To be honest, the ambience is really nice. When it comes to food.. the starters were good, but when it comes to main course specially the biryani it could have been better, you won't get the authentic biryani here, they make it in their own way. Parking is fine..

I am writing this review regarding the restaurant. Food is good however I would like to highlight the problems I which I have noticed. 1. Many staff members in orange color dress are always watching the cricket match on television and don't look after the guests. Once I asked the staff members to change the TV channel but he refused straight away. 2. There is no regular water being served. I am giving one star in this review so that this review should be noticed by the management.

We went to papadams blue on March 1st 2023 first we ordered nan it was good 👍🏻 and for nan we ordered kadai paneer it was not good because the paneer is so sweet and not tasty worst experience 😡,next we ordered veg and non biryani, after much time waiter said items are not available 😡,so we ordered veg and nonveg fried rice and it is worst,so i suggest you not to visit this place if you want spicy food

Good food , quick service , and friendly staff . We ordered , vegetable corn soup , baby corn fry , cashew masala , roti & veg fried rice . Baby corn was the best , rest of the dishes were decent . Overall a good meal and experience .

The restaurant's food is satisfactory, but they're applying service charges to every bill. It is advisable to review your bills and request the removal of the 5% service charge.

Food is bad quality. Starters served are cold. Mutton biryani is salty and without any taste . Bewerages couldnt be served as they were not cold. Overall my experience is bad when i went with my family

I am being a loyal customer of them since when they are in kothapet Hyderabad and also nagole Hyderabad but this is the branch where I got the worst experience of service by the staff and the way they have behaved with us we have leave the eating the dinner and walk off the restaurant. Even we have complained the same to manager satish but apologies cannot replace a loyal customer like us.

We are 14 people, went for dinner. We ordered paya, chicken shezwani and veg corn sup. Paya is spicy and correctly matches with rain weather. Then, we ordered chicken lollipop rating like 7/10, chicken spring roll 8/10, Appollo fish 4/10 and spicy fired chicken 5/10. Then we order chicken chatpat 2/10. Garlic nan 2/10, masala kulcha 7/10 and butter nan 8/10. Finally we ordered chicken biryani very tasty.. 8/10 sufficient for 2 people. Some more items ordered by veg people. Bill is 9k.

I called them four times to enquire if they have tables for group of 9 and to make a reservation. They never attended my call for four times. When they answered my call, they don’t know if they can accommodate, told me they would call me back. I hope they should better handle customers who are calling them to find out details.

The dining room is excellent with well trained staff and clean place, even the food is delicious for the price the provide. The negative things is that the washroom are worst and not maintained well where walls with fungus (water marks) the mirror are disappointing with all water stains on them. My phone was about to die and I had changer with me and requested the staff to plugin into a socket as I never change on my phone because I need to travel back to Hyderabad after having lunch there and the answer was shocking("we don't have sockets for changing"). This was really disappointing my phone has fast charging option which would take 15-30 to change (by the time i complete my lunch).

Food is not that great , just like any other second grade restaurant. Special mention to the waiting time for food arrival which is eternal. Even the order given has to be reminded to waiter at regular intervals failing which you might not completely receive your ordered food or get some other food.

Delicious food is served with authentic taste. Would appreciate if it serves authentic South Indian breakfast recipes too, Wishing to have a good hotel in Kazipet, Hanamkonda, or Warangal which serves best varied varieties of breakfast dishes at its original way with instant chutneys and sambar (not stored chutneys in refrigerator and served whole day)

Good place to dine in and has a decent banquet hall!!! Been here for their banquet hall which easily accomadates 150-200 ppl. Liked their reception and their food . Sea food starters were not that much great. Need to improve this part. Otherwise a decent place to visit👍🏼

Good place, taste wise it's too good but the ambiance is OK but not excellent...you can go with your gang and I'm sure you always expect a good crowd there but, no privacy for table to table...it's a common dining room for all!! Must try food : Garlic and butter naan, panner butter masala. 👍🏻👍🏻 PS : Dissatisfied with Kolapuri Chicken Curry

The value for money was disappointing; I ordered a family pack biryani for takeaway, but it only contained rice with no chicken pieces whatsoever. Regrettably, I don't plan to return.

A decent dine-in for a family in Warangal! (As a whole city) Quality and taste were really decent and hygiene. But the varieties in veg were normal and nothing much to be impressed of, just like hospitality. As it is a mix of a restaurant, a hotel, and a banquet hall, the outdoor ambience(including parking) won’t entertain you to acknowledge that you are going for a restaurant to have a pleasant meal. Overall, the dining experience was good and can visit once with friends and I would chose a better ambient place to go with family from next time. Thanks!

Food was good. Quantity and quality were good as well. The service and ambiance is nice. They have good air conditioning which is quite welcome in summer.

After all the talk about papadam's in the market ..... I visited bt badly disappointed... Food OK... Ambience,, 👌..... Here comes the service..... Very much busy in chit-chatting.... Watching cricket..... Bt most importantly they make are not friendly to kids..... I felt uncomfortable and left the place vth my food.

Good food clean ambience top of all ur staff cortious especially nayak made our evening great keep going.👌

The food was amazing, satisfied with the taste and variety also the service was wonderful, the way Mr. Naik (the manager) took the responsibility for dinning of 10 people… had a wonderful experience!!

Ordered a family pack of kheema biryani expecting the same taste ad earlier but that was a pathetic experience with oily boiled basmathi rice which is not a biryani boiled rice. And coming to kheema it's a fry served with boiled rice. And that's nothing to do with swiggy or restaurant for solution they just closed the conversation. Better be Papadams which we knew don't try new.

Ambience is good...Ordered special chicken biryani but boneless chicken is not cooked well...taste is not good at all for ambience I'm giving 2 ratings for taste it's 1 rating

Food is tasty, however I couldn't locate crispy corn on the Swiggy menu, and when I contacted the restaurant, they only suggested that I buy crispy veg and specify crispy corn in the instructions box.And I Always get the crispy veg only in my order. Please make sure that this doesn't happen again.

Papadams blue located in hanamkonda nakkalagutta. Maintenance is good only. Food taste also good. Banquet hall not having wash rooms. We have to go 4th floor for wash rooms. This is the disadvantage here. Service people not responding properly. It indicates their negligently

The food's awesome. The biggest issue however is that they force you to buy branded water. Hospitality industry is supposed to serve water for free. This is against the norm isn't it?

Went with family and ordered a couple of dishes. Starter was good, curry was good but less spicy. Special chicken biryani and special veg biryani were with excess masala spice and could have been lot better.

Had heard a lot about this place and this place dod not disappoint at all! The food was yummy and the service was prompt! Very spacious halls and the restaurant gives a very classy vibe! A must visit for food lovers! We had ordered Prawn Fried rice and prawns gravy and the portion size is big enough for 2 people! Good job team, Keep it up!

Taste and Quantity of food is good. Employees are lot of people with different different dress but non listen to you. Service not up to mark. Location of the hotel is good visible from main road. Parking is problem. Need to park opposite side of road. Main problem is they wont give you glasses for having water. First time I am seeing this culture.
