If you go to a restaurant on a Friday 13:00, an the restaurant is empty, don't go in because something is wrong. When we entered and only about 4 tables were occupied, but unfortunately I ignored my own statement above. We ordered a beer and a brandy special. Whilst waiting for our drinks the table next to us complained about long delays. After our waiter brought our drinks, he vanished. After about 20 minutes I asked another waiter to call the manager, but nobody came. I then later saw "Steven", apparently the manager and wanted to complain about the service. He was arrogant and when I wanted to take a photo , as asked on their site, he became aggressive. We paid for the drinks an left. We will never go there again.

Just had the most amazing first experience at Crawdaddy’s. Thank you to Switch, our amazing waiter that made us feel so comfortable and knew the menu by heart, he was an incredible waiter! To the kitchen staff, well well done, the food was amazing, the plating was excellent! Keep up the good work:)

Wow!! What an amazing meal. Steaks were perfectly cooked, lamb curry was tender with lots of flavour, calamari and prawns were cooked very well. The waiter was friendly and serviced us well too. A great meal all round. If you haven't tried them, you should!

Awesome awesome awesome this is my first time back in about 4 years just before covid. It takes me back when I wad here the last time today was really a pleasure and made my day keep being awesome, our waiter phillip was running around but service was with a smile

Friendly staff and great Food! We never go there and leave unsatisfied. Will recommend them every time. Always a nice experience Bad they had to change their menu, with a few small changes on no switching rice to chips on starters. To bad but food is still good.

Delicious food and great service. There is a very nice play area and a nice big lawn adjacent to the restaurant. Will definitely return for the amazing burgers! We did not need to book in advance for a late lunch/early dinner. However, we saw it started to get busy around 17:00 onwards. Thank you for a great time, Crawdaddy's!

Excellent food and great quality! We were a large group from work and the food was spectacular. The steak was perfectly cooked and I must give credit to the restaurant, we were 23 people and everyone's steak was cooked to their liking. No one's was too raw or over cooked. It takes skill from a kitchen to get that right. There was a few hassups with the sides but no trainsmashes. All and all the service was good. I can definitely recommend the Malva pudding as its a decent helping and I had the Balsamic Caramelized Onion and Camembert steak which was fantastic. I know everyone else also really enjoyed the Rossini steak.

What a great experience. The food and service was great, efficient and with a smile. The kiddies playpark and huge lawn for running and playing is just wat the kids need to get rid of the energy. My choice of restaurant where the kids can also be busy.
