Just got home from celebrating my mom's birthday and I must say Deborah made it worth the family dinner celebration. She is very friendly, patient and attentive, made the night enjoyable. Not forgetting the staff singing to my mom. The 4 of us really appreciated the hospitality for the night all thanks to Deborah. Also compliments to the chef.

I recently moved to Pretoria and, after exploring a few spots around the city, I had the pleasure of visiting Food Factory Silverlakes. From the outside, it doesn’t quite give away what awaits inside, but once you step in, you’re in for a real treat! The atmosphere is vibrant, and the energy is welcoming. The staff and managers are truly outstanding, always attentive, friendly, and ready to make your experience special. It's clear they care deeply about their customers and the quality of service they provide. The food. Absolutely amazing. The portions are generous. I first visited a few months ago and now, without a doubt, it’s my go to spot every week I highly recommend this place to anyone in the area. Well done to the staff and management for creating such a fantastic establishment!

Very nice venu. Food is good,I always try to promote to my friends. Although there is patrons spoiling the experience of late. Loud and inconsiderate. This has happened on several occasions, it makes it difficult to convince with my partner and have a pleasant lunch. I'm really hoping for this to be addressed. I really think this establishment has got a lot of potential.

First time at the restaurant. Had an early supper. Place was very quiet. Service was average. The seafood platter was good but the full chicken was disappointing. Gave feedback to the staff. Hope they improve.

This is what you get for R75!!!! Do not waste your money at this place! Not even 250ml's of soup!!! Phone them and complain, then you get an arrogant manager telling you well that is the portion size (supposedly 300ml!) Poured it out... turns out it was less than 250ml. Phoned him again, after he did not phone back. He said I should order again and they will send me 1 free soup. What a freaken joke!!!!!

Beautiful restaurant, you’ll feel at home here for sure. Waiters are on par and attentive. Food is good. Has play-pan for parent with little ones, so a nice family outing here Next to B&B and carwash, bring your car, wait for it to be cleaned and enjoy a nice meal while watching a live game on the big screen.

Disappointed. We showed up today at 20:00 and were told the decided to close several hours early. When i asked about the times on the wall, the waitor struggled to explain why they did not follow their times. If you want to go. Call ahead to make sure they are open
