After finishing up a hard days work on a Saturday, I felt somewhat parched and i wanted to clench that thirst with a healthy boost juice. I noticed it was 5:14 and so i raced to my car and drove down Stud road passing Multiple speeding cameras in order to make it to boost before they closed (5:30). I was tired but yet I found the energy to power walk from my parked car to the boost store. Picture my astonishment when I am shunned away and barred from ordering at 5:28. I was malnourished, unable to get a boost and unsure if i would be keeping my license. NOT HAPPY!

I couldn’t believe that I stood in front of the cashier for 3 minutes ... and all the staff just kept chatting and ignored me ( I had Eye Contact with all of them, and were sure they saw me ) ... even I said hello I want to order !! Poor customer service !! Really bad impression !!

Hello. I’m writing this to report one of the staff members, appearance of a dirty blonde, mid 20’s I would suppose. The name shown on his name tag was James and I’m very disappointed in the order I had received. I was doing my usual grocery shop and had decided to grab my regular drink, mango magic. I vaguely remember ordering around 12 ish. The issue here is James. I watched him make the drinks and it was pure disgusting. He was unhygienic and cross contaminated many times. Touching the insides of his nose, then the drinks, MY drink. He was also unbothered by the waiting customers, watching some odd thing on his phone, mid shift, whilst people were waiting for their unmade drinks. He had many unprofessional looking rings on too, that could easily have fallen into my drink and I am NOT at all a happy customer. He needs to be spoken to and dealt with.

Liam gave exceptional service today. He was kind and conversational. To top off this amazing experience, Liam was blasting ‘Don’t stop believing”, AND IT WAS THE GLEE VERSION!! ARE YOU KIDDING! Amazing work, great vibe, keep up the rad work team !! Go Liam !!

Love boost love there heathy drinks, and its reasonable price what i get it for the staff are friendly even when its super busy, always get boost when i start work yea sometimes they mess up my order but i dont mind

This boost is my least preferred boost juice, as juice orders are often/always wrong or foamy as. No consistency.

I was excited to have a Boost Juice after a long time but was quite disappointed. No smiling staff, very long wait, my green tea mango mantra was not blended well so kept getting my straw blocked and when the staff poured out my drink she spilled it down the side of the cup and mopped it up with a serviette so it was wet and soggy!! Not the Boost experience it used to be 😒

Great product - juices are great and consistent with other boosts but service is awful. Staff couldn’t be less interested, leaning on counters eating and talking* while customers are waiting. Girl dispensing drinks was great.

Don't waist your time or money they are to busy talking about their lives than to actually make your drink not to mention the complete lack of care when called on it

I ordered, asked the server if it will be about 10 mins as it looked quite busy, he said less than that, I had my 6 month old baby with me and it’s very noisy there. The girl making the smoothies was calling them out by smoothie name in a non clear voice not by customer name. It had been about 15 mins so I went to the girl making them and asked if I had missed her calling my order out? She looked up and said what do you want? Literally just asked if it had been made so I’m not standing there pointless with a baby in a crowd of people in the fruit and vegetable market next to the boost. There were multiple ones there waiting not been handed out, all she had to do was read the labels and say no it’s still to be made. Which would have been fine. Instead she rudely said “I don’t know” so I asked if she worked there, having more idea if it’s been made than me considering she was the one behind the blender. Another girl who was capable calmly said it’s next in line. Which was all good it wasn’t an issue I just asked a simple enough question. But I was then rudely handed it by the guy who originally took my order, no eye contact just plain rude. Won’t be back, staff need to be trained in customer service and how to deal with busy times. Half the smoothie was unblended too which added to the annoyance.

Ordered the passion mango. Was able to redeem the drink for my birthday and got it free. The service was excellent, they actually said happy birthday to ya when you get your order. Usually my go to Boost and has been pretty consistently good

Quick and fast service. My juice is always good overall very good experience

Closes at 5:30pm but won't let you order well before at 5:15pm. Staff who want to knock off early lie and say it's closed. Need to crack down on this practice!

This store makes the best cookies and cream drinks. Have been purchasing this flavor since it first came out many years ago. The team at this store always provide excellent and friendly customer service. Drinks are made quick, efficiently and taste great.

Sophie made me a banana buzz, best drink I’ve ever had!! Extremely good customer service (she was cute too 🤪) I’ll be coming back and hope to see her again
