Service is the best comparing to many other restaurants. But food taste is really bad. We as a food bloggers visited today and totally disappointed. We tried chilli mushroom, virgin mojito and platform special chicken biryani and the taste is 👎👎👎. Food is the first preference while looking for a restaurant, what if the taste is worse??

An okay restaurant. Average good. Definitely not for vegetarians. I've tried biryani, loose prawns, kebabs, veg spring rolls, manchow soup. Eithe their quantity was very less or the taste was bad. The spring rolls were definitely bad. If not for the train concept, I don't think they'd have any customers.

One of my worst experiences ever. They are serving uncooked chicken and while we were eating the chicken pieces, blood started oozing out of it. When we showed it to the waiter he immediately took away the plate even before we clicked the pictures. When I confronted the manager about taking action against the restaurant, he refused to give the bill. My sister who was pregnant also had food here. Thankfully nothing happened to her. It is highly irresponsible management to serve such food to the customers. Mostly kids visit this place and irresponsible behaviour is totally unacceptable. I would never visit this place and never suggest it to anyone.

Bad teast motton biryani and curry

One of the unique restaurant in Karimnagar. Small trains will bring food items by train. Railway tracks and station names were arranged on the table. We can see green signal if our order is going to be served. Children will enjoy a good experience here. Taste of food is good. Service is good. But waiting 15 to 20 minutes for an empty table is not all good. I request management to look over this problem. Other than this everything is good.

Finally, waiting is over🫠 I heard about this place from different social media, and actually, it's an amazing place to spend your quality time with your loved ones. Food, service , ambiance, and behavior of staff are so good. Everything is really awesome. I like this place so much. Keep it up. Highly recommended to all.

I have visited with my frnd we tried velluli chicken soup chicken lollipop & Special Biryani we liked it. Mostly Velluli chicken soup is good the entire restaurant ambience is designed as a train. It's a great Atmosphere & good experience of Platform 65 and mostly after placing the order the food is delivered by toy train we will get intimated by blinking of green light signal🚦before arriving of food to our table.The Ambience at Platform 65 feels like actually we are travelling on a train

Only for train atmosphere food is worst, it feels like uncooked chicken, no taste. Paneer is sweet. Go for Peacock resturant near busstand.

Prawns Biryani was brought after a long time literally i was hungry and taste was Average taste, Chicken kababs better taste and service too delay poor service

Decent (and I believe the only) themed restaurant in Karimnagar. Ambience and food was okayish and not great. The pricing is on higher side and the quantity is on lower side (may be the pricing includes cost of ambience and feel). Can visit if you want a little different experience apart from food. Kids will enjoy.

Platform 65 it was a best place to hangout with your friends and family and I went two times actually it was a very good place. The special was the train theme many people in Karimnagar encourage the new themes of the restaurant. The food was very good as we enter to the restaurant we have to wait for 15-20 minutes because of the crowd. It usually in the weekends. The service was very good, very fast over all i had a best experience in the restaurant.
