Rang me the MORNING of my appointment and informed me that they don't know how I made a booking with them because they clearly can't help me, no apology just blameshifting their problem onto me. Person in charge unavailable for comment. I literally made a new appointment immediately at a new clinic after putting down the phone with the rude lady I spoke to. Do not recommend at all.

Not satisfied here since the pandemic kicked in. The phones ring out generally everytime you want to book an appointment and when you do and you query why they do not answer the phone they retort with "We are busy". The online app used now is a nightmare and doesn't work at the besy of times. The previous one they had was far simpler to use. I have seen the recpetionist let the phone keep ringing when there was only 1 patient in the entire clinic. It is a shame as the GP I actually had was good.

Be aware, if your child is under age or has special needs, the chubby, Brown hair receptionist requested the child must wait inside and the parent/carer was told she must wait outside. Ther mother said no, she is waiting with child, due to her child's extreme anxiety. Because they wouldn't allow the mother as the primary carer of her special needs under age child to remain with her, they both needed to wait outside. While they were waiting, they watched and waited outside in the carpark sitting on the curb while at least 4 other patients walked in and took their seats ahead of her child. Eventually, after approx 20 mins, the mum popped her head into the reception area to advise the receptionist that they were still waiting. The same receptionist told her again, the child can wait inside, but the mother must wait outside. So as there were 3 spare seats (2 when they when they first arrived), the mother said again, my child is a minor, I am staying with her. They just walked over and sat down. The receptionist then said, if anyone else arrives, the mother must wait outside. Shortly thereafter, another adult and child arrived. The mother was advised again she must wait outside. She refused because her child is a minor and they cannot do a procedure on a minor with a Disability with out the mother's consent or without her presence. The mother could see how anxious/distressed the minor was becoming and due to her disabilities, she was unable to leave her daughter and stood next to her while her daughter sat down. There was another male ahead of us that said to the mother, I passed you waiting outside, you're ahead of me, so you can have my seat while I wait outside. This receptionist didn't reply after both adults went outside. This was an extremely traumatic experience for mother and daughter. Mother is receiving chemo etc as well as caring for 3 additional needs children. This unkind, unprofessional woman needs to be taught how to treat patients.

Receptionists that greet you by name, doctors that listen, are professional, informative and happy to provide referral if required. Obviously like all clinics with quality clinicians the wait times can be problematic however this doesn’t happen always. My family have used all of the doctors available and we have been satisfied with every aspect of care they have provided. UPDATE: The practice now charges an out of pocket cost for non concession card holders. Whilst this may be difficult for some anyone that knows how brilliant these doctors are will happily pay the amount. I know I will!

This is my family practice. I have followed Dr Charitha from her previous clinic as she is amazing. They talk of having a GP who knows your name, family and family history -this is this practice. the reception staff are always helpful and accommodating. We see Dr Charitha or Dr Ranil and both are amazing doctors. My family feel comfortable and know we are cared for here, not just a number

They saw my sick baby today at short notice when nobody else would squeeze us in. Staff and doctor were friendly and accommodating. Thanks a lot!

I couldn't speak more highly of this medical centre. The staff at reception are so friendly and helpful and go out of their way to assist me. Dr Charitha is the most caring , empathetic doctor , who really listens and understands. She has helped me so much . I wouldn't go anywhere else. Much appreciated.

The doctors are very good. The staff are friendly. Yes, they sometimes run behind time but show me a clinic that ALWAYS runs on time. 10/10

Dr Charita is the most loving and caring doctor. If it wasn't for her and her hubby I'd change doctors due to the fact the lady receptionist was rude, unhelpful and hung up the phone twice 😞 and found my referral something to laugh at

Hands down the best GP Clinic I have been to. Receptionists are friendly and helpful. I have seen all three doctors and I find them really good. I have been to many random clinics and find doctors here spend more time with you and listen to you. I have been seeing both Dr Ranil and Dr Charitha for years and I have never had any issues with them. Highly recommend them!

I am writing this review with gratitude for having had Charitha as my GP for over half of my life. My journey with her began as a preteen when she served as our family doctor in Country Victoria. However, I moved to Melbourne, and a few years later, I found myself under the care of a GP who did not listen to me as a patient. I was prescribed medication that was causing more problems than it was solving and severely impacting my quality of life. Around this time, I was lucky enough to learn that Charitha had also moved to Melbourne. Resuming our patient-doctor relationship now as an adult, Charitha was everything I remembered and more. She listened to my concerns regarding the medication and transitioned me to a new medication that did not give me the side effects and improved my quality of life. Charitha is a dedicated, compassionate healthcare professional who genuinely cares about her patients and values their perspectives. I am incredibly thankful to have her as my GP.

Great clinic, doctors are very understanding, receptionists are easy to deal with. Sometimes there is a wait to certain doctors but well worth the wait.

Dont go here. Booked in for a licence review (happens annually) was told by Dr Dunne that the government or police were after me and that he couldnt complete. Ive been having this done each year for 15 years. Not sure what he was trying to achieve other than scaremongering. What a waste of my time and energy, and what a poor experience. Avoid avoid avoid!

I love going here. Charitha is a wonderful and caring Doctor, who has got to the bottom of issues I have been having for over 30 years and I now finally have a diagnosis. She also has been wonderful for my daughter. We used to see her at another clinic and moved here when she moved clinics a few years ago. I would, and have highly recommend her. I have seen other doctors at the clinic, when she was not available, and they have all been lovely too. They even fit my granddaughter in at short notice, when I picked her up from daycare after an injury. I had issues with the hospital not getting a scan from the radiologist, even though they sent it several times, so the clinic had me get them to send to them as well, then they sent it to the hospital with another copy of my referral, and the hospital got that copy. Nothing is ever too much trouble.

Doctors are good and professional, especially Dr. Ranil who's very friendly to me and my kids every time we visited him. Maybe the receptionist (chubby lady) is not quite very good. We still put Dr. Ranil as our GP even though we moved a couple of years ago. It's not easy to find a nice and professional GP.
