We visited Nando's Lynnwood Lane today and entered a special request. We were told in a very rude manner that they cannot complete the special request. We asked why and they refused to tell us. We requested to speak to the manager and proceeded to enter our order. After receiving our order we asked again to speak to the manager as the order was wrong. The employee goes to call the manager and comes back and tells us that the manager is busy and will not see us. We insist on speaking to the manager for the 3rd time and wait for long to speak to her. She eventually comes out with the rudest attitude and provides no explanation for our concerns and just turns around and walk away. We visited the regularly but today was definitely the last and we will ensure that our office knows about the poor treatment and service. Everyone made us feel like they are doing us a favour!

My partner and I happily pass by two other Nando’s branches just to visit this one, and it’s always worth it! The staff is outstanding, the food is consistently delicious, and the overall service is exceptional. A special mention to Refilwe—whether she’s the manager or not, she embodies true hospitality. She is always warm, patient, and welcoming, with a smile that makes every visit even better. I genuinely look forward to seeing her whenever I’m here. Highly recommend this branch!

Quite Nice Place for Lunch or Dinner especially with Family

Nice Nandos, and delicious chicken. Even when they are busy, your order still gets out in a timely fashion (order in advance and pay in Store to avoid the wait). Good location and easily accessible. Nandos has definitely surpassed KFC.

Store is very clean. The food was fresh. There's sanitizers at the door, inside the store and at the till. All stuff was wearing their masks, and had their nose and mouth fully covered. Very happy with their service.

The young lady who served us had a really bad attitude, her name was Ade something... Really disappointing, they took long and she did not get the order right that by the time she corrected my food was cold. Been here before and I can the staff behaves different based on the manager on duty, with the male manager they tow the line and he runs a tight ship

This brand new Nando’s look fantastic! We visited it for the first-time last week, it was clean, fast and the food was fantastic. The staff was friendly, and the food was ready in no time. The center looks pretty new overall, and is easily accessible from Lynnwood road.

The place is quite beautiful actually and it has a good atmosphere. It is well situated and quiet (at least it was when I was there). The seats are comfortable. I ordered a wrap meal and a milkshake for take away. The price was quite reasonable. The shake was average, like any other shake. The wrap was small to my surprise but it tasted good. The chips had no flavour but a sachet of salt was placed in the box with the chips. Which I find to be a health risk. There are so many chemicals in this packages and someone decide to put it right with my chips. My other problem was the dirty sauce sachet that was placed on top of my chips as well. Like seriously they could have thrown it on the side where there was no food. Also I was not given any serviettes. Not sure if I had to ask for some. I would give a seat down meal a try and see how the service is then.
