It was the second time we did not receive everything we ordered. McNugget Sauce and a Chicken Burger missing, after they took very long to complete our order.

I loved the taste of the food but no cleaning i found the table with flies and crumbs and when will u guys add a playplace not i could come here more often good resturant employees are good with children

I recently visited this McDonald's and was impressed with the excellent service I received. The staff were friendly, attentive, and efficient. The food was also delicious, hot, and fresh. Overall, I had a great dining experience and would definitely recommend McDonald's to others. Great job, McDonald's!

I ordered a chilli cheese double burger on Uber Eats, I received a burger with one patty and no jalapeños.

12/10 - I order A LOT of McDonalds and especially from Silver Lakes. Whether its drive through, walk in or uber eats my food is always delicious. The staff at this branch are amongst the friendliest I have come across and I always have a wonderful experience and great service. Thank you for giving me the great quality food I expect EVERY SINGLE TIME. By far the best I have been to.

McDonald’s Silverlakes has room for improvement, especially when it comes to service speed and stock availability. The service is quite slow, and during busy times, the drive-thru can be frustratingly inefficient. Waiting times can be disappointing, making what should be a quick stop take much longer than expected. Another issue is that they don’t always have stock of certain items, which can be frustrating when you’re craving something specific. While the food quality is generally what you’d expect from McDonald’s, the delays and lack of stock make the overall experience less enjoyable. If you’re in a hurry, this might not be the best McDonald’s to visit, especially during peak hours. Hopefully, they can work on improving their speed and stock management to provide a more consistent experience.

Not happy at all with the service I received today,it was not a busy day but it took up to 20min to get served icecream...service was very poor and slow.The icecream was not creamy,I'm very disappointed
