We bought a full chicken,four rolls,large chips and periperi wedges.We were served aweful wedges which showed that the food at Nandos Glen Village do not get inspected for hygiene purposes.Please look at the attached picture and tell if you would pay and eat such an unsightly wegdes?Nandos staff members do not have any respect for customers.This leaves much to be desired really

This Nando’s is shocking!!! The worst Nando’s in SA!!!!!! Food taste awful not to mention the lack of professionalism and following instructions. Had a bad experience a previous time and we gave them another chance. This time I schedule our order to be delivered on a certain time so we would be ready to eat with the children routine. They ignored the scheduled time and deliver an half hour to early than we asked. Also we order sosaties and wings. The sosaties size is the same as a wing size!! It a total rip-off!!!! Also the marinade is x3 hotter than any other Nando’s! The tomato flavor burns your mouth!!!! Will rather drive 10km to another Nando’s

I work part time for Mr D food delivery. A guy by the name of Vusi ( who says his the manager) insisted on not assisting me. All because I asked him if my order is ready. He plainly ignored me. I spoke to the other food delivery guys and asked if they were acknowledged they said no. I then asked VUSI to please check if my order is there He then spoke in a language I didn't understand and laughed at me, pointed to the side ( like one would point a dog) and he told me I must wait there and when his done with everyone else he will think of assisting me. It was a single wrap and sprite zero. He then told me I should just FAIL the order and not try and teach him how to do his job. I was delayed and ended up waiting an extra 30min simply because he felt so. The food was already prepared and when he saw me taking pictures of him he later changed his tune and said that the food still needed to be prepared. Extremely bad customer experience.

What a disappointment. Bought a Full chicken and 2 sides to share. The portion is so small. The chips is a small compared to the KFC chip portion. The chicken was probably a baby chicken not even weighing 400 grams. We paid R330 inc delivery. We overpaid and did not get value for money. Will not support again

Realy disappointed with Nando's Faerie Glen. We ordered the full chicken with two sides and a coke no sugar. The chips were ice cold and some were this disgusting brown colour. The chicken also had pieces missing. They cut the chicken without asking us how we wanted it, too. I complained about the service, they called at an inconvenient time and I asked them to call back the following day, which they did not do. It is the second bad experience at this Nando's and i doubt we will be back.
