhere with the different busses from uni. The manager was very friendly and helpful with any help needed. There is a common room for you to chill at too. ^_^

Great experience living there. It's really convenient as it right across the Clayton campus. The room is very spacious and quiet for most of the time. The manager Duy is also very helpful whenever I need anything. He helps me set up the temporary electricity when the providers has not yet to power the electricity. One of my best memories of Monash is just staying at this cozy room... it is very spacious and you can fit almost everything you need in it. Would call this place a home rather than an apartment. Great experience! Made extraordinary friends from all around the world and long-lasting memories! I can’t recommend this place highly enough! I have been living in this accommodation for the past 4 years and have nothing bad to say about this place. The location is ideal if you are studying at Monash University as the campus is just across the street, and the bus loop is just a 10min walk from the building. The fully furnished studio rooms are very spacious and have everything that you need with ensuite bathroom, kitchenette, as well as a great common area where you can socialize with other students. The manager, Duy, is a very dedicated person who has always gone above and beyond to ensure the comfort of his tenants and the good running of the premises. He has always been very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. As long as you do not cause any problems and act respectfully, you will have an amazing experience living at Monash Accommodation Pty Ltd 😊

I stayed for two years there without any issues. The manager was nice, helpful and responsive. The room was large (42-44 Wellington Road) with a reasonable rental. The location is perfect for Monash students. I definitely recommend it.

Great place to stay if you're finding a place closest to uni. The room is clean, spacious and you get your own private space which is lovely. And most importantly, I had a pleasant time staying here because of the friendly housemates and staff I met. Highly recommend this place in Clayton!

This place is ideal if you are looking for a place that is near to Monash University. The manager was responsive and helped with repairs needed over the 3 years I spent there. There is a common room for people to socialise and study :)

My first home in Melbourne :) Loved the place the minute I walked into it and there was no looking back after that.. 2.5 years later I left with a heavy heart n several lovely memories.. Spacious studio apartments with all amenities provided, good common facilities and very caring management with Duy! Highly recommend the place to anyone studying in Monash Clayton as it is a stones throw from the campus and the bus loop that connects several different areas and necessities to make your life easy.. Stayed at 2-4 Arnott St for almost 3 years, would definitely recommend as an option for students: the place is ideal for Monash Uni students wanting to focus on their studies, with the right balance between privacy (studios with en-suite bathroom, shower and kitchenette) and the possibility of being social (several rooms full of students in a building with common areas to hang out). The management is very accessible and chilled but at the same time everything is promptly and rightfully done, the contract is clear, the bond lodgement is clear, repairs are taken care of in time and so on. So as long as you don't damage your room, don't make excessive noise or generally be a reasonably good human all will be ok :) The only improvements I could suggest are having aircon in the rooms and that rent was paid weekly (or every given amount of weeks), as there is always a difference when paid at a fixed monthly amount.

Spent 6 years there & had such a positive experience there. Great facilities with en-suite bathroom & kitchen (Wellington side) & the manager Duy is always approachable in sorting out the bits and pieces with the unit.

I stayed here for 1.5 years and it was a good experience. It's just opposite Monash University and you can walk to class without worrying about traffic delays. The caretaker, Duy is very helpful and will solve issues raised promptly.

Monash Accommodation is conveniently located just across Monash Clayton Campus. The university is just across the road. It is also situated close to M-City and we have easy access to Kmart, Woolworth and other essential item purchases. The vibe in the accomodation is very calm and quiet. So, it is easy to even work from home. Also, the facilities are adequate to have a comfortable life. Last but not least Duy, the building manager is very helpful and professional. I highly recommending Monash Accomodation Pty Ltd for single students who are looking for live near Monash Clayton.

Hi, I would highly recommend Monash Accommodation for ur stay in Melbourne especially if u r studying in Monash uni. My daughter stayed here for one year. It’s just a stone’s throw from the uni so was very convenient. Her room was very big, spacious and airy also. Property is clean and maintained nicely. Property manager Mr Duy is a very humble and helpful guy. He had helped my daughter numerous time for the issues regarding room heating, plumbing and other stuff and helped her resolve soonest. Very proactive with the message reply also. May be in future if my daughter ever wants to move out from uni halls, I would prefer her to stay here only. Hopefully Mr Duy will accommodate her😉 Thanks

I stayed at this property for four years while studying at Monash University. In general, I had a pleasant experience. The property is only within several minutes walking distance to Monash, close to the bus station and a supermarket (Woolworths). The unit is very specious and comfy. I highly recommend the place for anyone who is going to study at Monash.

The best place for Monash Uni students. Location is just across the campus and near to the groceries and restaurants. It has a quite and peaceful vibes, both the management and the tenants are very friendly and helpful to each other. You will feel at home when you study abroad and stay here!

I just stayed here for six months and it was a great time for me being just across the Monash University. It's furnished also. I didn't need to bring coffee table, bookshelf and so on. The desk also is good sized for every minutor and computer. I just put a 32 inch monitor on it and it's perfectly fit. Two chairs for both desks, so you don't need to move the chair around. Most importantly, gas and water are included in the rent, making this studio more affordable for students. And the property manager, Duy, is a nice man, always trying to keep the place safe and quiet.

Best ensuite student accomodation found in the area so far! With one's own bed, bathroom and kitchenette for very affordable price compared to other options in the vicinity. Size of room quite spacious as well compared to typical ensuite studios. Perfect location; very near to campus, bus stops and about 10mins walk to grocery shops (M-city). The common areas and the building in general are kept clean. The property manager is a friendly guy, easily contactable and responds quickly. Keep up the great work!
