Terrible staff service, rude unprofessional and just couldnt be bothered helping me. I was given a voucher from my partner for pandora but unfortunately i wasn't able to purchase what i wanted. It was not busy so to not acknowledge at all no greeting or anything was just rude i felt ignored , i wasnt asked if i needed help. It was a tidy store well organised but never going there again pandora at doncaster way better. So much nicer and willing to help and friendly.

Extremely rude staff including someone one who appeared to be the manager. Treated my mother in law like she was in the way, she loves Pandora but usually doesn't shop at this store as it's not her local yet we were here today, she was so upset and disappointed by the service she experienced. Would never go back

Last Wednesday I took my granddaughter to Pandora in Eastland. We were greeted by Sophia who remembered my name from a visit some months back. I have no hesitation in recommending this store. My experience each and every time has been fun, and lovely jewellery purchased. The staff have always been friendly. I will take my two girls back soon.

I am a regular customer at Pandora. I visited Eastland store today (27/06/22) at 12:10pm and experienced dissatisfying customer service. I was there to ask for complimentary cleaning of my products. As someone who also works at sales, I do understand it can get busy throughout the day and sales is their priority. However, they said they could not offer cleaning as cleaning machine is full. I politely asked if I could come back. They told me there will be a meeting in the arvo and they need to keep quiet. I just felt like those two ladies who just finished with sales lack of intention and willingness to help. I will be very hesitant to come back not just for cleaning but also for any purchases. Please let customers know if Pandora no longer offers complimentary cleaning.

It was my first time being there. We tried to buy a teachers gift when an aged assistant in Pandôra was kind and made everything easy for us. I really do want to come back . It was a great experience.💯💯💯 Thank You Ms assistant. I really recommend this shop.

After my attempt to exchange a few charms as a gift from my colleagues was flatly rejected in other store, the wonderful lady without any fuss just accepted my request to swap and with a constant smiles she showed me all the displays I was interested in and gave me a fantastic experience in this shop. Thank you.

Very rude and unprofessional manager, she wanted to charge me for the box! I’m not talking about the gift boxes, I’m only taking about the small boxes that you definitely get them when you buy stuff, She said she can put my charms in the pouch for me, instead of boxes!!! “it’s so weird that you want it in the box, I’ve never seen anyone to ask for the box!’’ “You know, they’re very expensive!” She said… To the store manager: If you’re reading this, just letting you know, customers are not stupid, they exactly know what’s happening, even if you use your own charm and you pretend that find the last one, the way that you speak to your shop assistants is rude, your body language is rude, you’re so rude and unprofessional, you can only sell stuff in bazar, I’m sure you know what I mean…….. She asked me not to go to Doncaster shop and only go to Eastland, but I NEVER GOING BACK

Yesterday, we went there to buy a present and Lauren was so attentive to our needs, gave us options and put it in the gift box nicely…she’s so amazing and keep up the good work👍👏

Was very unfortunate that the two middle aged ladies working at Eastland were rude, uninterested, and unhelpful. I have purchased from Pandora for many years and never ever had a problem with customer service. These two ladies refused to help me with a broken bracelet that was unwearable as the clasp was broken and I had already lost a few charms because of this problem😭 I decided to go to Pandora in Doncaster shopping centre where the assistant was wonderful and straight away replaced my bracelet as they deemed the clasp broken. Never will I return to the Eastland store but happy to go to all the others.

Had a really great experience was able to get my pandora charm that broke replaced and was a very easy process, will definitely be coming back to fill my pandora bracelet up, Thankyou Pandora eastland ☺️

The young girl that served me today was so helpful and Informative. I didn’t catch her name but she had brown hair in a ponytail. I was shown pieces within my budget and all my questions were answered , without being pressured at all to purchase.

Went into Pandora the other day and was served by Linda and other lady I didn’t catch her name but they were both so lovely and went out of their way to find a charm I was looking for out the back! Amazing service and always so friendly, would recommend this Pandora shop over the others because I’ve never had a bad experience!

Typical Pandora shop have all the items you could Want to buy in this type of shop .the staff were very polite but rushed off there feet so the wait was long and I hate it when they make you wait to spend your money in there business. Hence two stars as I got impatient waiting to be served

Don’t even bother going there to get your jewellery cleaned, full of excuses for them not to have to do it.They really need to be retrained on their customer service skills. Quite rude but maybe a different attitude had I planned to buy something.

Very Rude!!!!! There was a line of shoppers waiting to get into the store. I was interested in something they had in their pop up store outside. The sales women had just finished serving someone else (after basically pushing me out of the way so she could get to a cabinet - so much for social distancing). When she was done, she asked if she could help. I explained I was interested in the silver charm - She pointed to the store, said join the queue over their and proceeded to walk way. Never going back there again. Bought something else at another jewler in the centre.

Lovely experience with this store. First time I had been here. They were very apologetic that most of the charms that I wanted were not in stock. Still managed to walk out a happy customer.
