Worst Burger King I've been to. I ordered a large meal and a medium meal and the amount of chips were exactly the same. The chips were not crispy or even cooked as they usually are. We did not receive any mayo at all we did not get any straws either. We had to wait in the parking for our order just to receive the above. Horrible, would not recommend.

We have tried on numerous occasions to order through Uber. This Burger King has not been available for the last few orders. Assuming it is due to them being busy, we went to buy ourselves, just to find the Burger joint nearly empty. The staff made a half- hearted attempt to explain that it is due to " the Wi-Fi ". It was sad to see 14 Uber drivers sitting outside, waiting to earn their money, just to be let down by Burger King. Only 1 car in the drive through. Few people inside. Seriously bad management.

I was at the burgerking at lynnwood lane Pretoria. They have horrible and rude staff. When I ordered I asked them forextra sauce on my nacho chips it wasnt added. Then when I received my order the lady that served me at the drive through I asked her to add more sauce. The picture attached is what I received. I don't recommend people going to order from the drive through. They not giving us this for free. The manager there please see the lady that served me on the 2025.01.26 around 14.45 teach your staff how to treat customers if not change them. I also will also appreciate a response on this. Is this how the loaded nacho chips looks like even without extra sauce?

The food was great. The bacon king burger is particularly nice. However, the service could be better, especially when they take your order. The cashier doesn't repeat your order to make sure that you're paying for the right thing and they get annoyed when you do so. Other than that, it's good 👍🏾

Rude, orders are wrong almoat everytime, they want you to drive forward so that the timer makes it look like they are fulfilling the order quicker, them you have to park and wait in the parking lot for the food. This is a regular experience.

1stly the food tastes great thw beef patty tastes like BEEF 2ndly BurgerKing was always king when coming to customer service never had any issues with them 3rdly the atmosphere is perfect coupled together with friendly and welcoming staff. Will definitely be visiting here more often

Why are the is service so slow? Here is an idea. Maybe the bright spark who thought it a good adea to place place a menu billboard after the ordering point should reconsider. One can only read the menu when already at the ordering booth and every one has to wait for every customer to decide what they want. By moving the menu several meters before the order point, customers can decide on their meal in advance and place their orders right away when they reach the ordering booth.

The customer service at Burger King Lynnwood Lane was absolutely unacceptable. A staff member was incredibly rude, shouting at us when we simply asked a question. When we questioned her attitude, she scolded us and told us to just order. The experience was so bad that we decided to leave without ordering. It’s clear there’s a serious lack of proper training here. No professional establishment should treat customers this way. They need to shut down and retrain their staff because this place is run like a complete clown show. If this is how they handle customer interactions, I can only imagine what goes on behind the scenes with the food. I wouldn’t trust eating here, and I definitely won’t be coming back.
