A hidden gem with the most tranquil atmosphere and the best seafood ever! Discovered Diep In Die Berg while I was at Sorcery Coffee Roasters (another hidden gem which is just a short walk away), and I’m grateful to have spent time there. I still say, their seafood is best I’ve ever had at a non-commercial restaurant, I can’t say it enough. If you’re in Pretoria looking for a place to have lunch, do yourself a favour and visit this beautiful establishment, and make sure you have their seafood platter, you won’t regret it.

Such a delightful place to have lunch. The atmosphere is relaxed and tranquil, you could easily forget that you are in the city. For those able to work from home but looking for a change of "view " I highly recommend doing lunch and work in this beautiful environment. The food was delicious, good value for money and the staff are welcoming and friendly 😀

Wow what a hidden gem, service was absolutely phenomenal. Got a great recommendation from waiter to try Madras lamb pizza and man was he right and all other pizzas we had were wonderful. Would highly recommend the food was great and atmosphere was quite and service from parking til inside and everything was wonderful. Also thank you for the delicious birthday dessert was a wonderful treat.

This place was amazing. We had a birthday event here and they were so accommodating. I was able to design and set the tables the way I wanted to. Everyone enjoyed their drinks and the food portions were great as well. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The waiters were always checking up on us seeing if we needed anything. I brought my own cake stand and cupcake stand, but Diep in Die Berg had their own too, which looking stunning, neat and clean. I would highly recommend them any day. It’s was peaceful with breezy wind!
